I placed an order at McDonald’s through the pick-up service, but I only received one burger instead of the two I ordered, along with the two chocolate shakes. This is very poor service, and they are not performing their job well. I expect better service in the future.”

Would give 0 stars if I could. Employees stand around talking and don't bother to see what you ordered. After 40 minutes of waiting for an order I couldn't cancel because I used the app I just left. For context all I ordered was a large coke and an ice cream cone. Avoid this McDonald's. The employees are as useless as a wet towel... I take that back, a wet towel still has a use. Just avoid.

Horrible guest experience. I spent over sixty dollars for lunch and waited for more then forty minutes only to have the employees take my phone to see my order and then come back telling me that “the order was canceled”. We literally heard them speaking in Spanish if they canceled it and returned to us saying that we canceled. Bunch of lazy people who don’t serve the community.

pulling up into the drive through with my scooter was the most humiliating experience of my life. ordering my food went smoothly, but once i hit the second window the hawk nosed, butch haircut worker gave me and my scooter the nastiest look. she practically threw the bag at me, and a few fries even fell out. but before i could ask her what her problem was, she SLAMMED the window shut on me. will not be returning. HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE, LADY!

Don’t even try to order from here on Saturday night or after rush hour. I was waiting for almost an hour at the drive thru. You might as well not call it fast food anymore. You’re better off going to an Ihop nearby that’s also opened 24/7

Doing a pick up and the lady behind the counter gave every other delivery driver their order without asking them to confirm. When it came to ME she firmly gripped the bag and demanded I confirm in front of her. I kindly tried to remove her fingers.from the bag and she gripped tighter. Never once asked any other grub hub driver I was standing with to do the same. Disgusting.

Unfortunately DoorDash and uber eats have essentially rendered this McDonald’s inaccessible to the rest of users (including mobile). Not to the fault of the staff, there are just too many orders coming in for them to keep up with. A shame because this location is legendary.

I only ended up at McDonald's because of the $3 debit card promotion, otherwise I wouldn't have gone. But I was honestly surprised—it was significantly better than the Double Cheeseburger in Korea.

I know the workers at the location must have been busy with Christmas time rush but they were completely aloof and disrespectful to me just now and I never even got my order. I placed an order from the kiosk. Waited over 30 minutes!!! I inquired multiple times on the status of my order, especially because they started calling out and delivering other orders that were both placed after mine (by timestamp) and were of larger order numbers (from a chronological incremental perspective). All I ever got was a quick "no", and then completely ignoring. I couldn't get them to understand that something must be wrong if they were serving other customers who came after me. After 30+ minutes I got fed up and left. Do better - listen to your customers when they politely inquire and literally tell you their order was never produced / was skipped over.

Not a single time have we visited this place and received a complete order. Every time there’s an issue: forgotten sauces, missing drinks, wrong drinks brought, or suddenly “we don’t have milk today.” It’s constant mistakes with zero consistency. At this point it feels like basic order accuracy is too much to ask. Extremely frustrating experience, every single visit.

I ordered late night and i had two uber drivers cancel on me because they were waiting for the food. A new driver was able to pick up my food but he was telling me that the food was cold. When I get the food it was damn near frozen. I called to see if I can have another order sent me to because my brother who is sick was craving it. They picked up the phone and as I was explaining my situation they hung up on me. Horrible service.

Take a way too long to get simple food it’s not even the workers fault at this point it’s every time here like it’s a busy McDonalds so get more people these wait times are like 30 minutes for simple fries and drink

I don’t know when McDonald’s decided that “consistently disappointing” was the new brand identity, but the decline is impossible to ignore. This place used to at least be reliably mediocre. Now it’s just bad—across the board. The food was cold, sloppily thrown together, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to reflect on its life choices. Fries were limp, burgers were a mess. When you’re paying more than ever for fast food, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s hot and edible. That bar was not met. What really sealed the deal, though, was the staff. Rude, dismissive, and acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. No greeting, no eye contact, no attempt at basic courtesy—just attitude. Asking a simple question felt like I’d personally offended them. If you hate being here this much, maybe don’t take it out on the people just trying to get a meal. McDonald’s has raised prices, cut quality, and apparently given up on training or customer service entirely. It’s not fast, it’s not cheap, and it’s definitely not friendly anymore. There are too many other options to justify wasting money here. This is the last time I ever buy from this disgusting establishment.

It looks like the night shift can’t handle the busy volume after 12 a.m. Here is proof showing how they close the drive-thru and the kiosks because it seems like they can’t manage the orders. Honestly, if they can’t handle it, they might as well just close and stop advertising as 24 hours. This is extremely frustrating for customers expecting full service at night, and it feels like a waste to come all the way here only to find everything shut down. Management should address this and ensure the staff is prepared or change the hours to reflect reality. update. food is good worth it lol just be aware to wait patiently for it

Whoever owns this McDonald’s needs to seriously consider hiring some new workers these are by far the slowest workers I have ever seen in any McDonald’s across the states I been in.They literally take 45 minutes to an hour to give you your order and they stare at you and walk pass you when you try to call them about your order I will never be coming back here this is not the first time they do this

On day 12/06/2025 I ordered food at 11:49. Waited for my food almost 45mins. I went and asked the staff repeatedly they replied that my food will be out soon. It’s been an hour I saw my receipt stuck on their front desk but no food. They just gave my food to someone else without confirming. Later they gave my food after 25mins of constantly asking. Such a horrible customer service. Train your staff well!!!!

So unfortunately this is the slowest Mc Donald’s in the United States. I ordered 1hr ahead of time before even going to the restaurant and waited another 30 min when I got there. They need to have certain people doing specific things but instead they have everyone doing to many things. It’s unorganized in this place.

Absolutely atrocious wait times at this McDonald's PERIOD. McDonald's is not the restaurant of fast food and quick mcchickens from the 80s to early 2000's. Since the onset of UberEats, DD and Grubhub the poor workers are unable to keep up with the overload of orders. The workers are miserated by the bombardment of walk-ins. On the weekends/weekdays during high school football season it's absolutely worse and dismal with an influx of kids walking in and bogging down the lines even more, along with drive thru lines getting longer. Friday thru Saturday nights are their pain point. The sites physical size can not keep up with the 21st century overloading it from gig programs or even service anyone efficiently or quickly. They honestly need corporate and the restaurant owner to take accountability to analyze the pressure from this site, effectively down-size the restaurant sitting structure to encourage the young kids and crowds to leave since they are in a city area that is highly populated, expand its cook line by one row and staff this team with workers to get thru seasonal football game nights, and weekend club crowd. They began being slow as far back as 2005 when I was 19yrs old, and it's gotten worse 20 years later. Look at the rest of the reviews. Even doing UberEats myself is a loss of time and money. This McDonald's hands down keeps delivery drivers from making money efficiently. I've waited for 30+ minutes for double/triple orders many many times. Food is still reliably the same in flavor. McDonalds-ey taste.

I hope higher up sees this because today this place was under staffed and they were doing their best even with some many orders. I was the 3rd car in my land and waited 45 minutes for a small meal.This place is too popular for it to be understaffed. Get that part right protect and help your employees!

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line on a recent Friday night around 11:30pm. I had pre-ordered so I finally went inside to get my order. No apology for the insanely slow service. Will not be coming back.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. I have tried to give this place a shot 2-3 times now. The drive through is always way longer than inside the fast food restaurant. The food, although, is not fast at all! They will keep you at a drive through station for 30-45 minutes before you order. Beware of the drive through as well order accuracy of this specific location. This location used to be amazing a few months ago although the new management is not it. I hope this helps others relocate their decision.

STAY AWAY!!!! This is the slowest drive thru line you will ever experience. You will wait 30 minutes pull up they dont take your order for another 5 min cuz they are taking someone elses order in their double drive thru, hire more people and stop wasting my time.

Hit or miss. The guy taking orders in the drive through is either cooked or new or both. Took forever with the person ahead of me then I give my order makes me wait and then asks repeats my order wrong and then says sorry about that. It’s been 10 minutes since I got to the drive through and I am barely reaching the pay window. 2-5 other cars went ahead of me on the other lane because my guy was cooked. Nice!!!!

This McDonald’s offers excellent service, and online orders are prepared quickly. The restaurant is spacious, with a pleasant environment and a dedicated play area for kids. It also has a drive-thru and plenty of parking, which is very convenient. Another plus is the surrounding facilities, such as gas stations and supermarkets, making it a good stop for errands or a quick meal. Pros: 1. Online orders are processed quickly. 2. A large dining area and a kids' play zone make it great for families. 3. Plenty of parking spots and an efficient drive-thru. 4. Close to gas stations and supermarkets. Cons: The entrance is on Bergen Turnpike, just north of the Bergen Tpk at JFK Blvd bus stop. It’s easy to miss, especially at night due to poor lighting. A clear sign would be very helpful for drivers. Overall, this is a great McDonald’s location with fast service and a convenient setup. Just keep an eye out for the entrance if you’re driving in at night!
