Associated was very good and thorough. After bad customer service experiences at different locations this was a the opposite of that. Checked my battery that I tried to have done a couple of weeks ago. Offered the lowest priced battery and pointed out the 18 month warranty. I decided to purchase a higher priced battery with a 4 year warranty, Duralast Platinum AGN.

I went in the store and asked for assistance in finding windshield wipers for my car. German the staff member assisted me and explained the different types they had. He also helped install them. I appreciate his friendly and knowledgeable service.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is absolutely necessary. Today I was at the store when a problem occurred between two employees one of them who I understand is the manager giselle was helping a customer but apparently was not giving the correct information another employee katerine was simply assisting and explaining things to the customer the manager left the customer alone and walked away just because katerine was helping explain the situation later the manager came back and got in katerine face saying things to her and then they went to the back of the store where the manager kept yelling at her without giving her space katerine ended up leaving the store in tears while the manager stayed as if nothing had happened. This really needs to be addressed and the staff should be spoken to, because every time I come to this store I’m helped by katerine or nancy and I’ve never seen anything like this before katerine always provides excellent service and is attentive giving customers the best experience and nancy is just as extraordinary.

Plenty of staff and they are helpful. I know it has nothing to do with the service and they share the parking lot but I wish it was cleaner. People leave oil bottles and other auto related garbage. Maybe provide more cans or clean it more regularly.

The attention to customers is horrible. I am standing in line waiting for service in this store. There is an employee sitting on her phone totally ignoring me. I ask for help, and the one customer service representative ok at her and don’t not ask her to assist. She was not on break, because she eventually got up to help another customer at the self checkout. I will never shop her again..

Unfortunately for me Avery single time i visit this particular store I always leave with a bad experience. Every time I try to return a part at this location they always find some reason why I can't return it. Them I go to a different store and there is no problem or they are able to work something out for me. I tried returning a CV Axle because it was too short although it was purchased with the vehicle specifications. I was missing the nut and I was told I couldn't return it. Didn't even want to waste my time trying to argue with them. I when to a different store and they just changed me for the nut. Problem solved.

I called to get some information and the customer service was awful. Just because they have people in line. The guy couldn’t put me on hold couldn’t be polite. He just said I have people in line if you want to know where they have it you should call them and find out What type of Services that

The store was nicely organized. The guy Miles who helped me out getting a batter because i got a defective battery was very helpful and understanding. I got a new battery in November and in march it was completely shot i thought it had something to do with my car. I took it to the dealer and they checked everything. They said it happened again it was probably the battery. It happened again and again. So i went to this autozone. Besides the manager Lance who was as courteous. Miles was humble and pleasant! I really really appreciate his patience through this frustrating time! Keep up the good work!!

The specialist John was very helpful. He made my transaction very easy. Also Chest (or Chester) was the sweetest man ever! He greeted me from the minute I waved in the door. He was very polite. He was sure to have someone change my battery very quickly. It was such an easy experience for me as a female who doesn’t usually walk into auto stores alone.

Im in agreement with a fair majority of the other reviewers of this location. Its a 0-5 stars for me honestly. I understand this is a first job for many and you have to be patient with the younger guys and gals. But whoever is running the show over there needs to set the example of professionalism in the workplace. Super chatty employees. Super long hold times when I call and ask about parts. Under trained employees. When I ask about my commercial discount, the Manager says commercial is always open. But when I go after hours of the commercial desk being closed, I’ll have some teenager tell me,” Commercial is closed. I can’t help you.” So little wise teenage boy do you expect me to pay full price? No thanks. You’ve lost a customer. Because I’m following the trend. I’m not dealing with this lack of service. I’m buying online. Goodbye AutoZone.

Manager takes his job too seriously. I’m just trying to get a battery replacement not trying to scam anyone. So dumb. I worked here 10 years ago and have stayed a customer even after. I’ll never be coming back to this Autozone again. Too much of a headache for nothing.

Today I have a great customer service I’ve ever had. There is a gentleman who work there his name is Fousto. He’s really nice and helpful! Anyone who ever needs vehicle tools and supplies, this guy is there. Very recommend it!

Hands down the worst auto parts store I’ve dealt with in my 23 years working on cars. I’ve been in there 3 or 4 times and will not go back. It’s a shame because I live across the street. Line all the way to the door and 1 person is helping a guy order 20 parts. At least 3 other people standing around, doing nothing. One girl was talking about getting her nails done and drinking coffee. Another is stocking shelves. The last was doing nothing at all. The whole time, the phones are ringing and ringing. The guy in front of me walked out too. New management needed asap.

No one in this store values your time at all. They stand around while 1 person does everything. They will stand right in front of you having a personal conversation while ignoring the fact that there is 10 people on line. I walked next door and got the cleaning products. I know better for next time now.

The girl at the register was amazing!!! Thank you so much for all your help!!! Update: I went to AutoZone in Newark and they didn't even want to help me ,I came to this store, and again, they were very friendly and helpful.The manager in person came to check my car and resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes!!! Double 5 starts for this location.

I visited this location yesterday 8.23.23 to pick up a few items on my way home. Seeking a part at the service counter wasn't an issue, the air filter wasn't available, well ok. I'll pay for my other items and get going right? Nope! My spouse and I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while we hear on going chit-chat in the back room, about who has cash app. The only employee at the service counter walks to the back room to seek help, a young female employee comes out to aid, but she's consistently complaining because she was at work on her day off. Not our problem. The ramblings continued and we are standing at the register ready to pay, but she obviously doesn't see us ? She helps the person who was in line behind us. She never saw us because she was constantly asking the other male employee, where is everyone? Other employees, She stated, "I shouldn't have to be here" - meaning at the register. My spouse and I are from the generation where you do whatever has to be done, from the moment you punch in, your an employee, despite the position that requires help. Tag a label on a specific position and no employee will want todo anything other. Just get it done! My spouse and I could have literally walked out with our items, because there was no one on the floor or behind the register. I would never walk away with merchandise (its not in my character) but waiting at the register 20 minutes isn't acceptable. If the location is that busy or If there is an issue with employee attendance. I suggest investing in a self check out kiosk, because this isn't fair to loyal repeat customers. Which we have been for years. We left our items on the counter and walked out. I didn't think there was a location worth avoiding moreso other than the DMV. We felt completely invisible - not a good feeling for customers to experience.

A nice sizable AutoZone with a small parking lot. The store is exceptionally clean which was nice to walk into. There was a lot of employees but had to wait awhile to get help. To only have 2 customers with me being on inside it was odd to see so many people on the clock but not addressing me or offering to help. When I was spoken to the woman was very nice and endearing. One thing I was looking for was in a messy section and items were misplaced and stacked on each other so it was hard to find what I was looking for (didn’t have it) the other section was sold out of what I needed. But customer service, once I got it, was good. Prices seemed high for parts these days but maybe that’s the market (or their grip on it). I’d recommend this store and to go to it for your needs if you are in need of auto parts. They were nice. But I couldn’t find what half of what I needed and the long wait time when there’s so many people was a lot.

Went in to buy a battery. It was advertised at $159 with a $22 refund if I returned the used battery. After all the magic fees that battery was $198 with a $22 rebate. Same battery! I ask for assistance to install because I have never done it before and I could turn my car off or it wouldn't start, they said we can't because we don't have tools. I puchase a tool kit and offer to pay some1 and no one moved or commented. Fun time!

I have to say that I was impressed with the professionalism and accountability that this store has. The staff was amazing and the manager Mario was outstanding! He helped me out with changing my car battery when I needed help. And he set aside out of his busy day to do so. Overall, I would definitely come back to this store for any parts and help in the near future!
