If it wasn’t for my credit card points to save $$ on the tires, I would have shopped some where else.
My visit to this tire center was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite arriving early for my appointment, I had to witness the technician spending his time outside, chatting with a friend and vaping, completely ignoring my presence. To add insult to injury, other customers who walked in after me were served ahead of me, showcasing a clear lack of organization and fairness. It's evident that this tire center lacks professionalism, values, and respect for its customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. One star is too generous for the appalling service I received.
AVOID this place at any cost!! Rude , Disrespectful, underground level of service. I ll NEVER come back here again. Paid for 4 tires , arrived in time , as scheduled. Waited 3 hours just to verify they don’t have tires in stock . Preparing major complaint to BBB and 311
Rude and lazy. Will say they’re closed way before they actually close. Said they don’t plug tires when I’ve gotten my tire plugged from here prior. Would not recommend.
I walked my bicycle here asking for help with a flat tire. According to the worker on duty they do not have an air pump. How in the world do you fill tires with air ???? Not courteous at all!
My mother went to do a tire rotation and went home with a missing hub cap and another one about to fall off her car. I called them at bj's and told them about the situation, and they kept telling me that all the hub caps were put on when she left.
I told them that if they were put on correctly they would have never came off. She had that car for over 6 years and never had this issue. The guy who answered the phone kept saying the same thing over and over. Realizing that they will not own up to their mistake I asked to speak to the manager and they had me on hold for so long I hung up and called again.
When the same guy finally answered he said the manager wanted the name and account # and we still haven't heard anything and it's been over 3 days. Neither I, my mother or anyone I know will be recommended to go to bj's for tire service. They will not own up to their mistake and will damage your car. See the proof for yourself in the pictures.
There is a guy with glasses. I believe his name is singh, words can’t express how grateful I am for this person. No matter how busy he is, he takes every person in for service and makes them feel as if they are family. Gives every customer the right amount of time answering all their questions and more importantly not rushing them. I would suggest going and just asking for singh. The other people that work there need to have their attitudes checked, especially the older gentleman.
Everyone here acts like they would rather be anywhere else on earth. I ordered a new tire last week due to a flat and when I finally called a week later asking when it will be in I was told it already arrived and they left me a voicemail. No missed calls but whatever. Got my tire changed and as I went to leave I looked and they put on the wrong tire. One that was half the price of the one I purchased and had a very similar name that most people may not have noticed. The attitude I got when I told them was insane. I wouldn’t go back.
The guy working the front when we walked in was very unprofessional, he had an attitude and really didn’t care he huffed and puffed when i was explain things to him it was really a waste of time to be honest avoid it if you can
Me and my wife both drove our 2 cars there to have all 8 tires replaced for both cars. When I got there one employee was talking with a customer and the 2nd employee was sitting I'm his car. At first I took him for a customer because he was sitting in his car then after he got out the car and went into the shop I noticed he was a employee. I was standing there for 15min and no one said anything. Even if the employee would have said hey I will be with you guys after this customer, that would've been better but instead the employees decided grabing some tolls and fixing his own car was more important then customers
Very poor customer service. These minimum wage tire changers need an attitude adjustment. If you dont like your job, quit! Its plenty of people that need a job and will do it better than you. Stay away from this place.
I needed air in my tires and Aziatic helped me out. It was one of the hottest days of the summer and he was a pleasure and provided great service. I will definitely return for future service needs at BJ's Tire Center.

I bought a set of four tires 8/22/2017 from this bjs store on 8/29/2017 I got one flat tire so I went back to bjs and employ who work at evening shift he is very rude and disrespectful he waited to me there for 2 and half for this fix flat I spent on the four tires $650 and I have wait for just fix the flat that long I do not believe this I think this is not store next time I am going there and give them a business so please al google reviewer please not to go this bjs store if you want to go this bjs store after 5pm because. Employ on this shift very very rude and disrespectful I wish I can give less then -1* to this employ or this store
