Maaco did an excellent job on making repair to my Mercedes at an affordable price.

At first I was skeptical about what kind of paint job I would get. I decided to have Macco paint my car. Best decision I’ve made with the car. It’s a 2012 and looks brand new!! Really a pretty straight body with little to no body work needed. The job came out amazing!! Very Happy with Macco

Exceeded expectations! I was recommended by a mechanic friend to check out Maaco for the dent and scratches in my car door. The team there was professional, respectful, and did a great job at managing expectations. I did not want to invest too much in my old car and they were patient in talking through my options. The work was timely, exceptionally done, and looks brand new all the same! I would highly recommend.

This shop was a pleasure to work with. They were well organized and very competent. They were able to do some work on my door and hinges that other shops would not do. The end result was perfect.

ji was very satisfied with paint job of car.. i was a little misled on pricing. i was quoted a price , but price did not include labor and sealer cost. So overall cost was $500 more than i expected.. but was still cheaper than other quotes, and since they did a great job I didnt mind the slightly higher price.

…they did a great job re-painting the trunk and bumper of my Jaguar. I had clear coat peeling and needed to get fix. The paint job came out great! The paint match looks seamless and did an amazing job. TJ and crew did amazing job communicating and letting me get thru the process - great staff overall!

Wonderful job. Actually, it excellent. Car looks brand new. Color matching was perfect and clerk explained very thoroughly and was patient. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Will definitely recommend and be back in the future.

I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to Maaco Union after an accident a couple months ago, going through my insurance. I chose this shop based on the great things I had heard about their service—and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. Sam, the estimator I worked with, was excellent. He walked me through the entire repair process, scheduled my vehicle promptly, and even helped coordinate a rental car for me while the repairs were ongoing. Sam was extremely helpful with answering any questions I had and very prompt to respond. When I picked up my car a couple weeks later, it looked like the accident had never happened. Truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop for your autobody needs!

Was involved in a sideswipe accident on the GSP and sustained damages to both driver side doors, first collision shop I took it to gave me an estimate of over $6,000 - the car is not even worth that much. I brought it to Maaco and their quote was less than 25% of that and three days later, the car (or at least the side that got damaged) looked brand new! Service was stellar and professional, I highly recommend this location.

Excellent service! They did a fantastic job revitalizing my car. I also needed to replace my rear brake light, and they installed it at no extra cost. The staff was professional, friendly, and highly efficient.

Jared and Tamer at the Union US-22 location were incredibly compassionate and helpful. My first quote was at another location where there was less integrity. I can even appreciate they recommended me to a knowledgeable mechanic nearby. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service and the time that was given to me to get it done. When additional work was needed they called me and asked if it’s ok to add it to the estimated bill before they worked on my car. I would recommend Maaco for convenience and prompt service from getting the estimate for the repair of your car. When it was time to repair my car they work on my car on the timeline they provided me and when I picked up my Carr when it was done they cleaned it and it was just like new.

Well I'll tell you I was a little apprehensive about having maaco Paint my truckThought about it for a few weeks and after reading the reviews some people should expect to much they don't understand what goes into a paint job at any rate I spoke with Pete told him what I wanted he explained to me what they would do and I'll tell you what I'm very pleased with my 20-year-old truck looks new again it's just what I wanted good price good service I will go back thanks

When I tell you Jared & T went above and beyond for me I’m not kidding, these guys are the perfect case of how a business should be ran, they went through every detail of the process with me from start to finish. Recently had a full paint done on a 12 year old vehicle that was very scratched up. I was throughly impressed with the outcome. Good team (I worked with “T”), clear and fair pricing, extremely fast…done in like 3-4 days. This was my first time getting a vehicle painted and I will recommend this Maaco to my friends.

Poor customer service and bad attitude. This location wasted my time and never gave me an estimate when I stopped in to get the quote. Seems to me busy location with low quality workers. I was told I would get the estimate via email. Never received the estimate even though I called twice. They don’t need the business. I would not recommend at least this location.

Taimur Rais assisted me very well with getting helmets painted. l was able to get the helmets back painted in a timely fashion and several parents complimented the helmet & wanted to know who did the work.

Got my 07 Civic painted with the base level enamel package. Pistol Pete worked with me on pricing and it came out much better than expected. Very happy with the results considering I went with the cheapest base level enamel paint package. They handled it within a week. Dropped off on a Monday, picked up the following Monday in the morning. Very little orange peel, no over spray, and I'm thankful they did a great job with the prep work as nothing was damaged or sprayed over. Definitely recommend if you're looking to revitalize an older car with some rough paint

How hard is it to paint a brand new bumper and install? Apparently incredibly difficult for this place. Car was delivered with scratches all over the freshly painted bumper and the air ducts were not properly installed. Cars emblem was also not put on the bumper. Went back and whoever is in charge said all he could do was get the emblem put on as he did not trust his crew to take the bumper off and put it back on properly. He also did not offer to do anything about the scratches. I now need to pay a different shop to reinstall the bumper and pray the people working here did not damage or lose any of my parts. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR A REPUTABLE SHOP AND PAY MORE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Save yourself the headache. Edit: They DID lose my part but ended up finding it. They also offered to sand the bumper and repaint, but you would have to be crazy to do that after seeing the scratches from the first time around(which they have somehow hidden from my review…go figure). Got a partial refund because I thought the paint work was decent and felt that was fair for the awful delivery and constant back and forth. Will give an extra star for trying to fix things with me.

Just look at the pictures and you will know if they are good or not ?. They know what they are doing and make sure that everything is done right. Worth every penny. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Customer service was great, they did everything in their power to satisfy my vision. Worked around my schedule. And again the customer service from Taimur Rais and his partner Shehryar Ehtesham was out standing . They answered all of my questions. I had no problem leaving my baby ( 98 Honda Civic) with them be . I’m glad I chose Maaco for this job.

Best for repairs needed for a great price people can talk all they want about Maaco but they do Amazing work my door jam was pushed in badly shops want to replace my whole quarter panel and would as for crazy cash more than the car is worth but not Maaco they worked on it in 2 days I had it done and lined up proper for less than $1,500? take that stimulus check get that work from Maaco you would save some money.

Fantastic service and great attention to detail. Most of the value providers don't deliver on time or are sloppy. Not these guys. Rob and Chris are really great at communicating updates and sticking to their end of the deal. I came back to correct some minor misses and they addressed it immediately. Highy highly recommended. Plus the quote they gave me was half of other places . And their bays and shops are well equipped...

If I can give this location 10 stars I would! Completely recommend these amazing professionals. They worked on my Nissan Rogue 2011 for a paint job and went above and beyond the service. Robert and Pete were so helpful and professional, kudos to their amazing service team..top notch!!. Great and trustworthy service.
