Exceptional customer service - I purchased several items over a year ago, and the service / support was impeccable. I recently had an issue with a door handle and the owner sent out her team to my home at no cost and repaired a broken piece. I would recommend, 10/10!
UPDATE!!! After about a year Amighini is still providing the best after sale service. I’ve had minor issues with the doors but their best guy Mariano always shows up within the week to investigate.
Noelia and her team over at Amighini architectural did an AMAZING job with my buildings new doors. I was very happy from the customer service to the attention to detail in their work. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and even coordinated with our intercom vendors who were also working on the doors at the same time. I have to give a shout out to Mariano who was in charge of installation. I said it before but his attention to detail was truly outstanding. You can tell he really cares about the product that is delivered.Don’t get me wrong, the project came with a heavy price tag, but I personally think that the work speaks for itself.
I purchased a beautifully restored antique door from Amighini 14 years ago and started having issues with the lockset. I removed the lock and brought it in to have Mariano look at it. He repaired the lock in 15 minutes and it is working like brand new. Great service.
Amighini were great to work with and have stunning products! We are so pleased with our new front door. The level of detail and care that they put into restoration and installation is excellent. Noelia in the office is very communicative and helpful and Mariano did beautiful work. Would highly recommend if you are looking to update your brownstone/row house door.

They did an excellent job restoring our front door, we also had them replace the old glass. Would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to preserve or restore historic details in the doors of an old house.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS AND KEEP THE GOOD ONES TO FAKE A FACADE OF A GOOD COMPANY! Their customer service is a JOKE and they don’t care about their customers equally. They will ignore your calls and even block you, which is ridiculous for a company to do that. If your project is small, they will NEVER follow up with you and they’ll give you the same excuse - that they’re “busy with a big landmark project.”
The owner Chris is ALWAYS ABSENT and you’ll never get in touch with him if he’s the one who helped you initially. They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. The funny thing is, they might call me after posting this review, which is an interesting thought.
They most likely will delete this review like they always do to reviewers just stating the TRUTH, but I will just keep reposting this review to expose the truth about them to customers thinking of hiring them.
Please note: They will most likely respond to this review and try to discredit me by saying that they’ve never done business with me, which is a STRAIGHT LIE. Otherwise, how else would I know the owner’s name. So don’t be surprised if you see that response from them to my review. Just TIRED of FAKE companies out there LYING to customers to make $$$. Very rare and unusual doorways that can't be found anywhere else. Their service is excellent, they do a beautiful refinishing job if necessary, and often have rare and unusual parts that are hard to find
I went with my husband to choose an entry door for our new place and they were very helpful. I didn't know what to expect at first, but they walk you through the whole process. They helped with the paint and installation.

The owners are so nice and sweet. They have some of the best architectural peoces from Europe in all of New Jersey. DOORS..TILES..FOUNTAINS..STONE..STATUES..AND SO MICH MORE..A must see place..Great showroom or wander about and find some hidden treasures..
Great place! is a truly a journey back in time! All those antique doors with history. We bought a double door with the installation service and all... everything was perfect. Friendly crew. I highly recommend!
I purchased an antique mahogany door from Amighini, including installation, in excess of $ 10,000. A year after installation, panels on shoe level of the frame started to warp. I contacted Amighini and was told that replacement of lower part of panel would cost me $1,100. I was willing to have the repairs done, but Amighini told me I needed to pay in advance and if I used a CC they would add 3 percent. That was when I consulted a carpenter. He said the panels Amighini used are plywood. It was clear that plywood on the outside can't last. When I brought up the problem, Mrs. Amighini told me their manager had hired workers without the owners knowledge and pocketed money. Her suggestion for resolving the issue was to offer me the manager's phone number. What can I say? I asked for the specs of the stain, but they refuse to give it to me. Don't buy from them or work with them. Abysmal business conduct.
Wide variety of antique doors. Please note that all doors that are "restored" are, in fact, not restored with identical woods. I purchased a door that was claimed to be solid mahogany, but was in fact about 30% pine or oak. Nearly impossible to stain. Disappointed considering the only response I got was "no refunds, sorry."
Exquisite products and unbelievable service! Purchased two pair of antique doors and a cathedral painted glass window through Amighini website. When Hurricane Katrina hit our house, we lost one of the front doors and the window. The gorgeous front door frame was saved. Emailed Mr. Amighini hoping he could find me some front doors that would fit in the frame. Opened my email a couple of days later to a picture of my exact doors. The caption said, “See, is the same doors, no?” Mr. Amaghini explained that he harvested twin doors from a house, had sold one pair to me and one pair to an antique dealer in Los Angeles. He bought the doors back from the dealer, sent to Italy and had my window duplicated, picked up the doors from the dealer in Los Angeles and had them brought to me in Mississippi.....all at the original cost! Not only is it an amazing story, but I can never be grateful enough for Mr. Amighin’s caring, compassion, kindness, and genuine goodness. I should have posted this long ago. Amighini products and services the first time around blew us away, and the second time around were absolute miracles! If I were building another house, Amighini is the first place I would go!

Awesome awesome experience. Everyone I dealt with, from start to finish, was professional, helpful, patient, and pleasant. This was one of the most painless and easy purchases and it was not that quick and easy of a job. There was an old door with fake siding that had to be removed. I had been searching for 2 years and could not 1. find the right size and 2. find an affordable door. I hated seeing the generic cheap white short door on my brownstone every time I came home. The house had tilted a bit and settled so the entrance was not level but the workers continued with good cheer and smarts. It looks perfect! My "new" antique double door is GORGEOUS! People stop on street to tell me. It's like my house had a makeover. I would use Amighini Architectural again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you all for everything!!
I live in a 100+ year home that has solid wood doors and great detailed woodwork throughout the home. In a previous kitchen renovation, I installed 3 large vinyl sliding glass doors that just really never matched the house. For years, I wanted to replace them and I shopped everywhere for replacement doors - new and old! I found Amighini online and also found out that neighbors had shopped there before as well. I found three antique doors from Italy in their Jersey City location. The doors I purchased from Amighini transformed my kitchen! The service was excellent. The workers spent endless hours on details until the doors looked perfect! The cost was less than purchasing new "solid" wood french doors and they look a million times better! Their architectural pieces are absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend stopping in.
I found Amighini Architectural online while researching entry doors for our new home. We are constructing a English Cotswold Manor House in Atlanta GA. I was impressed with the wide variety of styles and selection. Mariela was terrific to worked with.
