They sold me and my niece a Chevy Tahoe with a blown transmission that they KNEW was messed up and acted like it was in perfect condition- She is a 19 year old girl who went alone without me ( it was mine and her money we were BOTH the customers) just to look around and they manipulated her into buying this vehicle and not only that but they SERIOUSLY overcharged her - All in it was a 30k loan they pushed her into for a car that has 133k miles and trans/engine issues!!! The same day she pulled off the lot THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON!!!- she called them immediately- they had her come back to "fix it" and all they did was reset the code to turn the light off and did NOT actually FIX ANYTHING - THEY TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE AND THEY SOLD HER A FAKE WARRANTY THAT HAS A FAKE AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE- She is now STUCK in a $30,000 loan WITH A CAR THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK NOW BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION IS BLOWN - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE AND DO N O T USE THIS COMPANY FOR A N Y T H I N G AT ALLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE ------------------- zero stars a million times over I hope someone finally sues them and puts a stop to their illegal MESSED UP behavior and ROBBING hard working people.
Our experience with Dave at Auto Direct was appalling. After the dealership mishandled paperwork and delayed the DMV registration, it caused a string of issues — all rooted in their own lack of organization and accountability. When my sister and young niece tried to follow up, Dave responded by yelling profanity at them. An adult man shouting at two women — absolutely disgraceful.
It was so unacceptable that his own brother privately apologized and acknowledged Dave’s behavior was inexcusable. That alone speaks volumes.
They sell vehicles with issues, overpromise, underdeliver, and dodge all responsibility when things go wrong. What’s worse is how Dave speaks to women — condescending, aggressive, and completely unprofessional.
Frankly, it’s a good thing it was just my sister and niece who dealt with him.
Had it had been me in person the situation would’ve demanded a much more serious conversation.
It’s a reflection of how upsetting and inappropriate his behavior truly was.
A complaint has been filed with the BBB. If you care about being treated with decency and respect, avoid this place at all costs.

Very shady and dishonest. Showed up to check out a car and the battery was dead. A salesman (who was covering a scratch on one of the nicer cars with a sharpie when I showed up) claimed to me that the dead battery was brand new, despite it being covered in dust. He said I could show up the next day and they’d change the battery, so the next day I drove an hour only to find the shop closed. The next Monday I let them know I was coming to pick up the car (which had been in their lot for over 100 days) and they told me that they wouldn’t have its title for another week, so I wouldn’t be able to leave with it anyway. Don’t let these guys waste your time.
Make sure you check the carfax of the car you want to buy from him.
He triad to sell me flood car to as perfect car, i asked him to provide carfax and he said we don’t have. I paid $40 to obtain the carfax and find out the car is flooded
Owner Dave is great guy . He makes sure you are happy with the deal and backs up his cars . Always had a great experience with auto direct .

I cannot say enough about how incredible Bob and Chad were in getting me a surprise Corvette for my wife! She found the color she liked online on a Saturday. I did some research on Sunday and realized it was a near-impossible color to find. I found one car that had the configuration she loved and it was at Auto Direct Cars and Corvettes. I called before work Monday morning at about 7:30am and fully expected to leave a voicemail, go several days without hearing anything back, and have to chase them down. But a guy with a New Jersey accent answered the phone and talked to me for a half hour. He was confident in his knowledge of Corvette, was organized, and by Wednesday night, the closed trailer pulled up in front of my house in Michigan and I surprised my wife with her early birthday present. She had no idea it was coming. Had Bob and Chad not been so professional, there's no way we could have pulled off the impossible. They handled logistics, registration, and all the details. The car was perfect. The experience was second to none. I have found the people I'll be buying our cars from. They are the epitome of best-in-world service. Thank you for helping me earn all these points from my wife! I literally couldn't have pulled this off without you.

These guys were very irresponsible and seems like someone who just wants the profit but doesn't care about customers or anything else . Made me go there twice and sold the car to someone else, i honestly don't recommend this dealership Goodluck

If you're looking for a fantastic used foreign car, this is the place to go to. This dealership was amongst many in this particular area of New Jersey. I got a chance to meet the owner and he personally took me to see the automobile in his lot. Although I did not purchase the automobile from him, I was impressed with the way he helped me with the car that I was looking at. Not many owners will do this for you and many people simply push cars on you. There is a great selection of automobiles at this dealership and many foreign cars for those who truly love eccentric automobiles. If you are rich, this is your place. Wow! Keep it up!
David and staff will put you in the car you want. Located behind Teterboro airport with a wide selection of vehicles with prices that really can't be beat. If you're looking for a new ride, go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
