The guy answering the phone was extremely unprofessional and answered the phone by saying hello, not the business name and when I asked if it was a towing company he asked me who I was before answering. Sounded and felt very scammy right away so we chose a different towing company. Theres no shortage of towing companies, so don't settle for the unprofessional guys.
Had I been able to give 10 stars, I would have. Exceptional service. Riccardos brought my car back from Classic Workshop in Hackettstown to Manhattan. Seamless. Shawn, the driver, was especially exceptional. A total pro.
Called around at 9pm on a Thursday, and this place was quick to get to me. Kept in contact via phone and text and very affordable. Especially worth it after seeing how well the car was taken care of and took their time with loading it and taking it off.
It's not a fake review. I called 2 weeks ago for service on Friday at 1 am, and his charge was 850 dollars for less than 4 miles destination I found out who towed my truck away in 300 dollars
Very reliable company, there when no one answered. The young worker Sebastian was very professional and kind in a stressful situation. If faced in the same situation in the future without a doubt calling them. Very affordable and highly recommend using they’re services.
These guys were awesome responded fast kept me informed throughout the whole process and were able to help me get home when roadside assistance and AAA left me stranded for over 3 hours 5 star experience would recommend if you ever need a tow.

Got stranded at work with a messed up wheel bearing at 11:30 at night. Called multiple tow companies for assistance and no one came through. One call to Riccardo and he was there in 15 minutes and once he got there he was super helpful and very professional. Towed my vehicle from Lodi to Newark no questions asked at a reasonable price. People honking and deiving around me annoyed… and Ricky saw me In distress, not only did Riccardos Towing, towed me but Ricky went above and beyond to get me back on the road (was in Jersey and live in NYC) with the help of his team. Riccardo was the only tow company available locally at 2 am. One other answered and said it would take them 1.5 hours to get to me. If not for Riccardos willingness and professionalism my already stressful nights would’ve turned out so much worse!!! Thank you! I will recommend for sure
