This 24 hour location is often unable to take orders overnight due to “staffing” shortages. Yet you’re 24 hours? This has been a repetitive issue here.
Something has to give with the service pace at Starbucks. It literally take 10-15mins to get your order out of the drive thru. It literally doesn’t matter what time it is. Only time you'll get you order quick is of your the only person in line. This is the only Starbucks in my route to work and no matter how early I leave out it doesn't get better. I dont know what the issue is. Everyone just moves slow with no urgency to get the line shorten.
A wonderful tribute to "The Voice". She would be proud if she were still here. Kind of on the small side, but very well maintained. Good food options, friendly staff and clean restrooms.
This is one of the nicest rest stops I’ve ever visited and I’ve driven through 45 states so I’ve seen more than my fair share of them. Very very clean bathrooms and decent seating area. It’s not a very large rest stop but accommodating enough.
Great place. It doesn't feel like a service area, it feels like any regular spot in the town. The food courts are very clean and the entire place is well maintained
This place is lovely. They did a great job on this one. Huge, clean bathrooms...and a WATER FOUNTAIN, that you can fill up your water bottle at. Not having to buy water.
I, as well as others can appreciate the effort put forth to keep the facility clean, especially the bathrooms.
What I do not understand is … “WHY” … one of the utility workers, always follow you into the bathroom and pretend to be cleaning.
I feel very uncomfortable, they slam the stall doors next to you. They go down the row flushing toilets until you leave.
They give you no privacy, it seems they are rushing you out of the bathroom.
Their behavior is intimidating and causes you to feel unwelcome using the facilities at this location..
I truly appreciate this place, especially because of the 24-hour Starbucks—it’s a lifesaver. The young lady who works during the day makes such a positive impact; her friendliness and warmth create a welcoming atmosphere. She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer, making each visit feel special, she mainly works weekends but even during her night shifts. It's clear she genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience.
This service area is clean and well-maintained, with good restroom facilities. It offers a variety of food options like Starbucks and Shake Shack, which is great for a quick bite. There’s also plenty of parking space, making it convenient to stop and rest during your journey. A comfortable and reliable spot to take a break!
This service area is exceptionally clean to include the common areas and the bathrooms. The staff at Popeye’s went out of their way to make sure everything was delivered promptly and fresh.
It's very nice and very clean but there's government signage in the parking area that "loudly" states no parking for more than two hours or no parking between 2am to 4am. Like, I get that the east coast states are wildly anti homeless but this seems crazy irresponsible. People need to sleep. If you've been behind the wheel for 10-12 or 16 hours you might pass out for 7 hours. You're gonna tow me for being responsible? For not driving tired? Aside from that, small in comparison, the shake shack here charged $14 for the smallest and perhaps most mid range burger I've seen. Any Fat Burger in California would laugh its a off at this thing, and they charge the same amount
It may sound very cliche, but I only have good things to say about the Whitney Houston Service area. I truly did have a pleasant experience. The entire place was very clean, and there was even an employee cleaning the bathroom while I was using it. All of the food vendors such as Starbucks and Shake Shack were pristine. The clerk who waited on me, was very kind. The clerk made sure I got the value I paid for. I was purchasing an apple, and it was 1.99, but it was quite tiny. The clerk went to the shelves and picked up another apple, and sold them both to me for the same price. It impressed me that she took her personal belief system so seriously that she could not have me purchase a small apple in "good conscience." I did feel welcome the entire time, and the parking lot was big and maneuverable.I would come back here again.
Very clean and modern. Glad they named it after Whitney Houston but after 9 weeks of opening they need a nice plaque or some lyrics, pictures etc on the wall!
The establishment looks really nice! We went to Shake Shack. BEWARE BEWARE! THEY DON'T HAVE THE FULL MENU!!! They don't have the following: oreo shake, brownie shake, veggie burger, and some other things which was disappointing! Looks like I will stick to Shake Shack near Menlo Park.
They are typically slow at the McDonalds drive through and as you can see, they are not the best at cleaning up their property.
The Sunoco Station there this morning had nothing but 93 and the attendant on duty was extremely slow and seemed like he was not enjoying life or his job.
