Arrogant lady!
Got 3 tubes of grease stop at the registr to pay!
The lady in Arrogant way is telling me "I am good".
Whit making mad face she put gloves for perfectly clean item and scanned them but I gues she did not her job and wait by the other guys to ask!
But she did not go just to ask for the price she went by them to complain that she can't even eat!
To the management:hire people that want to work and there are many more that will do the job way better than the Arrogant lady by the tools!
Also I had the best experience with a girl that she is not working there abot 2 years ago! She was closing the door(closing time)and opened purpose for me to find me a belt for one of my costumers!

I needed a rear window wiper for my 2021 Rav4 and went to P&A and got the right wiper and got a senior discount too! Woman who assisted me was very helpful and even offered to install it, but I did it myself. I wanted to learn how to do it. I will return to this store for future purchases. Local and great service!
I tried to call this location to speak to the owner or manager about a return and was hung up on twice. Don’t waste time and money at this place try a box store you’ll get a better price and better service as it seems that multiple locations have idiots answering the phones for this company . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS
They ussually have what you're looking for or get it for you from another store. Service is not very friendly and my brake caliper casting didn’t fit exactly. Careful with their aftermarket parts. I guess you get what ya pay for.
Prices are absolutely insane I got charged $230 for 8 ignition coils for a certain car I own. And I find them all over the internet afterwards with free shipping for $80-$110.... they’re out of their minds at their prices

They usually have a lot of stuff in stock. And sell some pretty quality parts, if you're willing to pay for the good ones. They guys behind the counter make mistakes sometimes but that's typical for any auto parts store.
This place messed up my order and when they tried to send the correct part, they messed up the order a second time! They wasted so much of my time! Never going here again!
They are excellent everybody's super friendly, when i need any parts they always have in there. They will beat anybody's prices . They delivered to the one in Saddle Brook has more parts then the one in Hackensack
This place seems to have just about everything you need.The only thing is I feel a little weird walking in because these dudes look frustrated and customer services suck or else I would've gave them a 5 ?...
