The bowling machines do not always work as expected. Sometimes you see a few pins already fallen down for a new set. When we tried contacting the person on the front desk they made us wait 15 to 20 minutes to even come to reset the frame. At first, he was unwilling to do it saying you can just play, this is not a league and called us crazy for asking to reset the frame.
Held a party here for 25 people and had a great experience. Booking process was smooth, pricing was fair, and the night went very smoothly. Communication was clear and professional would definitely book another event here in the future.
I have been bowling here as a part of zogsports league for years. This weekend I went in with my new bowling ball and met with the owner Rich in the pro shop to have my ball drilled. Rich took the time to see me bowl a few balls to see my bowling style, then took measurements to properly drill my ball. Once finished he brought me to a lane to try my new ball and even coached me on my style and throwing technique. He genuinely cares about bowling, his business and customers, and it really stood out. I can’t wait to go back and show off my new found skills.

We paid $26 for two games and two shoe rentals. Can't complain about that! The place is pretty well kept, though we did run into some issues with the computer at our lane and needing the staff's help to enter our names and start the game for us.
All in all, a nice place to go bowling.
Just a quick trip through the Lincoln tunnel will yield a bowling experience that is far superior to any lanes in Manhattan. The lanes are wood, properly oiled, and reasonably clean, and the balls are clean enough (though the limited hand sizes can make finding the right ball a little bit of a pain). The food is fried to crispy perfection, and the drinks are made quickly. Well lit, no distracting disco bowling, just a good place to play or practice. Family friendly. The shoes are a little beat up, par for the course I guess. The lot downstairs is not for bowling customers, you will get towed immediately, you must street park and the meters have a 2 hour limit, bring quarters! The arcade games are underwhelming, but they exist. Overall, an excellent bowling experience, really great pricing ($6 per game), very nice staff. I would absolutely recommend this place!
Super cute spot, gets poppin after 730 on Friday so come early. They have a little bar, cheap drinks, friendly staff, I would love to make this a regular spot.

The facility has a decent number of lanes, and it’s great to go when it’s not crowded. There’s a little bar inside, and concession stand which is convenient.
On crowded days it can get crazy with kids running around, very inebriated adults and the wait times so plan ahead.
We enjoyed our time at the Bowl-Rite lanes. Including the rental of the bowling shoes, we paid $30 for two games for the two of us. We went on a weekend and it was packed. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before we were allocated a lane.
The entrance of the place does feel a bit dingy but inside the place is well maintained (even the restrooms). This place also has a small cafe offering finger food options, a bar with some canned drinks and other games such as table tennis, snooker (one table) and some arcade games.
Super chill. Getting shoes, paying, and finding balls was a breeze. They have super yummy fries for the refuel snack. The bathrooms were really clean. The lights were on versus upstairs that was more vibey with neons and stuff.
I took my little one here to his friend’s birthday party & we had a great time. Staff was great and loved the antique looking atmosphere. Oh and you can get a cheap drink to calm you down from the kiddie madness! ?
Amazing experience at this bowling alley. A must-visit place if you're looking for some fun activities. The games are comparatively cheaper. 3 games for just 15$. It also has some arcade games. You can also find pros playing here to enjoy a good show.
Many of us tried bowling for the first time. Believe me, 1st game was just a warm-up. In the following games, we had a blast. A night to remember!
It was very fun, the price is very affordable at 5$ per person, with 2 people we played 5 games for $50 and stayed their for over 2 1/2 hours. Coming from Manhattan it would be over $70 per hour so this place is definitely the more affordable option. We had to wait 30minutes as it was pretty busy, but everything worked well their, and had nearly any errors when we were bowling!
Amazing place in Union City in New Jersey to enjoy a good evening with friends. It has around 32 bowling lanes and a ping pong lounge and we can order food as well. It is pretty reasonably priced and the lane the ambience is good as well with good lighting. The only thing is that the entrance looks like a old factory entrance or something but the inside is very well maintained.
The entrance is not very big and we missed it at first because I though it was a side entrance. Inside it was much better. The service was nice and the prices were very good.
Had an amazing evening with my family and friends. We hadn't seen each other very much due to the pandemic but this bowling alley offered a lot of nostalgic memories that had us giddy. We drank some beers, played 3 games of bowling and even gave a turn on the boxer game machine. All the talking and laughing made us hungry so we ordered cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and popcorn chicken. It was everything you expect from a bowling alley food. Crispy golden deep fried goodness. The prices are affordable and the customer service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful to any of your needs.
Good environment and the owner is very friendly. I’ve been there twice. There are arcade, bar, table tennis and ping pong as well. Good to go with friends and family.
Great place to have a party for kids! Friendly staff and customers. Only issue up on flight of stairs. Hard for people with physical issue, such as grandparents.
We had my husband's birthday party here and it was a real hit we had a lot of fun bowling. The event was very affordable but they only take one bill! I would definitely recommend this as a venue for a birthday!???
Bowl Rite's staff is amazing for hosting parties! Sam was my host for my son's 5th birthday and she was so fun and helpful from entering kids names in the game queue to making sure we had enough plates and napkins for the cake. The kids had a blast and my son said it was, "The best day EVER!"
A nice night our bowling alley, nothing fancy - they have a couple of arcade machines and a pool area. They also sell alcohol and comfort food. Overall we had a nice experience even though our machine kept getting stuck. If you're looking for a cheap, nice, close to home option - I would definitely recommend. If you are after something more luxurious then it's probably not the place for you.
