Very helpful. If you don't wish to sell your car yourself, and deal with the unknowns and problems, these guys were a better price than other bigger names.
I went in to sell my vehicle and while it was less than I had originally hoped, Christian was very nice and explained how and why the price came out as it did, and what each form I signed meant. Great attitudes all around and even when he seemed to be busy he kept a positive demeanor which definitely helped ease any worries and fears I had selling a car for the first time.

i went over and was serviced by John. he inspected my vehicle and couldn’t close the hood so my boyfriend helped him close it. after declining the offer i drove not even a mile and the hood flew open while driving away and shattered my windshield. I pulled over to the raceway .5 miles from them and after inspecting a piece of garbage was jammed into the hood latch by the door causing it to fly open. I called them and John denied that he put anything on the latch, was then transferred to the manager who said since my boyfriend helped him close the hood they deny all responsibility. These guys are idiots. do not allow them to touch your car. they will then deny all responsibility because you were being nice and helped. could have killed me. got glass thrown in my face while i’m pregnant.
Had a great experience! John was very professional and helpful, I got a fair price for my car that I was buying out from a lease so they made the horrible lease experience a better one for sure! Very nice staff, quick transaction and very understanding!
Perfect and professional service from Justin. It's an elaborate process but is worth it, covering all the bases to ensure efficiency that resulted into a successful transaction for both parties. Highly recommended.

Did not have a good experience with the East Brunswick sales rep
Got an appointment at 7p, told the store manager that my wife who’s the registered owner will come over once we have a deal, as we live just two blocks away. He rudely replied that “I WANT HER HERE NOW!! I don’t wanna wait until 8.30p. I have heard this story too many times”. Called my wife and it was for all for nothing. He tries to mansplain us what a check engine light means. And then lowballs us into the most ridiculous offer ever. This guy is the most insensitive professional I’ve ever encountered.
I’d recommend to stay as far away from this place as possible.

I’d advise you against making false statements. I did select mechanical issues during online valuation. Your website provides no other way to highlight the exact codes or problem. So, don’t blame your lack of technical infrastructure on the customer. And, please read my review. My problem is not with the offer, it’s with the attitude of your employee.
Justin (store mgr) was very easy to work with. He walked me through the process, patiently answered my questions, and never applied any pressure. He was also very professional and diligent in handling the paperwork, returning my plates, giving me copies of everything, and issuing my check. Overall, selling my car to him/WBAC was a positive experience.
Pleasantly surprised at how smooth this transaction was. I dealt with the Branch Manager in East Brunswick NJ, who was very personable and helpful in easing my concerns about dealing with a company that I was unfamiliar with. I got an online appraisal to sell my car at this location. They were keep calling to make sure I was going there. Unfortunately when I got there to close the deal they refused to buy the car because the title was not 90 day under my name yet. There is no law saying that you need to keep the car for certain period of time before sell it. It was a really frustrating experience. Justin did not even take a look on my car. Unbelievable

The process went smoothly and was completed with, car cleaned out and paperwork and check in my hands in less than an hour. As long as you are realistic on price and have done your competitive pricing prior to the appointment you are fine. Justin, the manager of the East Brunswick office has such a great personality and took the tension out of the process. He also explained every step and how he examined my car.
So we decided to sell our 2010 Dodge Challenger with 50K miles on it. After researching Webuyanycar.com I made an appointment. I met with Justin in New Brunswick NJ and began the process selling my car. Justin was very professional and explained everything to me as we went thru the process. Now I have read online reviews that the online evaluation was almost always higher than once they get you in the office. This was not the case. Justin made me an offer on my car and after a little while I accepted and sold my car. If in the future I want to sell another car I would search out Justin again to help me. If I have to give one negative it would be directed at the company, Not Justin. When the paperwork was complete and I was handed my check I was nervous because what to do with the check. If you cash it at a Wells Fargo bank and are not a customer they will only cash 5k, so this was not an option. I decided to deposit it that night at my bank. What I didn't realize is Bank of America put a 7 business day hold on the check. This could create an issue if I you had already signed for a new car or needed the money right away. In the future I would hope that Webuyanycar.com would use Electronic fund transfers like other companies use. In all this is my only complaint and Thank you Justin for making my experience a great one.
