  Great team at this location! The team here has sorted out two issues with my car that other shops dismissed or couldn’t figure out but the issues were causing trouble for me. They also were very helpful explaining the issues and my options. Always reasonable prices and good communication around scheduling etc. Highly recommend!

  Phenomenal service! I got a flat tire while traveling out of state and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. The team here was fantastic—they got me in right away, expedited the entire process, and were incredibly helpful in keeping the costs down. They had us back on the road ASAP.   We were from out of town with a flat tire and the men here were so amazing at getting us back on the road to Virginia. 10/10. Harris is one in a million. You need to make him a manager or something. He’s professional, kind and keeps you up to date on when they’ll get you out of there. We got a new tire in 30 mins. Thank you so much guys!   I am happy that I found this place after I was towed in with a flat. These men were so attentive to me and everyone else that was there. I will be back hopefully just for maintenance visits but if I have a flat, I trust them to do a good job as they have done for me today.

  I had a great experience at this location. My car was serviced quickly and the customer service was great, very communicative. The only issue is that when booking your appointment online, it apparently doesn't notify the store, despite confirming your appointment. I felt bad for the guys at this store dealing with that but they were great and took care of what I needed. Would visit again.

He even helped us get another rental so we wouldn’t have to drive a damaged and dangerous vehicle. Thank you for all your help!

  Anderson and his team at Firestone always go above and beyond to provide excellent service to everyone who walks through their doors. Traveling on business, your worst nightmare is getting a flat tire in your rental car. When this happened, Anderson went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. He and his team are kind, timely, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!!
