Today was an exceptional day for me. I celebrated my 35th birthday by purchasing a brand-new car that I meticulously built from scratch on the Toyota website. I was referred to Hudson Toyota from the Toyota website, where I found a similar car that closely resembled my dream car. The car was en route to me. I promptly sent an email, and within minutes, Representative Taina Roque reached out to me. I shared my precise requirements and details, and both Taina and Leon (E-Commerce Director) assured me that my car would be secured from the build phase to the delivery phase. All I needed to do was add the Door Still Protectors and the Body side molding, which they both assured me and delivered. And let me tell you, I was on vacation with my wife, and all of this was accomplished through phone and email communication. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and they delivered exactly that.
Upon my arrival, Michael warmly welcomed me from the Uber. Throughout the process, Michael assisted me with all necessary paperwork, conducted a test drive with me, and meticulously set up the vehicle. Michael’s exceptional service ensured a seamless and stress-free experience from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend all three of them. You will feel confident and comfortable purchasing a car from this dealership, as you will experience a stress-free journey.

After posting my initial review, I was contacted by a representative from this Toyota service center. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, I was told directly that they cannot give me a refund, despite the clear misdiagnosis and wasted $670 on repairs that did not fix my car.
This only confirms my experience — they take customers’ money, provide the wrong repair, and then refuse to take responsibility. Their earlier response asking to “speak with me” was misleading, because even after speaking with them, they have offered no real solution, no accountability, and no refund for their mistake.
At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. I trusted their expertise and their word that the repair would fix my car, but all I got was an unresolved problem and more expenses. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this service center with their vehicle or their money.
Got my car serviced for oil change and inspection. They gave me the car back with rust spots all over the car. Car looks like a Dalmatian with so many rust spots. After 3 hours of patiently waiting for them to find out how this happened. They spent that time searching the cameras to find a way to push the accountability. They refuse to give me any videos and tried to call the cops on me and now we taking it to court. Don’t trust them with your car.
My 3 stars are genuinely only here because of the finance manager and the general manager, Leon, that we ended up dealing with because of our salesperson. I worked in car sales for over a year and I have never met anyone like Ramon, the salesperson I was originally sat with. I drove over 3 hours to get here, it took him 30 mins+ to put gas in my car that I was purchasing (I had asked to have it filled prior, because I was hoping to get there and go) I was at the dealership for a little over 3 hours. Leon, the general manager, completely turned my experience around and made it as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. He was amazing. Juan, the sales manager, was rude, unprofessional and just genuinely miserable???? No one seemed to have even the slightest smile on their face to make your experience feel exciting (as it should be for them to, I’m paying $30,000 with them?) Either way Ramon truthfully should be fired from the dealership. When my boyfriend and I brought our concern up to the general manager, Ramon got extremely defensive in front of both of us and it made me beyond uncomfortable. Personally, if this was a two man show with the general manager and the finance manager, I’d come back but unfortunately I’m happy to say I won’t be coming back here.

You can prey on women and pad services with unnecessary items that the technician himself didn’t even recommend and tell people they are paranoid for calling it out instead of addressing a very real problem we are willing to sit down and present to you, but you can’t keep our loyalty. Your time is up and you have maxed out what we are willing to spend here. We still have our voice.
I would like to say from the first moment I arrived at Hudson Toyota I receive great customer service from The valet person to the advisor. The advisor had my vehicle inspected and advise me of the important issue that I needed to take care of and give me a price quote of each service items. I was able to get a couple of things done with a great price and what I can say is my vehicle sound so much better. I was told that my vehicle be done at a certain time and actually it was done earlier than expected. I like that because I was able to beat the traffic going home..
I had a great experience at Jersey City Toyota thanks to Oliver. He made everything a breeze :) The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. Oliver is excellent at what he does; he’s professional, knowledgeable, and always on point. He has helped both me and my father with our cars, and my father has a great deal of respect for him as well. Today he even helped me get my very first electric vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier. Truly one of the best.
Never deal with this place no more I spent almost 5 hours having a flat tire for my car rav4 hybrid 22 pay insurance monthly for that and I buy my car very expensive plus fees and interest after 5 hours the employer william he never smiled told me we declined your work cannot do it you must pay okay how much he said almost $300 for one tire this crazy howwwwww!!! I told him don't do it I go get my car having flat tire so dangerous to drive I'm not deal or work with this place no more just having 3 time oil change I pay for this deal and no more place not respect at all !!!!!!
