Very high quality apartment, I was just visiting but could see quality of the apartments and the location was spot on.

The Livi apartments are the only housing on campus with a backup generator. Loved these apartments, some of the best I've lived in, student housing or otherwise. RU refuses to loft beds in these units though, so, that's kinda messed up.
