Get smarter delivery drivers. I just watched your driver almost cause 3 different accidents.

Tried sorting out an issue with a shipment and could never get anyone on the phone, instead had a very weird correspondence through email that ended up with some kind of app giving me a refund. I still don't have my sensor and I don't think I'm ever going to do business with this weird setup again.

Amazing customer service! I struggled to find the part I needed in stock anywhere. One call to ProStock and they had it in stock and for a great price. Without me asking, Maria even pulled the part off the shelf and had it up at the register before I got there. I will absolutely choose ProStock in the future.

These guys are smart, efficient and very helpful. It is too bad that this isn't the norm in consumer retailers.

I'm a truck driver and delivered here. The warehouse personnel we're all Kool and I was in and out within 19 minutes. That's how things should be done but not all places are this considerate.

They're courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt!

Maria Cartagena helped me out and was very knowlegable! I showed her a light bulb and knew where it was right away! Ii couldnt charge my debit card for 3 bucks, but leaving knowing i was coming back to see her beautiful smile was well worth it. She made me laugh with her expressions and i definitely will go back to see her with my needs!

Very bad customer service. Some of the people that work there seem disgruntled. If they don't appreciate their job why don't they find something else to do. I will bring my business elsewhere whenever im able.
