Good Luck trying to make an appointment at this location with a live operator! It is unfortunate and really sucks my wife and I can't make an appointment with a designated timely fashion 4:30pm to get an oil change forcing me to go across the street to Honda 440
The robot insists on giving you you're appointment at the time 3 pm it feels like booking, then it goes to a live operator who never answers the phone. Has me questioning if anyone even remotely works at this location. For the amount of money we the customers spend we gotta ask who's really getting it in their rear?

Very straightforward and easy to work with , did everything they could so I walked out with the truck. Went to 6 other dealerships in the tri state and they gave me the best for my trade-in and for current vehicle.

I recently ordered a part at Hudson Toyota and when I got home and open the box I notice a small piece was broken and the part of the piece was on the bottom of the box. I went back the same day and advise them of this. They told me that they would order a new one and to pick it up next day. When I went the next day the guy proceed to accuse me of breaking the piece and stating that if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay for it. Now this is ridiculous bad service and not complaint to their terms on the invoice.How would I be the one to break the piece within hours and return it.How would I have know that the part was broken without opening the box.Be warned that this dealer has bad service and once you leave they could care less. I will be also filing with the BBB for none compliance of their invoice receipt as they refuse to provide a refund and now I am stuck with a broken part. Be aware.

I went to get an oil change and tire rotation on my newly purchased pre owned Lexus and they video tape the service and do an inspection which is great, so then I drive south to a funeral and my beautiful Lexus just doesn’t start and I was terrified /embarrassed on a Sunday when everything in the Deep South is closed (car repair places) so thank God my cousin from Louisiana came to my aid after I recognized that there was green corrosion on the battery, I was livid because the car stopped again twice on my way back to New York because it needed the spray but all the auto stores are closed on Sunday. It took me 4 extra hours to get home and I had to pay strangers for a jump which took way to much time because I didn’t have cables. I watched the video from the oil change and behold right on the screen big and green was obvious should’ve gave me a heads up corrosion. Inspection my eye. The craziest part is that I was going to pay for an inspection because I just purchased the car and they said don’t waste your money the car is fine. Smh I’m going to go find the video and then I’ll add it, of course it was removed smh and asking for my email with no intention to reach out is a cool tactic. I shared it on facebook at the time but took it down without thinking about reviewing first. But I have a screenshot of me responding which is why it was removed.

I purchased my car with Juan, the sales manager, and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me everything I wanted and more. His patience was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and he truly took the time to help me. I can admit I’m not the easiest person to deal with, but he rolled with all my demands and worked with me far beyond what I ever expected.
I recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car ask for him directly. You will not regret it. I’m so serious about this that I would follow this man to whatever dealership he works at, because with him there are no surprises or games. He says what he means and means what he says.

One day, while driving on the highway, I suddenly heard a warning sound and saw on my dashboard that the sensor had stopped working. I immediately contacted Hudson Toyota, made an appointment, and took the car in. They repaired it but told me my car had been hit, which made absolutely no sense given where and how I store my vehicle. Despite this, I paid the $700 because I trusted their judgment.
Ten months later, the exact same issue happened again—same situation, same warning, same highway drive. When I brought the car in, I was told once more that “someone hit the car,” and this time I was charged around $1700. Yet again, there was no visible damage, no accident, no marks, and absolutely no proof that any impact occurred. Instead of investigating why the problem keeps recurring, I felt pressured into accepting the same explanation and paying the bill.
At one point, the representative even offered to open the car and send me a video if they found anything. Later, he changed his explanation, saying the car might “slightly hit but showing no signs.” Despite this contradiction, I was still required to pay the full amount.
As someone who has trusted this dealership for years, this situation has been incredibly upsetting. I am always willing to pay for real issues, but being repeatedly told my car was hit—without evidence and despite a clean, accident-free record—feels unfair and unprofessional.

What can I say. To anyone who is looking for a brand new car, I highly recommend going to Hudson Toyota. Very honest people and everyone was courteous and helpful to what we were looking for.
Our salesman, Michael Beard, gave us every bit of his time to make our car sales purchase as smooth as it can go. He took his time to go over all the different models of RAV4s and Highlanders and gave us honest feedbacks on these vehicles. We even stayed well past the closing hours because he wanted to help us get a better understanding of each vehicle and what they offer. This is something my wife and myself loved because it showed he cared and truly wanted to help us.
We ended up going with the RAV4 and could not have been happier with our brand new car. An amazing car and Michael was fantastic every step of the way and we owe him deeply for assisting us.

Today was an exceptional day for me. I celebrated my 35th birthday by purchasing a brand-new car that I meticulously built from scratch on the Toyota website. I was referred to Hudson Toyota from the Toyota website, where I found a similar car that closely resembled my dream car. The car was en route to me. I promptly sent an email, and within minutes, Representative Taina Roque reached out to me. I shared my precise requirements and details, and both Taina and Leon (E-Commerce Director) assured me that my car would be secured from the build phase to the delivery phase. All I needed to do was add the Door Still Protectors and the Body side molding, which they both assured me and delivered. And let me tell you, I was on vacation with my wife, and all of this was accomplished through phone and email communication. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and they delivered exactly that.
Upon my arrival, Michael warmly welcomed me from the Uber. Throughout the process, Michael assisted me with all necessary paperwork, conducted a test drive with me, and meticulously set up the vehicle. Got my car serviced for oil change and inspection. They gave me the car back with rust spots all over the car. Car looks like a Dalmatian with so many rust spots. After 3 hours of patiently waiting for them to find out how this happened. They spent that time searching the cameras to find a way to push the accountability. They refuse to give me any videos and tried to call the cops on me and now we taking it to court. Don’t trust them with your car.
