They were overall friendly not pushy. But I took a chance because I saw a car I wanted and drove over an hour to see it ?and it didn’t look anything like the photos. Door handle was cracked in 2 a few medium sized dents that weren’t pictured at all. Underbody rust was pretty bad. Too bad it’s better to be upfront with what you’re selling. Not saying they can’t sell a decent car just take it was a grain of salt and be very weary. This car’s carfax looked so good and they took some good pictures too. Guess I’m a newbie expecting to see in person what I saw online.

Let me tell the public that this dealership M2 Auto Group, is the worst car company I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I’ve received from this company. I would warned, anyone looking to buy a vehicle regardless the price or condition, don’t buy from this company. Go somewhere else. They’re horrible and deceptive. I bought a truck from them, it was late in the evening when I did my inspection of the vehicle, did not notice, around the windshield was rusted, the wheels on the vehicle were all different sizes, windshield blades not changed, spare detached from it’s original place rusted out cover with snow. They haven’t done anything on the vehicle since trade in. Not even the basics. Reach out with my concern only to be greeted with attitude and resentment from one name wisely. Very Unprofessional and rude. They further told me that I will have to bare the cost of all repairs since the vehicle was sold As-is after not doing anything to the vehicle prior to me purchasing it, mind you I called the very next day to convey my concerns.The most horrible experience I’ve ever had, I’m the owner of four vehicles, they’re diabolically stupid. Don’t fall for their sweet words and constant messages, run for your life. I was even encouraging two persons to buy a vehicle they have on the lot, immediately I informed them to seek elsewhere. God don’t like ugly, what they did to me will cost them 100 times more.

Chantal, Robert, and Boris were absolutely amazing. My first experience buying a car at a dealer and it was seamless. They were kind, patient and just overall very nice ppl w a trusting vibe. Definitely a blessing and I left w a great car for an amazing price!

Honestly, the buff dude that showed me the vehicle was kind of pushy. He made me feel like I wouldn’t find something better for what I was paying and kind of back me into a corner. They only let me test drive the vehicle down the street to the gas station, I believe that was so the check engine light didn’t come on (it came on when I was driving the vehicle back to my house). The vehicle did not even last me a year I bought the vehicle in March 2025. I wanted to wait before I left the review so I can really tell you About the product and the service at the same time. It was not road safe. It would not have passed inspection, those are the mechanics words, not mine.It had serious problems that they did not disclose. Vehicle was a four-wheel-drive vehicle that did not have the control arm. So no four-wheel-drive. And whoever replaced the” Oxygen filter “ did it incorrectly and it cost me a lot of money to fix. The blond lady at the front desk was very cold, until she received the money out of my hand. Then she was all smiles. Do not trust these people. They really only care about the almighty dollar. It’s almost disgusting. The best thing about that place was the ice cream shop next to it. If you’re in the east Brunswick area please visit that ice cream shop. I bought a car from m2 auto group and i'm very satisfied and they're labor rates are better than most places , you can't beat the prices overall, I'm very satisfied with the Customer service and the professional attitude of everybody that works there

My daughter paid $6k for a vehicle a few weeks ago to find out the transmission is going the next day!!! Haven't been able to drive the car. She has 4 kids and live in the mountains. They say they will fix the car just get an estimate which she did and still nothing. Then oh they going to have the owner call you back. Don't hold your breath!!! Please take your business some where else!!!

I had a terrible experience. I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S on September 5, 2025. On September 24, it failed the state inspection because smoke billowed from the exhaust above 4000 rpm. Several sensors were not ready. The front wheel bearing was damaged, and the engine hummed loudly when accelerating slowly to 1200 rpm. The radiator's main fan wouldn't spin. I replaced the fan motor and fuse myself, and it finally started spinning. On September 30, just as I was about to complete my first drive cycle with my son, the radiator hose and line burst on the highway, spraying hot liquid out the side of the hood at high speeds. It's extremely dangerous. The car is now completely undriveable. I assumed the dealer would perform some inspections before they buying and selling it, but apparently there seems no. I didn't expect to buy a perfect used car here, but at least it could pass the state inspection and was safe to drive on the road. I was so naive. This was a truly terrible experience. Now this car is no longer worth repairing. I hope that when someone comes to buy a car in the future, they will read the reviews, especially the negative reviews, before considering whether to buy it.

I just purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper from the M2 group. They were very responsive and helpful and made the purchase easy. They arranged transportation of the car to my house and I received it in a very timely fashion. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sequioa with 150,000 miles from this dealership. I had also purchased two other vehicles in the past. I will say this, they are very accommodating. I am a picky person and they were able to satisfy my every need. I dealt with Robert the first purchase, the second purchase, and Joe V the third. I can't say enough about each of them. I am over 50 years old and have bought many vehicles. These purchases have been the best car buying experiences for me personally.. I purchased 2 vehicles this week. They were cheaper than anyone within 500 miles. I literally did both deals in one hour. Had my plates in a half hour. Rob and Joe were very knowledgeable and courteous. They made me feel at ease. Turns out they were both men of their word. One was for my daughter and one was for my company and they were everything they presented them to be and we love them. The cars I mean. But Rob and Joe too!
