I’d like to thank Vasco and the team at Firestone. I always get my vehicles serviced in a timely manner and I’ve never had any issues. They explain what your vehicle needs in a clear concise manner and they tell you the correct order and timeframe. They also let you know if any sale specials are happening so you can get the most for your money.

At this location I am very satisfied with the experience. E'myah did a wondeful job of customer service at the front desk. Technicians John and Jose where very knowledgable about car repairs. They fix and ordered my parts in a fasts swiftly times speed. I would give them a raise if I were the bosss.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly and they don’t try to do more than what needs to be done. The tech will make recommendations and you can choose what to do and what not to do. Also, they always try to find coupons and discounts so you’re saving as much as possible on your service. I highly recommend this place!

Brendan was excellent very courteous and willing to work with me and handled the job in a timely manner.

I have 3500 diesel extended cab with a 10k lb service body. This is the Only place within the entire town, that can help you, or me if you have a real truck for real men things. Basically, if you help to build this world everyone else uses, go here if u need help. I did and I'm totally thankful. The manager there was so helpful and the staff were very professional with me and I felt at ease knowing they could help. No one else could, would or did. So, my loyalty to this place has been won over by just that one visit. They didn't know I was a local guide or anything. Besides my experience, the quality of the products are above average as well. I'm sure you will also have a very similar experience if you decide to utilize this facility too. Good luck

I think generally car issues are expensive and a space most may not know things about. Mike and JP showed patience and answered the thousands of questions I asked. I felt very understood and left feeling safer to drive on the road. Truly great experience!

Booked an appointment online and walked in to get wheels alignment done. Michael was very helpful with the service. Got done very quickly. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I was stranded on the road just before closing time. The watchmaker did the job very quickly and mounted my tires. Everyone was very attentive. Thank you. I recommend it.

Service was quick and thorough. They even balanced the air in my tires for me. What a nice courtesy. They ley me know my battery was low and with the xold weather coming I didnt want to chance it not starting so I haf a new one installed. Saved me a cold morning mo start.

Worst experience ever. The guy their with long hair and long beard is too arrogant. First they'll ask you for appointment and then won't deliver on time. It took them 2.30 hrs just to do wheel alignment. Don't waste your money here.

Had an emergency and the guys took me as a walk in today and gave my Camry 2 brand new rear tires. Mike/Michael (I think that’s what he said his name was sorry if I got it wrong, I was very tired) was amazing behind the counter. Went in around 5 and by 7 I was leaving with my car ready to go. Really appreciate their service and will 100% go back for a front tire install as well and other work.

I had some tires balance and they came out great. The work was very clean. They even helped me load them in the car. Great place to come get your tires And alignment and other repairs done.

Made an appointment for oil change. Appointment was confirmed. I got estimated time like up to 1.5 hours to car be done. After 2 hours I asked about UPD. And I got response that it takes another 45 minutes. Big disappointment. Waisted half of my weekend just sitting and waiting

I love this place! Vasco and Brendon are so sweet and kind. They always help me out and I trust their opinion. I bring my cars and all my adult children’s car to Firestone in East Brunswick because they are the best!

I have been coming here since about 2017/2019. The team is patient and willing to explain the problem and options. I totally appreciate it as I love to learn. Brendan has always been amazingly patient and tries his best to manage the many demands while providing amazing customer service. The whole staff at the East Brunswick location makes me feel I can trust their suggestions and efforts with my car. Ray, Brendan and Vasquez always treats my car as if it’s their own

It’s the best place to go for the maintenance, or for an urgent issue. I had the leak under my car, they checked the car , I did not have the appointment, but the helped me. Bill the manager is very honest and nice. It’s my place to go. I was in this shop several times, and every time I have only good experience. Thanks a lot!

Tire repair under warranty. Unexpected repair made easy. Staff was accommodating and extremely professional. I would recommend this Firestone to family and friends any day!

I went in to request my lifetime wheel alignment, but instead of performing the service, the mechanic presented me with a $5,000 repair list and insisted that I first spend $600 on parts before they could do the alignment. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam, especially after I already paid for the lifetime alignment. I also asked for my brakes to be inspected, but no inspection report was provided, which clearly shows the brakes were never checked. Overall, Firestone has proven to be untrustworthy. They pressure customers into unnecessary parts replacements and services rather than honoring what was paid for. I can no longer consider Firestone a reliable or reputable place to go. Went walk-in on Saturday, manager said can't do repairs today. Gave me appointment for Sunday. With my appointment I waited for more than 2 and half hours for the service. 100% unsatisfied customer.

I had a great experience today at East Brunswick Firestone. Ray and Michael helped me in the showroom. Ray helped me pick out my tires after explaining all my options. They managed to get me in today to put my tires on, Michael even stayed late to do that. Tom installed my tires, did a great job and also stayed late to do it. I recommend them!!!

First time going here and couldn't be happier. They were a little busy today but install time was quick when they got to my car. Tires were well balanced, unlike some other places I've tried. Quality work! Shoutout to Vasco and Jorge for the great service!

The entire process was very smooth. Prices for a better set of 2 tires were a $100 less than another tire shop nearby. The team were all of them very professional, accommodating, and very prompt.
