Always a wonderful experience shopping at W. Kodak Jewelers. My beautiful engagement ring was our first introduction to Kodak’s quality jewelry and excellent costumer service. Whether purchasing or just browsing, we are always welcomed with warm greetings and enjoyable conversation. We have worked with Dana for several years and every visit is an absolute pleasure. Her kind personality and genuine interest in building a positive relationship with her customers creates a wonderful experience. Dana spends time answering all our questions, inquiring on how we are doing and showcases her knowledge in helping us find the perfect piece for any occasion. While we no longer reside close by, we travel especially to Kodak to see Dana and add new pieces to treasure. Brought in a Swarovski ring to be sized down. Despite telling the salesman that it was 14k gold, he brought it to one of his colleagues who immediately dismissed it after seeing the Swarovski engraving. The salesperson then very confidently told me I was mistaken and that this ring was gold-plated (pretty embarrassing in front of my fiancé). They sent me elsewhere saying they couldn't help me. I emailed Swarovski who confirmed that the ring is indeed made purely from 14k gold and that the jeweler must be confused as many Swarovski products are gold-plated, but not their diamond rings. I called back to W. Kodak and talked to the gentleman I originally spoke with letting him know I received confirmation from Swarovski on the metal type. He still didn't believe me, speaking to me in a condescending way on the phone, saying that the ring would have an engraving on it if it was 14k. He made me feel small, and never once apologized for dismissing me so quickly and admitting to making a judgement mistake on his part. I know that ring re-sizing is not their main profit center, and so perhaps I am not a big customer, however overall this has left a bad taste in my mouth for returning or recommending. I do hope that they will use this feedback as a learning experience to do a little research (or help the customer do a little research) as opposed to letting pride stand in the way. **UPDATE: I went to Clifton Jewelers and had zero issue resizing. Clifton Jewelers was friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and never spoke down to me the way Kodak jewelers did.***

Dana was so wonderful to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge in this world and it was helpful leaning on her during the engagement ring process. She recently helped me resize my ring and guided me through the entire process.

I would have to say this was one of the easiest and best transaction I’ve had concerning salespeople. Both Dana and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable, I told them I was looking for a watch and I also told them my price range. They showed me a variety of watches from different companies/brands, I would ask questions about each watch they showed me and they knew everything about each watch. I found the watch I was looking for and the sale was made without any pressure and Dana and Chris were not pushy like most salespeople. I do have to correct myself I should not be calling them salespeople they’re jewelers that know their business. So if anyone is looking for jewelry/watches I recommend seeing Dana, you won’t be disappointed. John

I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Al Youngblood. He is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my feedback. Based on my preferences, he offered thoughtful suggestions and let me explore a wide range of styles to compare and try on, which I really appreciated. The store environment is comfortable and welcoming—I’d recommend making an appointment in advance, which I did. I highly recommend Al, especially for a luxury watch or jewelry purchase, where trust between you and your sales associate truly matters. You can really feel that here. Overall, I found the watch I’d been looking for, and I’ll definitely return in the future when I need anything else.

I’ve been shopping at W. Kodak Jewelers for a few years, I’ve bought multiple watches from this store. Jeremy is my main guy, but any time I have walked into this store, I am greeted with the friendliest staff. I’ve walked in when it was really busy, and I get the same greeting. You could tell the people who work there really enjoy what they do. I post this because it’s such a pleasant exception to the rule of what I see at a lot of stores these days. People tend to love to complain, when I see people go above and beyond, I like to compliment and let them know to please keep up the great work. The high level of service is really appreciated. This store has an excellent selection of watches and brands. They know their products, are great at answering questions, are patient when I’m indecisive, and just an overall fantastic buying experience. From the first purchase Jeremy has shown appreciation for the business, and as I continue to shop there always appreciates the loyalty. I would recommend this shop to anybody. Also want to compliment the store renovations. The bar is classy, and the sitting area is great.
