Soooo here's my experience.
My car was impounded on a Friday, due to a DMV error.
Saturday- 1st contact was with David to get the charges for the release. At that point it was $380 which is ROBBERY for not even 24 hours. Most places contracted with the police are overpriced. He was cordial and to the point. Not super friendly, but wasn't rude either.
Monday- I make it to pick up my car. Almost $500 for the tow and 3 days storage. SMH
The 2 guys that assisted me were cordial, answered my questions with no problem. While waiting for my car, the workers in the yard that passed me all checked to see if I needed help.
My only complaint was the amount of dirt on the car from the yard and foot prints in my car.
I'd like to believe if you come with good energy, it'll be returned. I was polite in turn they were polite to me.
Always my go to for every towing need. From moving a car to moving a connex. On time and done flawlessly. Drivers are competent and friendly. Scheduling is super simple.
WITHOUT A DOUBT THIS IS THE WORST TOW YARD IN NEW JERSEY. THE OWNER PATRICK IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET, CONDESCENDING, SMUG, UNSCRUPULOUS. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE. WHEN I LEFT THERE I HAD TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE I HAD BOTH MY KIDNEYS.I WOULD RATHER GET A ROOT CANAL THEM EVER STEP FOOT ON THEIR DISGUSTING , DIRTY TOW YARD. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THEIR SOULS
This place is terrible they are very rude, they didn't care that the police report and the insurance company took for ever. So i had to surrender the title to my truck after and accident, the report took about a month. After I was told 3 to 5 day, bit I was charged to surrender the tittle. The bill was $461 and they charged me $500 dollars. I never got a letter as proof that I surrender yhe tittle. They are the worst.

I had the absolute worst experience with this business. The customer service was beyond terrible—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with disrespect and hostility for no reason, To make matters worse, there was clear racial discrimination.
Unbelievably RUDE. Mocked us, made fun of our situation, and hung up immediately after. Completely unprofessional. Baffling a person like this would help run a business. Find better elsewhere, this is NOT the right choice.
After my insurance company couldn’t provide a tow for hours, New Year’s Eve sisbarro, towed us from a dangerous area we got a flat to a safer place to park the car. Thank you for coming through. 10/10, great service, sense of humor.
Merry Christmas... I would love to say, but whomever called me seems like mediocre elitest that cannot comprehend the nature of his own business.
Neither do they have ears to hear or eyes to see and understand the situation. How dare someone requests service. How dare you not have everything in order before coming to them. How dare you ruin their angry little elf gathering -- because they're clearly not there to work.
Even if these people do a maybe decent job. It's best to steer clear. One garbage dispatcher can make your already bad day worse.
I hope nobody ever has to deal with this awful company!!! This is the most awful company I’ve ever had to deal with !! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Customer service POOR! Compassion poor!!! What a terrible company
After a series of unfortunate events, my csr ended up getting towed to this business. The guys were very informative and friendly and offered great bits of information.
