I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. Every time I come to this McDonald’s on Saturday nights, the lady working the front gives me a really nasty attitude for no reason. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, and she handed me a cup that was less than half full. It looked like someone already ate out of it. When I asked about it, she told me “that’s how it normally comes,” even though I order this all the time and it has NEVER looked like that. I’m not paying full price for half a sundae. The service definitely needs improvement. Customers shouldn’t feel disrespected or like their order doesn’t matter. I hope management sees this and takes action, because this isn’t acceptable

They should be ashamed for calling themself a fast food restaurant cuz it took them 40 min prepare my food. I could get something burgers less than 20 min at any open restaurant at 2 am. Wht the heck.

This is good only for take out. Kind of a messy place mainly because this is the only affordable option on Washington Street. Bang opposite the bus stop, its good for a quick grab. The trash wasnt taken out and the area near the drinks counter was an absolute mess. It could get cleaner. Im happy that they have the machines to order else the line could get a lot busier.

Placed a breakfast order through the app at 6AM. When I got there, the door was locked. I waved through the window and the employees completely ignored me for about 5 minutes. Then one of them brought my order out through a side door. The Sausage Egg & Cheese McMuffin was a lukewarm dry piece of sausage on a stale biscuit, no egg or cheese anywhere in sight. This was clearly a day old. The other sandwich had the correct ingredients, but was likewise - at best - from the day before. It looked awful, and I threw it away. If you're not yet open and able to fill orders, just say so. This was gross.

I waited two hours for my god damn food. It’s called fast food not “we’ll get it to you in two days” food. No communication between customer and staff. What a joke of a franchise

The recent renovation came out nice but still under poor management. They do not keep up with upkeep and there was NO heat on during our most recent trip; it was 30 degrees outside and everyone eating inside of this McDonald's had coats on. The bathrooms are almost always gross too and their was no hot water when washing hands. Another issue for me is that they're often out of a lot of menu items, or straight up don't have them. Specialty coffee drinks have been unavailable almost every time I have gone to this location. To be honest, I only go here when the kids insist on McDonald's as a treat.

I have to give a google review because these guys made it impossible to leave this review on Grubhub over their stupid decision. I make an order on Grubhub and after waiting over an hour i get a call from the courier theres a singular item missing and do I want to substitute it (The courier not the mcdonalds I feel they should of called me before the courier got there like any other food place does on delivery apps). Then when I said I do not they think its better to cancel the order altogether than to remove 1 item from the order. After I have already been waiting over an hour. This McDonalds location has atrocious service. Im pretty sure the courier told me the rest of the order was made they were just asking about a substitute. They literally threw out food instead of fufilling my order as far as I know

Spacious location with orders tracking, as you get notification and can see on a store screen if your order is ready. Nicer than other McDonalds in the area.

Worst McDonald's experience I've possibly ever had,, they charged me 27 cents for like 4 extra pickles, other McDonalds often give me like half a pound of pickles for free... the burger also tastes weird, and most baffingly of all, they don't have tap water?? What?? Skip it and eat like, anywhere else.

My recent visit to McDonald's was a disaster. Long queues, lack of staff, and even the cashier seemed irritated to take my order. Waited forever for cold fries and a sloppy burger. Dining area was dirty, and no one cared to fix anything. Felt like they didn't want customers there. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Was here the day before new years eve about to order through the app and use the bathroom. There is a homeless situation right outside. l feel unsafe most of the time l go in there. This time the guy at the register told me they close the bathrooms at 7pm. That was really rude of him when the other guy who was telling to ask them for the keys. They should demote him for doing that.This is really absurd. I never been to any McDonald's where l was refused to use the bathroom. They should at least let the customers use the bathroom. This is Hoboken, the nicer part of town. Lots of teens and shoppers . It's really a shame that they have to do this. Will l come back here? No never... they got to do something to control the peddlers and mentally ill people. It's really disturbing, not allowed the use of the bathroom and all....l do sympathize with the homeless people, and the guy behind the counter. What a jerk.. It's so sad.....

The person who packaged my order for a take away had only put 1 apple pie instead of 2. It wasn’t even a big order, just 2 shakes and 1 cheeseburger. The guy at the counter was friendly though, even offered me a holder for shakes. It’d have been 5 stars.

Online Hours say Open 24hrs. Sign in Window says Open 24hrs. Been here three times over the last 4 months and they appear closed. Lights off, no one inside. Either they’re not Open 24hrs, They’re short staffed causing them to close some nights, or the employees are making it seem closed so they don’t need to work.

I ordered large Ic Latte. They give me the medium size of the cup. And i asked them to get back to my regular size of the drink. They refused!!! It really sucks!!!!

My first time to do this mcdo delivery. My kids told me they love the happy meals so I ordered it. I was expecting to see 2 happy meals with toys. My kids get sad when they opened it coz no toys there. And i also didn’t receive my drink. There’s many missing orders here i paid for it but so devastated of what i saw! Hope mcdonalds can do something for their deliveries. This is so disappointed! I’m not gonna do mcdonals again.

One of the worst McDonald’s out there with horrible manager and employees that don’t care if they screw up your order or serve you at all. They might as well close this location and replace with something worthy of Hoboken. Bet if you order with the app they will get your order wrong. Place is a disgrace. Also not 24 hrs so don’t get tricked by the website.

There are only smiles, burgers and a thousand other delicious menu items here. It's the greatest Scottish restaurant in the world. Ive been to McDonald's in Hong Kong, Japan, France, Chicago, Akron and NewYork City and I tell you what.. the burgers and this Hoboken McDonald's are just as good if not better. Only because its within walking distance and I am a give me convienience or give me death kind of guy.

Clean Upbeat Nice Smiling Workers. Food was surprising fresh.
