Ahmed and Paris have provided exceptional customer service. Both technicians are the reason I continue to do business at this Jersey City Firestone location. Although Paris was not present at my recent date of service, his absence was missed.

I 100% recommend that anyone needing any kind of auto care bring their vehicle to Firestone in Jersey City, located on Route 139. This Firestone location has an A-Team group of mechanics and technicians.
My tires were low on air and I had a nail in one. They asked me to drop off the car. They never called so I made it back just before they closed. The tire was patched but all remaining tires were low on air despite confirmation that they checked on all tires.
Very nice and professional I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the service they provided me everything was perfect big thanks to Nick and Jonathan for helping me will definitely be back in the future and highly recommended to others
Needed my car battery replaced asap and they were able to accommodate me same day! Really appreciated it and they were able to get me back on the road very fast!!
The Manager James attempted to overcharge me for the service. I know this because I originally called the Willowbrook location where I made my tire purchase, however my tire blow out occurred in Jersey City. AAA could not tow the vehicle from Jersey City to Willowbrook so I towed it to the Jersey City location. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for the tire repair. I ended up wasting approximately 4 hours at this location, just to have a tire replaced. Additionally, this location was overcharging me on the proration and fees. Manager James was extremely rude and dismissive when I ask him to explain the charges. He made me stand on the side of his counter while he serviced six people before taking the time to help me settle my invoice, after my car was completed. I also called the Willowbrook location back, spoke with the manager by the name of Devon and he offered to speak with the Jersey City manager James to help explain the cost which was less than the price being presented at the Jersey City location. While I was speaking to Willowbrook manager from my mobile phone I asked if he could explain the same thing to the manager James in Jersey City I handed James my phone and he pushed it away stating that he's too busy. The Willowbrook manager tried to assure me that the cost discrepancy would be taken care of he then offered to call the Jersey City location directly. While I continued waiting on the side of manager James counter while the Willowbrook manager called the store a young fella picked the phone up acknowledged it was the manager from Willowbrook, told manager James that the call was for him, manager James picked up the phone acknowledged manager Devon and then asked him to hold. Manager Devon called back 4 separate times and each time James pick the phone, up said please hold and slammed it back down. Other customers watched this occur as well. There was another woman there who told me she too had experienced manager James overcharging her in the past. Very disgraceful! I will never return to Firestone.
Lifesaver! These cold days have been brutal! So glad I was able to be seen quickly when I discovered a nail in my tire. The person working working inside the wait area was a rock star! That phone was ringing like crazy and he didn’t skip a beat! He was so great at handling calls and those of us in person. Not to mention he was so fun to talk to! Definitely made my morning less chaotic. Firestone for the win!
Beware of this place. Had originally posted a good review for an oil change and got a free diagnostic test to see what needed to be changed. Told them if they can check my brake pads, I heard squeaking when I broke…..told me I had to get them changed they were worn down and quoted me about 2k for brake change and alignment/change of tires. I went and got a second opinion from a family friend and they showed my my breaks…both front and rear was about 80-90% GOOD STILL and showed my brake pads to me they were slightly worn compared to a new one. There was just rust on rotors from weather that’s why I heard the squeaking. Why did they lie to me and try to get them done? Don’t know but won’t be coming back here anymore.
I have been visiting them since a long time for oil change, tire change and other car maintenance. This is the 2nd time in a row that I had asked the associate to change the oil and use Pennzoil so that I could apply manufacture coupon. Even after assuring me, they used a cheaper oil and still charged me $100+ for cheaper oil. When I asked the associate the reason, he said its the same thing and doesn't matter. I seriously doubt their ethics and would try to avoid this place in future.
James helped me get the best price for my tires. He was so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend Firestone, will definitely be the first place I call when I need car repairs in the future

Great service. Setting up my appointment online was quick and easy and the staff was super helpful with getting my new tires! Highly recommend coming, and if you need air in your tires quickly its really convenient to come here.
Great and friendly professional service from Nick and Carlos. These guys were great and took very good care of my vehicle. I definitely recommend them after helping with me with patching my tire. Can’t say the same for the manager. As overheard him talking trash about my vehicle upon arrival.
Had a screw in my back tire, they said it would be 2 hours (they were very busy) and it wound up being maybe 20 minutes. When I was going to check out and pay, they said Merry Christmas, it's on us today! I was blown away. Awesome experience. Will be recommending anyone that needs work!
Service was fast. Everyone from the manager to the techs were approachable and helpful and told me what I needed and didn't try to push any unnecessary extras on me. Close to home and a pleasure to go to. Definitely gonna be going back.

Great experience getting my oil change today! Paris was friendly and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Been here a handful of times and always have a good experience (plus very reasonable prices).
Firestone Jersey City has an amazing staff and go out of their way to help, I felt at ease. This was my second time getting my Jeep serviced, and I will recommend them to all my friends in NJ who drive - they were excellent!
I walked over to my local firestone in jersey city to get a quote. Nick was very helpful gave me a quote a recommend a service based on a pic that I showed him for my tires. I rarely if ever change all four tires, but because of Nick's great service I was convinced to change my tires and do an additional service.
Had a screw in my tire that was causing it losing air pressure quickly. Was just outside NYC on a long road trip to NC. Luckily Firestone was open on a Sunday and was just 3 miles away - they took me in no problem and fixed the problem straight away. Very grateful for the quick turn around on short notice - and we got back on the road within an hour. Very kind, helpful, and professional front desk folks
I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Firestone. When you get work done on your car you never know for certain if you should proceed with everything recommended or what a fair price is. Paris at Firestone in Jersey City was so patient and thorough with me and explained everything so well. He wouldn’t let me leave until my car was safe to drive. I also got in and out same day. At Firestone I feel like I can trust the staff and I they made a stressful experience easy. So grateful for the service at Firestone!

The staff here took a lot of time to diagnose and repair an issue my car was having, at no charge. As a business owner myself, it is rare to find this kind of service attitude in this day and age. Staff and communication were great. And although I can't speak for their other services because this was my first time here, I was very impressed and really appreciate the service they provided.
I had a fantastic experience at this Firestone location in Jersey City, getting new tires, an oil change, new tire pressure monitoring sensors, and new lugnuts. I went to a couple of other mechanics before this one and no one else was able to complete all of these services at one time in a prompt fashion. I found the pricing to be very competitive with competitors and found the service to be far far better than elsewhere. I will be taking my car here going forward.
Great service as always! Paris & Jim (Manager) are very personable and knowledgeable. They addressed my automotive problem in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. Paris advised me to get the “lifetime” wheel alignment which in the long run of my car will be worth the value. IMHO ask him about it and you will find the warranty is worth it with the road hazards in NJ. Firestone is the place to go for fast, 7 days a week service you can trust! Came in to pick up my car after I got the rear suspension and shocks done. There was a miscommunication about the price over the phone and what I was told when I walked in. Nick helped me fix that miscommunication and smoothed everything over. Really appreciate Nick for making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back
Great team at this location! The team here has sorted out two issues with my car that other shops dismissed or couldn’t figure out but the issues were causing trouble for me. They also were very helpful explaining the issues and my options. Always reasonable prices and good communication around scheduling etc. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal service! I got a flat tire while traveling out of state and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. The team here was fantastic—they got me in right away, expedited the entire process, and were incredibly helpful in keeping the costs down. They had us back on the road ASAP. Highly, highly recommend this shop!
I had a 1:00 PM appointment at Firestone and arrived right on time to drop off my car. I was told it would be ready later, so I gave them plenty of time and came back two hours later — only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to my car. No updates, no communication, and no explanation for why my scheduled appointment was completely ignored.
What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re not going to honor it? I understand things can get busy but at least let customers know if there’s going to be a long delay. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.
I love the gentleman who run this Firestone. They all treat me with kindness and respect. I’ve been visiting this Firestone for years, and they can always squeeze me in to make sure my car gets fixed in a timely manner. They are extremely knowledgeable and make sure my vehicle keeps me safe.
We were from out of town with a flat tire and the men here were so amazing at getting us back on the road to Virginia. 10/10. Harris is one in a million. You need to make him a manager or something. He’s professional, kind and keeps you up to date on when they’ll get you out of there. We got a new tire in 30 mins. Thank you so much guys! Come see them
