I am without words with the final outcome of my recent project with The Stone Shop. I had been wanting to change the table top to my manicure desk and reception desk for a while now.
I've been eyeing The Stone Shop's work for a while and decided to splurge on some marble slab tops. I looked at a few samples and all options were so beautiful. I narrowed my choice down to the tone I prefer. I picked a cool tone with beautiful veining detail- finishing off with a honed finish. The matte look is so sleek in my opinion.
Frank was so proffesional and patient with me. He made sure to educate me on maintaining the marble stone so it last as long as possible. The job was done beautifully and well cleaned up. They are the best! I've gotten many things done by them from counters to sills, to custom bathroom stones when needed. Their turnaround time is unmatched, many times same day or within 24 hours for smaller things. Frank and Ashley are 5star when it comes to customer service.
THE STONE SHOP saved the day
We were in the middle of renovating our bathroom when our contractor informed us that the 5’ long X 3” wide marble saddle under the shower door was too narrow and we needed to get a 5 inch wide one right away. We tried to find one on-line, we went to Lowes and Home Depot, and we could not find one that matches what we need, and the contractor needed it ASAP. We remember THE STONE SHOP did our kitchen last year so we called and Ashley told us to come over right away and pick out a slab we like and she will have it cut to the right size for us. We went there at 11 am and selected one that matches our wall tile color and Ashley said she will have a piece cut out to our specification by 3pm. We went back at 3pm that same afternoon and the piece was ready for pick-up, all polished to perfection. We brought it back home and the contractor installed it right away. THE STONE SHOP was incredible in thinking out of the box to help us out. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day. They were friendly, accommodating, and affordable. They did not jack up the price just because it was an emergency. They will bend over backward to help you out. Thank you Ashley and Frank for making life so much easier for us."

I'm super impressed with The Stone Shop's level of professionalism and customer service. I reached out to Ashley for a vanity top in a small powder room. She offered to help me virtually and in person which was super nice. I met her the next day to pick out a stone and it was installed beautifully the next week. The guys who installed were really nice and cleaned up after themselves without me asking which was super important to me. They made minor adjustments to the stone and cut it in our driveway, where my children play barefoot, so I went and checked to see if everything was clean and it was! I'm going to be using them again for the rest of my bathrooms for sure!
from the initial sale to the final installation every phase went smoothly. Ashley my sales manager went above and beyond to find the perfect stone to compliment my cabinets, The two gentlemen installers were prompt and arrived on the day and time as promised. They worked tirelessly making minor adjustments to ensure that it fit perfectly within the space. I am so happy that I chose the stone shop for my countertop and backsplash.

Best Granite Countertop Fabricator
We have interviewed many Granite Countertop Fabricators, 18 of them all over northern NJ, some in person and some by telephone and some by emails, to see who is best suited to replace our damaged granite countertop in our very large kitchen. After three months of shopping around, we finally decided to select THE STONE SHOP in Union, NJ. Their office manager Ashley was very friendly and she helped us select the slab we like, explained the entire installation process to us in detail and gave us a very competitive price. The owner Frank was equally friendly and he came to measure our kitchen himself. Their workers came to remove the damaged granite countertop on the day as scheduled, install the lower countertop immediately, and then came back four days later to replace the bar height countertop. They were able to remove the old countertop without damaging any of the existing deco tiles above the back splash. Our kitchen has a very complicated configuration and they were able to cut the stone perfectly around the irregular shape. They polished the seams so well that you do not even notice there was one. They protected our floor while they worked and they cleaned up very well after they finished. Their workers were very friendly, hard working, and very accommodating. THE STONE SHOP held their price from beginning to the end with no request for extras. They were the best choice we’ve made and we recommend them 100% to anyone who needs a good reliable and hassle free Granite Countertop Fabricators. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could.

We originally were going to use a different company but our first meeting with Frank and the time and patience he took to explain everything and answer our questions put us at ease. We had a really positive experience with the Stone Shop. We went into the shop to choose a remnant for our fireplace and ended up leaving with new kitchen countertops as well! The whole process from the time we obtained a quote to the actual install was less than 2 weeks. We could not believe how efficient they were and everything looked amazing. Ashley was so accommodating, texting updates along the way. Frank took his time and ensured the measurements were perfect. We will definitely go back for any stone needs!

Had a great experience with The Stone Shop! Frank, the owner was a pleasure to work with! I called the shop and was scheduled for an estimate within 1 week. One week after the estimate, Frank came back to do the template and soon after that my new quartz counters were installed. Extremely organized, efficient and they do great work! Highly recommend.

I could not find a fabricator who could build up my island countertop the way we wanted until PMI Int’l referred me to Frank from The Stone Shop. He’s very responsive and diligent in his follow up. They measured when we were ready and delivered the following week! So happy with all the countertops but especially the island.
