I looked at quite a few vehicles before finding the right one at this dealership. They had the lowest mile, nicest condition EX35 in the state. I am an ex car salesman and this place checks out. Very casual straight forward experience, they will work with you to make sure you're a happy customer. I am sending my fiends there and if I need another car I’ll call them first. Clean cars, great shape and no stories, what else can you ask for?

Great folks. Good selection. Really couldnt complain. I went there for a certain type of suv , but found a car i liked , but couldnt sell it to my wife :) -- a rare ,gem for a used car lot ( the car , not the wife) , just a little "outside" , what id pay . Im sure ill be back. If not , id still wish them luck.

I wanted to wait a few months before posting this so I could give a genuine and authentic review. (Purchased back in March) From the moment I walked into this dealership, I was warmly greeted by Bob. I already knew which vehicle I wanted, and the test drive process was absolutely seamless. Working with Will and Bob made everything flow effortlessly. They both felt like built-in fatherly figures, making sure all my needs were met and making sure i understood every step of the process. Now, in the topic of transparency: Is this going to be your modern, aesthetically pleasing dealership with free coffee, tea, and plush waiting rooms? Absolutely not. Are the vehicles going to be parked neatly and spaced apart perfectly? Also no. This is not that kind of place, but don’t let that stop you from purchasing a great car from them. Focus on what you’re really there for: A solid, reliable and safe vehicle at a great price, with no hidden fees and no haggling like those big name dealerships love to trap us with. They’re truly wonderful people to work with when buying a vehicle. That said, don’t go in expecting them to cater to you. Respect goes both ways. Come in with courtesy and openness, and you’ll see just how genuinely good these men are. They are truly there to help you, so please don’t go giving these gentleman a hard time. bought a 2018 Toyota Yaris 2 weeks ago. I am not a "leave a review" kind of shopper but I feel like I have to because not only is the car in absolutely perfect condition ( I am a Master auto technician with 30 years of experience). the price was in line with Kelly blue book. The guys at the store made the entire purchase process painless and easy. they were super nice and extremely easy to deal with. highly recommend.

Was in pretty desperate need of a good reliable car that was also a reasonable price, had conversations with the owner and he helped me find the perfect fit. It’s been almost a year now and the car is running great! Very well run business the owner and his employees are honest and actually want to give people good deals.

Very disappointed in this dealer I drove an hour and a half to see a car Infiniti that I was told was supposedly in good condition but when I got there I test drove the car and car was squeaking when driving & needed suspension work and not only that but the car starts blowing a lot of white smoke out the exhaust while driving (bad head gasket)… to sum it up this dealer wasted my time and my gas?‍♂️?‍♂️

Great experience. I’ve had better experiences buying from a small family owned business like this (and this one specifically) than the scam houses of the big name new car lots. With this purchase of a 2010 Toyota FJ I was allowed to bring my FJ to an auto repair place to get it checked out. No BS here, no stupid fees or other charges - simply paid the price plus tax and drive off that day. Easy and stress free. Bob was great to converse with and work with. Will and Karen were responsive to questions and friendly as well. Great experience overall here.

I had an amazing experience with this dealer. He is very fair, respectful and his prices are reasonable. I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX 350 and I love it! He even allowed me do a mechanic inspection for greater peace of mind and gave me temporary tags. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this dealer.

Long story short, we bought a car, they were very helpful along the way, helped us through any issues that we faced and they are respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. This place is a great location that my friend and I went to purchase a used car. Every step along the way, the staff was super friendly, super helpful and were a pleasure to be with. We went multiple times to look for cars at this location and eventually ended up purchasing a car from there. They let us drive around, take it to an independent mechanic to get it checked out and were incredibly fair, even generous, on the price of the car. It has been a few months and I am leaving the review now because the car has been driven for many months! There was a small issue with a seized caliper but that was due to the age of the car (10+ years old, 150k+ miles). Nevertheless after 2 weeks of purchasing the car, we were able to take it back and get it fixed by them and they were quick and understanding about it! My only wish is that the restaurant down the street from them would fix their pipes of all the food oil washed down the drain so that they won't clog up this car shops plumbing.

I waited almost 2 years to write this review. This was the easiest car buying process of my life. I saw a car online. Drove up to see it. 07 gt convert. The records were in order. The car was spotless. I put a deposit to hold it and came back next week to buy. No attempts to haggle price or upcharge me. Just a good honest convo. As of today there is still ZERO issues with the car. My next purchase will definitely come from them as well as long as the same owner exists

So happy with our experience here. My daughter was buying her first car. She had a budget and they worked with her. She looked at many vehicles. Will, the owner was attentive and not pushy. He showed her a Toyota Camry and said, “If you were my daughter, this is the car I would want you to get.” He was so nice and answered all our questions. It was such a refreshing experience after going to other places that were aggressively trying to get us to buy. I strongly recommend this place.

A really nice experience in this car dealership. You immediately felt very comfortable and familiar. Money is not the first priority here. Will and his team do everything to make the customer happy. Yesterday we bought the perfect car for us for a really great price. What has always bothered me about other car dealerships is that you have to decide on a car on the same day. At Will you are NOT pushed and you can simply test drive the cars you have on your shortlist and think and take the decision if you are fine with the car or do you want try other car. I liked this place.For metter of fact, I purchased my first car from here, and can't be happier.The vehicles are well-maintained, and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. I would certainly consider returning to upgrade my car or even recommend this place to others, but not untill recent expirience me and my dad had with a sales man, named Bob. Very disrespectfull and unprofesianal behavior occured when Bob couldn't secure the sale,despite my explanation that my dad need to thoroughly think about and need some time since we were bying in cash,and also we had a concern about a noticeable scratch that kept us on a fence. Scratch had penetrated the metal, leading to the beginning of rust,and since they don't do body shop work, dad wanted to find out from his friends who do that kind of work, how to fix it. His reponce was extreamly poor. It was clear that his frustration arose from failing to close the sale. His words were frankly shocking: "Then way your are wasting my time","you pissed me off","why you are looking for the cars if you can't afford it", "go somewhere else and buy chipper","get out of here". "Waysting your time? Really??? This person literraly didn't even move from his chair. Throughout our time on the premises, we were left to explore the cars on our own. We only visited the office to obtain the keys, plate for test drives (which we managed ourselves and even parked 3 cars we tooked for a ride back), and pricing information. Our only significant interaction with Bob was regarding the pricing and a report on one of the cars. His presence and assistance were far from noteworthy. Definattely overexadurating his presence and help. "We pissed him off" Really??? That is what they have tought you to say when speaking with a customer and acting like you run this place?? Congrants,you just lost the sale. My feedback in not intended to undermine someone's reputation or business, i just don't want myself and somebody else to be threaded this way. I didn't not deserve that. Hopefully you will find this useful, will make a conclusion and will have more patient when doing business.

I'm a mechanic mind you and bought a Silverado from will and he let me look this truck over for an hour to make sure it was good. He was extremely honest and was very easy to work with! On 6/8/21. I purchased my 2012 Chevy Cruze LT and words can’t express how happy I am with my purchase! the miles were low and the car ran smoothly with out any problems! Will worked around my budget and got me into the car that I had my eyes on ever since I looked on the inventory website right on Google. The website has many cars listed in great quality and excellent prices. The Owner will was very kind professional, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase, didn’t beat around the bush about anything. and was very upfront and honest about the car which I liked, and told me what was done on it and so forth. I wouldn’t steer anyone wrong I would refer anyone to this dealership in a heartbeat. I will be coming back again for another purchase!

Was iyn the hunt for a new to me truck after my previous vehicle totaled. Stumbled across this dealership while looking at other vehicles in the area. Have to say these guys are a class act. Found a super clean Chevy Avalanche at a extremely fair price. Working with Will and Bob was a breeze to get me back in a vehicle. All issues I noticed with the vehicle were taken care of in a timely manner on premises with their house mechanic Manny who I believe could fix anything. Overall i am super happy with my purchase. These guys went above and beyond any of my expectations to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and the condition I accepted it in. Will be my first stop once it is time to purchase another vehicle in the future.
