As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Mary, Who was extremely pleasant as well as professional made me feel very comfortable and assuring me that my car would be ready in An appropriate amount of time with little inconvenience to my daily schedule. The service manager, Tony was very thorough and explained to me all of my problems making sure that I understood exactly what had to be done. He did a great job getting all of the parts here in a very quick timeframe to aid the mechanic Jacob. He did a wonderful job albeit a long arduous job, but a phenomenal effort in taking apart the undercarriage and most of the front end to take care of my cracked oil pan, replacing it and ensuring that the vehicles leak free and sealed to perfection. After a thorough inspection and Test Dr., Jacob was confident that the vehicle is ready. Tony also overlooked the Vehicle and confirming that everything was going to be great And that myself, and my son should have no worries whatsoever. The pricing was very fair. The work was solid and though this is not my first time being at Mike’s auto service I can say with confidence that I will be a continued customer for many years to come. I would highly recommend that if you have car issues ranging from an inspection sticker to major overhauls you should feel extremely confident coming to Mike’s, knowing that the job will be done right ! Tony and Mary are a wonderful to work with the service shop even had one or two tows that were very professional the only downfall of this place is some random gas attendant that can’t be bothered.
I can’t thank Mikes Auto enough for helping me today when my muffler fell off unexpectedly. I was stressed and worried, but they took the time to assist me right away and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in my time of need really stood out. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares about their customers, but they went above and beyond. My experience was so beneficial and pleasant. Tony, Mary, and Jacob took care of me just in time for me to visit my father who is in septic shock at RWJ. What a blessing to have this crew help me in my time of need
I was towed here. Came back 24 hours later, picked up my vehicle. They had driven it 60 miles, used my mileage, wear and tear on vehicle, and my gas. I made a police report. They gave me $40 bucks for the gas and we called it a day. I go home. Look at the $500 bill I paid and I noticed they charged me for 26 miles of towing. The tow was half that. I confronted them over the phone. They did not call me back. I called the next day, they ignored, I called again. Spoke with the manager, Then they finally refunded me the $90 difference. Such a disgusting place. No integrity or respect for anyone. I suggest not going here at all. I suggest you check every dollar you spend here before giving them your card.
I am extremely disappointed. I went there last week because one of my tires got flat and the guy told me that a new tire would cost 167 and I trusted them with that price. However, I just realized that they charged me 467 for just one tire. I cannot believe this,One tire should not cost almost 500. I went today and Tony gaslights me into saying that they also added the other tire and gives me the labor and other associated fees that no one spoke about with me. These people are straight up scammers, he didn’t even let me speak. Please never go here, they are so dismissive and liars
I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with this garage and all of the services offered. It is literally one stop shopping! I can have my car repaired, filled with gas, and inspected all in same place and on a timely basis with a great price, thank you TONY for all your help!!
We’ve been going to Mike’s for years now and only trust their team with our company cars. Tony and Sal are great to work with in the office and Tom did a great job fixing our community bus, our residents are happy to be on the road again.
The team at Mike's is great. The staff is thorough in explaining what is going on with your vehicle and what options you have without feeling pressured. Shout out to Sal who is always super helpful in coordinating everything and keeping you informed throughout the process.
I needed extensive front end work on my aging Honda Pilot. Tony and Sal were professional and courteous. They did such a nice job on my car, I may consider keeping it. It drives like a new vehicle and it was clean around the areas they did work and most importantly the interior wasn't covered in grease as it usually is when you get it back from a mechanic. A professional mechanic shop with quality work, service and great people. They do it all, auto repair and service, inspections, alignments. Prices are reasonable and they tell you exactly what you need and what you are going to need to do to keep your vehicle running smooth.
These guys are amazing. I dropped in 20 min before they closed one rainy evening and they were kind enough to do a great job with my registration renewal / car inspection - all with a smile.
My family has been taking our cars to Mike's for over 10 years now. We always receive excellent service and honest prices. As long as we live in the area, this is the only place we'll go.
These auto body get not star from me went their wanted car was overheated tell them to fix the radiator they didn’t 1200 dollars later car was still overheating one thing fixed to another took to another mechanic fix the radiator. If you go their and get something fix make sure you know the price and what you are dealing with before you go are you will regret
Brought one of the ambulances from Martsinsville Rescue Squad and they were very accommodating with our needs, when the results of trying to fix oil leaks on a 13 year old ambulance with no access to the top of motor were not what Mike wanted he took another look and provided a second opinion on how to repair them. Entering its 14th year of service, they felt the cost to fix the leaks could not be justified. Mike even sent us a personal note thanking us for his opportunity to be of service. I will be bringing more vehicles to him for service work.
This is my second time here I have not been back in a couple years because of the poor attitude of the attendant during my previous visit.
I got the same poor attitude from an attendant this time and he seemed generally mad that I wanted gas in my car.
This will be my last experience with this business.
