Store owner is very nice and honest, this auto place always does a good job. Affordable place to bring your car to get work done. I've been coming here for years.

I've been coming to Bridge Auto for over 15 years and have had a great experience thus far. This is not the cheapest auto body but they are honest and have fixed my car issues with my Toyota Avalon and Subaru Legacy for far less than the dealer's prices (~50% in my experience). The owner, Jimmy has also told me multiple times to not do repairs recommended by my dealer as well, which has saved me a lot of money in the long run. My family has also used Bridge Auto for many years, such as for engine replacement, oil leaks, bumper repair, and regular maintenance such as brake and oil changes. We have used many other shops such as dealerships or other local car shops, but Bridge Auto has done better than the rest!

I work as a physical therapist for home care and my car stopped working. I called Jimmy Huang and was able to get my car in right away. The son Chien Huang checked the battery and changed within an hour. I was able to get right back to work. Thank you so much Jimmy!!!

Really good service. First time coming to this place. The service was done at the moment, I got lucky that wasn't busy. They estimated about an hour, but the service was completed in about 40 minutes, so I was on time to go to work. Extremely recommended as it is a family shop, and they don't try to sell. They only offered what I needed. Super satisfied with the whole experience. Fast forward to 2023, still the best auto service in the area, in my honest opinion.

I thought I need to give some updates since several friends and viewers were asking about how I think of the estimate prices and repairs in the Bridge Auto Services. To me I think the prices estimated are reasonable and the services are hood. I am giving a recent case, my problem, their solution, the estimate, and my decision as following. My recent repair for some noise in the back of my Honda CRV, which is a 25 year old car. Jimmy, Hau, and Jose, 3 machenics, had found: 1) loose metal equipments in the trunk spare tire space. [ their solution] wraping metal equipments and securing them in place. [Charge] $0. 2) rustic brake on the left back tire. [solution] not dangerous, no need to do anything, [charge] $0. 3) in the center back, the wrapping around plastic cushion was broken. [solution] get new part and change. [decision] change it. However, it took almost 4 hrs to unscrew the old broken part because the screws were all rusted and glued together. [charge] $200 (parts $87.79; labor $120). 4) weight bearing secure rubbers were all broken so the weight were moving while driving. [solution] no danger, no action needed. [decision] I would like it to be changed. [charge] $160. (parts $148, labor $15]. By the way, Jimmy always told me the estimates before they started any repair. For the back noise, I came to the Bridge Auto Services for 3 times. The front part of my Honda CRV also has broken rubber and plastic issues. But, since these issues won't cause any danger and interfere safe driving, so I decided to go down to New Orleans first. If there is any issue, I will fix it after I come back. Hope my case helps you guys. Cheers...

I've been taking our vehicles here for regular maintenance for a long time, and the service has always been great. Their mechanics are certified and do a great job with repairs on our older vehicles as well. Overall they're very professional and prices are competitive.

Our car was there two weeks and they couldn't give an estimate. Pretty nice in the beginning when they first got the business and after that attitude changed. Also they will keep asking if you want to buy their old junk car. If you want your car there are so many repair shops around the area to choose please be wise.

My son hit a cinderblock on 287 and bent the rim on his car. Long story short, I was charges almost $500 for a used rim and used tire sensor. $265 for the rim and mounting (used). Yes Walmart sells them new for $178.00 with free delivery. $25 for a used tire sensor (pepboys quoted me $120 for new, installed and programmed) $130 to program the tire sensor. and the rest of the bill was to look under the car and see if any other damage was done. of which which equated to cleaning off the the oil pan with a can of brake cleaner. ($5.00 at autozone, if you use the entire can) Very dishonest in my opinion. I know times are tough but charging customers like this is just wrong. does not do the right thing by the customer. There are better shops out there.. Don't get burned like I did.

My car ran out of coolant and began overheating. I only had cash and was $2 short, but the guy let me buy it anyway! He even checked out my car for free, and talked me through what I need to get fixed soon, what can wait, etc. It's a small place, and that does mean it's a tad more expensive, but I'd still recommend it. I'll definitely be going back... once I save up a bit more for the repairs...

I've been going to this place for all my car repairs in many years. The owner and his son are always honest about the repair and the price is always reasonable. In my most recent visit for water found on my passenger side floor, the Acura dealer wanted me to replace my entire windshield because of "water leaking" issue, but the owner, Jimmy, found out the water was from AC and fixed it in no time. That was the difference between amateur and expert. For those who complain about the labor charge, all I can say is that when it comes to professional service, you are not just paying for the 5 minutes they spend to analyze the problem. In face, you are paying for years of professional experience behind it instead.

Good services with reasonable price. You get what you paid. A trustworthy mechanic. They take care of the vehicle.

Got in for an emergency Mechanical window issue. They took care of it right away. Especially on an Saturday afternoon. So grateful for the good job and price too.

1. Very expensive (5min engine check:98 bucks; 1 small part replacing: 900 labor) 2. Not honest. I checked my oil after I did oil change at this place. The oil was not changed at all. 3. They were not able to fix a problem, instead they tried something I’ve already told them that it was not the issue, and charged me 300+ bucks for fixing nothing. 4. I asked my friends about this place after they lied to me, all of them knew this place and said it is the worst. Don’t trust those 5 star ratings if you don’t want to be fooled by this place. 5. Very rude owner, I said “thank you”, “please” many times to the owner, he never even looked at me.

Go in the back watch ur car specially if they’re going to jack it up luckily I was there while they were jacking my car up they bent the door. All I came in was for a tire plug and end up spending hours, had make a report. Also owner change tire plug price quite few times.

Bridge Auto was a wonderful help to me at a time when the temperature made things very difficult to get around (cold 8 degrees). The repairs to my Nissan were done very promptly and the car operates wonderfully. Bridge Auto pays attention to our concerns and works diligently and in good faith to help us. They are customer oriented. Thank you.

My Honda had a small rear impact that needed bumper replacement and some body work. Bridge Auto quoted a very reasonable price and did an Excellent Job. Honest ppl.

I have been here many times and would say in general this auto repair shop is mediocre. What I am not fond of is the owner Jimmy sometimes can be indifferent and rude. For example, he never calls my name when the service is done ( he usually just refers as " You ") and never says thank you when I make payment. He also can be snobbish if you drive a less fancy cars. He once said my car is junk and gave me attitude. Their price is not as competitive as it used to be and sometimes can be more pricey than others. The only female worker in this shop is called Frances who is always friendly and she is the only reason I still tolerate the grumpy owner and come back for business. What I really want to say to the owner is being friendly and nice to your customers can go a long way.

Been bringing my cars here for years never had a problem with the quality of work or the pricing. I have purchased cars from here as well and never had a problem with them. All the technicians are very experienced and perform quality work. I will continue to bring my cars here.

Professionals that give top notch service and honest recommendations. Have been a steady customer for some time now and feel almost like family. Bringing my vehicles to another place for maintenance is unthinkable.

This place was Excellent!! I came here to have work done on my Honda Civic. I had recently bought it used and needed to get it checked out mechanically to see what kind of condition it was in. My husband had told me about this place to check it out. I was amazed by the fast and friendly service I received. I had a check engine light and they were able to quickly tell me what all the fault codes meant and what the problems were. I had thought that because the car was older the timing belt was bad but upon inspection they told me that the timing belt and water pump looked new and didn't require any replacement. I greatly appreciated there honesty since I didn't know much about cars. The Check engine light was the result of a bad Distributor and an O2 Sensor. I had called for help on a short notice and they fixed everything the same day and I was back to work the next day. On top of that the price was amazing too! If your a woman looking for an honest place to get your car fixed I highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going to keep coming back to this place.

My daughter is a new driver and last week, while backing out from parking lot at ProtecHockey rink, damaged her AUDI A4 front bumper. I guess she must have parked way too close to the ramp. Left side of the bumper and panel popped out. I went to Bridge Auto and they were able to get it fixed within two hours while I was waiting. I was charged for two hours of labor plus $36 in parts. I dealt with Auto body issues many times in the past and most of the time car had to be left in shop for days with questionable hours of labor. I was happy about Bridge Auto's prompt service and the bill seems reasonable.

I have been here couple of times to get diagnosis. The manager/owner seemed to be honest and not imposing. I can't speak for their quality of work or pricing.

If you want your car to be fixed right , DO NOT BRING IT HERE. This is the worst place i been to, and they will rob you blind. I check online to see the correct work hour for job, and i was billed more. So for a axle installation ( both sides) just for labor cost me almost $400 bucks. I supply my own axle, my own socket, and had to show then what they forgot to do. They did not have the socket to release the axle nut and i have to bring my own. Besides all this, when the axle was installed, they didn't know they have to bent the lip of the axle nut so the axle does not slip out of the hub. If i didn't see what they were doing, and just drove off, i could of been in a bad accident if it came off.

Very sheisty people that run this shop. I understand mechanics are hard to trust but these people take it to another level. If for whatever reason you must get your car serviced here, don't just leave it there. Make sure you have a basic understanding of how cars work and watch everything they do to your car.

This service at this facility was absolutely horrible. I was charged an obscene amount and the issue was never resolved. The diagnosis received was incorrect and I had to have my truck towed to another facility where the problem was corrected. They changed the sign in the shop for the diagnostic fee after I complained (bait and switch). Please save yourself the trouble and go to another service facility.
