I went to order some brake parts for my car, and the people at the counter said they had five orders ahead and didn’t want to take my order because they were busy, even though I was next in line. It’s unbelievable how they handle customers. If you’re going to order, it’s better to do it online with your car’s make and model and just pick it up. I don’t understand how they have so many people at the counter if they don’t serve customers properly

I detest the lady in the front. She’s the most unhelpful person. Makes me not want to come back

The services sucks they treat ppl like if the making you a favor they take so long they talk to you with a bad attitude

My favorite REAL Auto parts store not your fake parts store with zero knowledge about automotive parts like auto zone or advanced auto but those two stores do have a great selection of wiper blades, washer, fluid, and all kinds of automotive waxes and any other snake oil that you might need but not Parts . Can I to tell you one person what store is my favorite? It would be the store that’s on Milltown Road and it would be Howard a great guy.

I called because I was referred to this location for a friend unfortunately the way they handle customers is crazy, maybe if I had my boyfriend call it would have been different, I will not even waste a dime on these parts.
