‼️WARNING‼️ This is a business with zero accountability and transparency. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with Giancola Auto Sales / Enterprise Automotive LLC. I purchased a used vehicle (2011 Ford Escape) from them in April 2025. The seller explicitly told me the vehicle was in perfect condition and had no problems whatsoever. In reality, the car had a completely broken transmission and a failing battery at the time of sale, rendering it undriveable within days. These major defects were never disclosed, and the vehicle was misrepresented as being in good condition. A certified mechanic later confirmed that the transmission was already compromised at the time of purchase. These are serious, pre-existing defects that should have been disclosed prior to the sale. I was never informed of any such issues. I reached out to the seller to try and resolve the issue and asked if they would just contribute to the $2,332.50 I had to pay for repairs. Instead of showing any concern, I was told, “I never forced you to sign on the dotted line.” That response showed a complete lack of accountability and disregard for ethical business practices. This experience has been financially and emotionally draining. I ended up paying almost the full price of the car again just to make it drivable — and now the battery issue is preventing me from even accessing the vehicle. I have filed a formal complaint and am moving forward with small claims court. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This sale involved material misrepresentation. The seller knowingly failed to disclose serious mechanical problems that existed at the time of sale and falsely represented the vehicle as being in good working order. This conduct violates the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), which protects consumers from deceptive and unfair sales practices. If anyone else finds themselves in this situation — go to court. Hold businesses like this accountable. I am now requesting a full reimbursement of the vehicle’s purchase price ($2,985) and will be getting my money back through a final judgment.

DO NOT TRUST Giancola Cars (Enterprise Automotive LLC)! We purchased a car from Giancola Cars—officially Enterprise Automotive LLC on the bill of sale—and they assured me it had no issues. Within days, a certified mechanic diagnosed a completely shot transmission—a major, costly defect they never disclosed. This wasn’t an innocent oversight; it was deliberate misrepresentation. When I confronted the seller about the hidden damage, he smugly told me, “I never forced you to sign on the dotted line.” That’s the level of accountability you can expect from this shop. Giancola Cars (Enterprise Automotive LLC) sold me a defective vehicle, then shrugged off all responsibility when I demanded a fix or refund. Save yourself the money, stress, and potential legal battle—stay far away from Giancola Cars (Enterprise Automotive LLC).

If you want to get screwed..this is the place to go ..was friends for over 50 years..at least I thought I was ..mades a deal then when it's time to pay up ...said he should never had made the deal.. uses low grade parts and charges for top of the line..even screwed the insurance company..charges for parts..never used..the tells everyone..no one has ever helped him
