While multiple entities were unable to provide assistance, upon contacting Giovanni, he promptly arrived with two trucks: one for extraction and a flatbed for transport to the repair facility. The service was provided at a highly competitive price, and the personnel were exceptionally professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this towing service as the premier option in Jersey City and surrounding areas.
Had to tow my car recently and was cautious about who to use/didn’t want to damage my bumper, etc. Gio’s (in particular Oscar) were extremely diligent and accommodating not to mention timely. Would work with them again.
Sad news is my cars starter decided wouldn’t start. Great news is Larry was absolutely amazing. Hooked the car up quickly and securely. Made the drive over to Staten Island to drop off my car to my local mechanic. Would highly recommend and if I ever need to get a tow again while in Jersey city, I will definitely be calling back.

This is a 5 star tow company! The owner is amazing, knowledgeable and so friendly. They towed my Mom who was stranded 2.5 hours away for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond. Hired these guys to give me a short tow within the city. Driver was professional and extremely helpful. Car needed to be pushed into the back of my yard and he helped from start to finish. Guy on the phone is no-nonsense as well which I appreciate. Would highly recommend.

I had an exceptional service experience for a difficult towing need. They treated my car with car throughout the entire experience. I will use them for any future needs.
I called them to tow my car, the guy said someone will by your location in 40 minutes. I called back after one hour to check what's going on because nobody showed up!!
He told me someone will be there soon. But after 1 hour and half the same thing. They wasted my time so I canceled the trip.
Never recommend this place.

Giovanni’s was the 4 th toe company I called after my van broke down. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and got me towed quickly. The driver was very nice. What I like most about this experience is they did not try to take it Advantage or rip me off like the prior 3 companies I called did. I would definitely recommend using them over anyone else.
By coincidence my SUV got stuck outside of both on Lincoln and Holland Tunnels. Both times I ended up calling them and the tow truck showed up within reasonable time. Drivers were price was reasonable.
