My mom and I had the pleasure of dealing with Eugene in the service department. He was so kind and patient guiding her through the registration process. She's older and there are times when she is met with frustration but Eugene was professional and courteous. We greatly appreciate the top notch service.

I had a great experience at Hudson Nissan for my oil change. The estimated time they gave me was accurate, and my car was ready right on schedule. I really appreciated the detailed video from Aiden, the technician, showing the inspection process. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was checked thoroughly. Eugene, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Overall, a smooth, professional, and efficient visit. Highly recommend!

I had made an appointment here to have my car assessed for body damage and repair. I spoke with a femme sounding individual on the phone to schedule my appointment and explained what I needed, they agreed and set me up for an appointment. When I pulled up for my appointment time I was greeted by an older white masc human in front of the service area who, in a patronizing tone, informed me that they don’t even do the kind of work for which I had made an appointment, and that they farm all of their cars out to another company. He treated me like I was an idiot, called me sweetie, and gave me morning misogyny vibes. Will never be returning to this location due to his attitude and the way he treated me.

I recently purchased a new-to-me Nissan Rogue and had some concerns about a noise and some jolting while accelerating so I took it into Hudson Nissan to get checked out. Jason, who checked in me, was extremely honest/upfront about potential costs and what the process would be. I appreciated him fielding all my questions. Alexis was the mechanic (right term?) who check out my car, took me on a test drive to have me explain the noise and my concerns. I highly recommend requesting him as he was patient and upfront about what his thoughts were. He then walked me around my car and explained the cause of the grinding noise and showed me exactly the cause. Their combined customer service and honesty ensured that I will be back should I need any work done.

cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Mr. Gary at Nissan. From the moment I walked in, Gary went above and beyond to help me not just get a car—but the car I really wanted. I came in expecting to just service my older car, but I ended up driving away in a brand-new vehicle thanks to his genuine care and expertise. Gary took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for. I had my heart set on the Rock Creek edition Pathfinder, but it was out of my price range. Instead of pressuring me or brushing off my wants, he introduced me to something I didn’t even know existed—the Rock Creek edition Rogue—which turned out to be the perfect fit. It had the style, features, and look I wanted, without breaking the bank. He knew what mattered to me, and he delivered. One of the most memorable parts of this experience was how patient and honest Gary was. He gave me real, thoughtful insight into the car buying process, without the usual sales pressure. He took his time walking me through options, and when the banks weren’t cooperating or were offering ridiculous terms, Gary fought for me. Anthony Morcilio. He was a god sent. Came in to do our oil change on our 2021 Nissan rogue and ended up driving out with a 2025 Nissan rogue with a less car insurance policy. Anthony worked hard for us. He diligently made us happy and satisfied. I felt happy that he showed up when he did out of no where.

Andersen Deleon was so great and helpful! He was family oriented and personable, which made the car buying experience feel good, versus what you typically hear about. He was helpful every step of the way, even calling the insurance company for us to lower our quote with them. He was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely recommend him!

I am not in the habit of posting reviews, especially for Used Car Salesmen, excuse me, Certified Pre-owned Vehicle salesmen, but my recent experience with a salesman at Hudson Nissan, has compelled me to do so. When I received a call from Anderson (Andy) Deleon, informing me that he could get me into a newer vehicle with very little money out of my pocket, I blew him off. When he called again the following week promising the same thing, I said to him, "By what magic are you going to pull this off?". He said to come in, let's talk, and I'll show you. I went in, sat down with him, and we talked. It was the best thing I ever did! Andy listened to me, addressed all my concerns, and worked his butt off to get me into a newer vehicle without busting my budget. At no time did I feel he was pressuring me. In fact, I sincerely felt Andy's primary focus was to help me. Selling was secondary. The bottom line is that I am now the proud and VERY happy owner of a newer vehicle!

Anthony Morcilio was such a great person in helping me get into my new vehicle. Anthony has a great personality and very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells. He also answers all questions without hesitation and he also takes the time to show you anything you need help with. All in all if you need a new car or used car please ask for him as he doesn't act like a salesman as that is a very big part for me. Please help Anthony as he is very great person.

I just leased my 5th Nissan and it was my first time getting a car at Hudson Nissan. Walter was my salesman and he was excellent the process took less than an hour. I’ve been to 3 different Nissan dealerships and NEVER had such a great experience. Today I came to pick up my plates and Walter came out to same hi and give a complimentary car wash. I’m completely pleased with the service at Hudson Nissan specifically with Walter.

Muhammad Awan and Eugene, great service and assistance. Really came through even though I wasn't the greatest candidate. But being a consistent nissan customer and always paying on time plus great reps vouching for me, I was able to switch cars and switch from finance to a lease. 10/10 recommend.

I went to Hudson Nissan to check out a used Hyundai Palisade. Over the course of a week we were able to make a great deal on a 2024 Palisade. Alejandro took great care of us making sure we had all the information we needed, that the car was in perfect condition, and that we were in and out in under an hour. Thanks for everything!

I stumbled upon this dealership due to my car breaking down and it was the best possible thing that could have happened in that situation. I have had the worst car luck this year. My ford was vandalized and then the used car I got was a Lemon. Financially, like many people this year, I’ve been struggling to make ends meet. With all of this in mind, when my car broke down, I decided to take a chance on Nissan by having my car towed there for a trade in on a lease. When I arrived, I was beyond stressed, but thankfully, I was placed in the BEST care I could have asked for. Muhammad Awan is a stellar employee. He went above and beyond to help me and not once did I feel he was trying to just make a sale. He radiated positive vibes and is truly a good person. He hooked me up with the most affordable lease and went out of his way to make sure I was ok and loving the car. He was even willing to schedule phone check in’s on his own free time. On top of this, he was training a new employee named Alejandro who will also definitely be a person to request if you are interested in buying or leasing a car. He was so kind and had the same attitude and kindness that Muhammad demonstrated. If possible, I would give them both 100 stars for being amazing! Thank you , Muhammad and Alejandro, for being incredible people who are also so good at this job! Nissan is lucky to have you and you can consider me a new loyal Nissan fan. Also, I named the car Azalea and she’s gorgeous.

Had a great experience buying my Kicks at Hudson Nissan. Every staff member was attentive and patient with me, and I never felt pressured to finalize the sale before I was ready. My salesperson, Gary, went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted and I was delighted with the outcome!
