I recently had my SUV undergo autobody repairs under Jose’s guidance. It looks brand-new and he explained all the repairs to me with polite professionalism. The shop sent me regular text updates on the status of my repairs, has a helpful partnership with rental car services in the area, and takes pride in their work. They even washed and detailed my car before pickup and relocated my items back to my trunk (they had to be moved to allow for the repairs). Great experience with knowledgable professionals.

I messed up the front bumper on my Honda Civic. I was able to upload images of my car to carwise and got a quote for the repair in a few days. I did request the same thing with the Paramus Honda sponsored body shop and they wanted to charge me 6 times more just for a post repair scan.
Jose was very nice and actually cares about the customer. I got the car in much better shape than I left it.
This shop was absolutely incredible. They made every smooth from before I put in the claim to after returning the rental. They’re so knowledgeable and transparent from the get go, no surprises and no hassles. They walked me through the claim, rentals, and of course the body work. The car came back looking brand new off the lot! I would definitely recommend this shop and (hopefully I won’t have to) I will always use this shop moving forward.

We took our handicap accessible SUV to Jose and our experience was incredible! We have a more complicated wheel chair modification to our car and not only did Jose fix our car but it actually looks and functions better than when we brought it to him! We live very far away and will always take the drive to bring our vehicle to him.

From our initial conversation, Jose was open and transparent about the work needed and the costs associated with the repairs. We discussed all options, including some that would have taken business away from his shop. His focus was making sure I knew all my options to make an informed decision.
They send you text message updates on the status of your repairs, so you always know what is going on with your car. If there is a bigger issue, they will call you to discuss. For example, when ordering a replacement part for the grey/silver side runner for my car, Audi kept sending a piece that didn't quite match what was currently on my car. Two replacement pieces were ordered, and the same issue happened each time. Jose called me to discuss the issue and instead of waiting a few additional days for another part and risking the same issue happening again, Jose made the recommendation of painting that piece black.
I have to say, my car came out of Saddle Brook Auto Body looking better than it did when it went in! I will definitely be back (but hopefully not anytime soon).
Best decision I made to pick this shop to fix my car. I was looking and reading through the reviews of many auto body shops when I had my accident. I needed my car fixed right away and I saw that this shop had amazing reviews especially glowing ones about Jose. There were times available the next day which was good. Jose is a very nice and friendly guy. He’s very polite to his customers and he is very refreshing to talk to. The process of getting my car fixed was quick and easy. Jose always kept in touch with updates and was honest about everything. I highly recommend to go to him at this shop. I will also refer my family and friends if they need an auto body shop as well!
I used their services to repair my Venza that had a severe damage to the left front and left quarter panel. The damage was so significant that I was thinking they might decide it's not worth fixing. They repaired it and now the car actually looks better than before the accident. They polished the headlamp on the other side to match the new one and painted some preexisting scratches. Jose kept me updated about the status throughout the process. I highly recommend them and would use this body shop again.
