One of the drivers for this tow truck company almost crashed into me and almost ran me off the road because he wanted to race his truck. These people are incredibly crazy because they were literally drive their tow trucks into you. Not caring if they drive you off the road. Blad White man slender figure.

One of our tires popped on the NJ turnpike on our way south on a long distance drive while on a time crunch. Our insurance connected us to Al’s towing, and a tow truck came within 30 minutes. Bob, our driver, towed our car quickly and even recommended the best tire shop in the area that would be close to the turnpike entrance for us to quickly get back on the road. The service was efficient and incredibly helpful.
It's rare to have a positive interaction with a towing company but my experience with Al's Towing was INCREDIBLE. I broke down on the turnpike on a busy ramp, in 95 degree weather, alone. I was extremely overwhelmed and the second Frank (tower from Al's) pulled up, I was immediately put at ease. He was beyond friendly, accommodating, and treated me as if he would if his own daughter was broken down. In such a stressful situation, I could not feel more lucky to have been sent Frank. THANK YOU FRANK for all that you did to make a bad situation better!!
They are truly the best they work hand and hand with my job! “Truck dealership” they are trustworthy and will Never let you down they are take great care of your truck on where ever it needs to go!

Last week when I crashed my Jeep into the guard rails and rolled 5 times Chris was there almost instantly to tow me and even give me a ride back to the shop. Even hung around and talked with me while I waited for my fiancé to come and pick me up. Also talked me though how to submit my insurance claim and even let me use my credit card as long as it was in my name. If I ever roll my Jeep again you will definitely catch me using them!
Very friendly and good service. I had to get towed in the middle of the night and my tower Chris made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Job was efficient and I am pleased.
They won't even give a friend of mine, who keep in mind almost died in a car reck, his belongings out of his car. They want 600 bucks for him to even enter his car and get his wallet and other personal belongings. Scum bags.
I have used AL's Towing twice. The first time was when my motorcycle broke down. I believe the persons name was Chris. I was surprised by the care that was taking to tow it. They even stored it overnight because the dealer was closed. I was not even charged the storage fee that's usually tacked on by others. The Second was Im assuming Al the owner. He was concerned for my safety and drove me home. I don't get these negative reviews. Getting towed is a bad thing to start. People shouldn't take it out on a tow truck driver. I would recommend this company to anyone.
DISGUSTING! Theses people should be out of business they are rude, unprofessional, and outrageously expensive. You would think for the price you pay that you would get better service. I will never use this place again and would NOT recommend this place I would rather push my car all the way home than to use this disgrace of a business. They are very sneaky and up to no good. RUN!!!!
This towing company is terrible, they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They went in my vehicle and messed around with my personal stuff by plugging things out, which is very strange because they shouldn’t be plugging things out your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone they’re a money driven company and that’s all they care about. They only take cash and checks, they don’t take visa/ debit card. The waiting room is very unpleasant and cold looks very dirty and also they don’t have any seats for you to sit down.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I had an experience with them almost 3 years ago and I am still angry and traumatized enough about it to write this review. Long story short: I broke down on the turnpike after someone tried to run me off the road- location + cops= I had no control over my getting stuck with these bums. It was supposed to be a quick trip to Walmart so I didn't have $500 on me in cash (it was a few bills don't remember exactly). So the tow truck driver tows to to the FRONT of my complex, and then proceeds to tell me that he will be happy to tow my car into the complex FOR AN EXTRA $100. If I couldn't come up with that, I'd be charged for the fee, mileage and gas it takes to get it back to their lot and I can come get it in the morning.
You can bet on what I did because I can't grow money out of my buttcheeks- walked myself home(about a mile, big complex). Mind you it's close to 3am now.
I get to the lot the next day, ask to speak to the manager, and when the guy comes out he says to me "stop right there, I don't want to hear it, my guy already told me what happened!"
Wooo lovely people of Google it's a really good thing they have laws to stop me from doing anything reckless but please believe my patience, faith, whether I will put hands on multiple men twice my size and age and the overall threshold for volume of my voice was tested that day.
I still get ridiculously angry when I think about it to this day because based on the other reviews- I have not been the only one.
But don't take my word for it- just read the other reviews!

In this time where no one is working and every business is suffering from Covid 19 they are trying everything in their power to steal people money by maximizing their fees and making up stories.
My car was towed and I went today to pick it up, yes I was hesitant with the bad reviews due to my son's wallet and very expensive watch were in the car and many more expensive items and everything was in the car. The personnel I encountered were normal not rude or anything I read on the reviews. According to my son what was charged was not over priced. I went in recovered my car and left. 5 stars due to all my son's belongings were in the car and no one was rude. Treated me just fine..
This place is an absolute rip off. My car was towed due to an accident on the Jersey turnpike on a Sunday at around 4pm. I waited to hear from insurance and then called the towing company on Tuesday afternoon, who told me I had to come all the way there to get my plates, hand over my title (totaled car) and pay my bill. It is 2017 and I do not see why this could not be done via mail but they insisted I come in person. It was very inconvenient for me to get there (train, walking, bus). Upon arrival on Wednesday at 9:30am (their hours are 9am-5pm) they tell me my bill is $295. $150 for the tow - fine. $30 per day = $120. 4 days?? They said it includes a part of a day so even for 1 hour on Sunday and .5 hour on Wednesday I have to pay for the full day. That makes absolutely no sense. They claimed it's NJ's policy. I argued that I really should only be paying for 2.5 days but I would pay for 3. They would not budge. Then I said the guy told me yesterday my bill was at $240 so I don't see how adding 1 day brought me to $295. He had forgotten to add the fluid for cleaning up the bed of the truck from towing... $25 fee. I had seen the guy do that when he towed us and it literally took 1 minute for him to spray down the bed - that's it. He waived the $25 since I was not told about it upfront but would not budge on the days even though I arrived as soon as the business opened. They also could not fit us in the tow truck when we got towed so my brother stayed in the destroyed vehicle on the bed of the truck - not sure that was legal. Overall I paid $270 for 2 fulls days, 2 partial days, plus the tow. And he acted like he was doing me a favor. Really sick to squeeze dollars out of people who have had their car towed, an inconvenience in and of itself. If you can avoid it, do not use this company.
Worst towing company ever. Driver was incredible rude,he seemed nice and was sweet talker,but all was because he was just going to rip off the skin. There is no specific price rate (mile or hour) it's just what he thinks it's gunna cost and asking for cash though. Before we made decision where to bring the car,he put the car on the truck with no asking or permission,so once he got the car on truck he basically had our car and was changing the price estimate. Please guys don't let this company to full you around.
