He charged me $74 for a FLAT TIRE and promised me it will be fixed 100%. However it started to loose air again after few days. I don’t recommend this place.
Garrick has been servicing my vehicle and my brother‘s vehicle for several years now. He’s done alignment, tire change, tire plug, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It’s always reliable and honest customer service all around.
I wasn’t happy with the price here I was quoted $70 before I agrees the 74 when time to pay and the was charged $86 because I used a credit card. I feel the fe be disclosed before charging someone it’s a very high fee and other places change from $50 to 65 for a used tire and tell you if any fees and give you option to get cash. If I was told $86 at first not $70!!!!! I would’ve went to mavis for a new tire. Never again

Called them in the morning regarding an issue with my tire valve. Was in and out with a replacement valve/TPMS in the same day. Friendly people running the shop and very reasonably priced.
Nice service, quick and professional. I had a flat early morning and had to buy a tire. They sell used and new. It was a little pricier than other places but it was a good experience overall.
I was traveling through the area when my engine light came on. I had a very tight schedule with no flexibility and in a position where I could’ve been taken advantage of. Garrick really helped us out and got my family back on the road same day. He even gave me a rag to continue checking the oil for the rest of my trip. I really appreciate the great service, kindness, and attention to detail we got at Vavi’s. Thank you to the owner Bobby as well!
Outstanding! I was getting set to head into the office, when my tire pressure gauge in my 2020 Dodge Charger read, "17 PSI", on my rear, passenger-side tire. I carefully drove the vehicle over to Vavi and was greeted by a gentleman, who then introduced me to his father, Pablo. Quickly, they removed the tire and provided a thorough explanation of how a full tire replacement were required, as not only one but two nails had lodged in, with one puncturing near the edge of the tire and into the sidewall. Pablo did not have a matching used tire (had initially opted for used, as was due for a full four replacement, anyway, with the tires near their life cycle), so I opted to go for a full new four-tire replacement at a highly economical price. With the work estimated at :45 minutes to an hour, Pablo and his staff completed the job in just over a half hour, and I was on my way to the office! I will be scheduling a full rear and front brake (pad) and rotors replacement in a few weeks, as they now have a very satisfied and loyal new customer. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a tire or maintenance need to consider taking their business here ... Just an update AND adding that this past Wednesday, I did, indeed, return to the shop for an evaluation of my rear and front brakes ... the shop had my vehicle on the lift and diagnosed within no more than 20 minutes, confirming what I had suspected prior: I was in need of a rear and front brake replacement. The cost of labor and parts was beyond competitive and 3 hours later, I was driving off with full front and rear brake replacement with rotors and leaving with the peace of mind that my vehicle was properly serviced and secured. Again, I cannot recommend Vavi's Tire Shop enough for tire and basic service needs - knowledgeable, friendly staff that get the job done with integrity, pride, and efficiency.
This is one of the best mechanic experiences I ever had! They took me an hour before closing for an oil change and noticed that the drip pan screw was wrong. Instead of giving me a crazy charge for the part, they sent me to the auto parts store down the block so I can purchase it myself for cost. When the part wasn't working, they found a way to secure the oil pan and didn't charge me extra! This is a shop the truly cares about customer service and if you live or work nearby you should definitely make this your mechanic of choice! They also have a great used car lot, and this is the kind of place I would trust to purchase a used car. The people here really care about customer service and doing right by the customer! I personal thank you to the owner who even stayed late to make sure everything was okay with my car! I can't thank you enough!
I've known Valerio (Cookie) for over 25 years plus. He has been working on all types of vehicles in that same area when we met 1988 -89. They know what they are doing there...

I have been a customer of Vavi’s Auto Shop ever since he opened up shop over 35+ years ago. I have never had a problem with either my cars being serviced over the years or the quality of work done or the professional service provided.
To this day I still trust my car in the quality of work they do and the service provided by Valerio (Vavi), his son Garri, his assistant Pablo and all the others associates and office workers at the Shop.

Called for an oil change and I was in within 15min, out before the hour. They also caught issues with my tires and were extremely helpful and thorough. It’s hard to find a reliable “car guy” but Vavi and the team have a new loyal customer! They speak Spanish as well
Solid service - I have never paid more than $20 for nail removal and repair on a tire - I guess it’s inflation. $37 with balance and reasonably fast. Nice guys - probably a good place for a used car.
BEST CAR DEALERSHIP IN NJ! If you want a reliable car, definitely go to Vavi. He will find you a car based on your budget. Denisse is the best as well, she will make the buying process so much easier. Definitely come here.

I bought a used Honda accord, which I took to them to check it to make sure its a good purchase (they have an auto body side). After making sure it was in good condition and pointing out the things that wasn't I decided to buy the car.
The good people here then helped me replace the tires with brand new high quality tires. This actually took place maybe 2 years ago at this point and I drove to Florida and back and still haven't replaced a tire. Not only did they do a great job, but I felt like they actually listened to every concern. Most shops just rush you in and out, these guys are top quality.
A tire on my car had a very slow leak, they were able to find the issue, a nail. The tire was patch and put back on my car in 15minutes. Fast and cheap! Thanks!!!!!!
They helped me in an emergency. Reasonable prices. Very flexible. Dominican operated. Very diligent. They even went above and beyond by making sure all my tires were properly inflated at no additional charge. I would recommend to anyone. Large used tire selection.
I am new to NJ and we all know how hard it is to trust a mechanic. But let me tell you how blessed I was to find Vavi’s Auto Shop! I am not a car guy at all and we all have to be able to trust our “car guy”. I was upfront with them about that right off the bat and in return Garrick said, “let me earn that trust” and boy did he ever! Garrick took care of my car brakes and rotors immediately the following morning and he gave me a deal that blew everyone else I went to out of the water. He even took care of my headlight for just the cost of the part because he knows what it is like to need trust when you move to a new place and that level of service was the cherry on top. I am truly speechless. I can’t recommend them high enough. They guy at the front counter’s name was Irving and was very helpful and pleasant as well, and guess what? They were brothers—of course! I had no idea until I was checking out at the end. Please, call these guys before you try anywhere else. They have earned my business and trust.
