I think it’s time I finally complain about this shop. It used to be great but ever since the new manager Kelly came around it’s really gone downhill. She seems like a great person but I think she lets the guys run her. I’ve gotten new tires here, lost my hubcap. I attempted a wheel alignment and oil change, they tell me my oil pan screw is stripped. They quoted me $1000 for a new oil pan. How is that possible? They tell me the last shop I went to had to have done it. Valvoline, who siphons the oil out could not have done this! I believe Firestone did it and lied to my face while saying “if it was my shop I would replace it” . They didn’t even do my wheel alignment that day because they rushed me out to valvoline. I called back to see if I could come back for my alignment and whoever was there that night just kept picking up the phone and putting it down, I got to listen to Golden Girls playing in the background for 15 mins waiting for someone to come to the phone. No one came, I hung up and called back, same thing. It felt super shady. I won’t be coming back to this location as there are many others in my area but just saying, someone needs to look into this shop. Something shady is going on.
Love the service team at this Firestone. They are not only friendly but are genuine and trustworthy. They go out of their way to help customers and really seem to care.
Pedro was the individual that assisted me from check-in to check-out and was very pleasant. Had a flat tire and was able to get it replaced in a timely manner. As well as an alignment.
Matt and Pedro were very helpful in helping me replace two rear tires that blew out on the highway. They did it very quickly and efficiently. Fast service!
Where do I start , Kelly and her entire staff there is beyond welcoming & knowledgeable. They will never steer you in the wrong direction! They genuinely find the best solution to make sure that their customers are not panicking when it comes to services and repairs . ( cars aren’t cheap to fix when tackling on multiple issues back to back ) . I will never take my car to get serviced anywhere else ! Thank You !! ?
I have been using Firestone for about 2 years now and this location has been nothing but professional with me. Matthew and Kelly went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure an issue that with my brakes and wheel locks were fully resolved.

I have a big complain about a manager from your Saddle Brook NJ location. I went around November to change my tires and do an oil change. The manager greeted me for my appointment, just so you know not a very nice person. Always a problem every time we talk for a question on my car. Well it was done and took it home. Now it’s January and my car says the oil is at 15% how v impossible I used it for 3000 extra miles and supposedly I need to change it on 49,000 but I have 46,000 and it showed me at 15% I took it back there today 01/26/26 and she said oh no needs to reset I have never had that type of problem I had took it to Honda itself and Valvoline and never had an issue before like this. And also I went to change my battery I have a coupon for $65 in savings and $30 prepaid Mastercard with the purchase and installation. Well she did not want to use this coupon because she already used the coupon of checking the battery for free and with an attitude said no and that’s the price. Well I went to Firestone in elmwood park, your assistance there is amazing. He helped me and gave me the coupon used BOTH OF THEM. free check my battery and the $30 prepaid card. Someone needs to be done with this manager white lady, at your saddle brook location. While I was at your Elmwood park location a Hispanic man arrived and said the same about the lady she has an attitude and don’t like to help Hispanic people. I will get to the bottom of this until something is done against her. Is not ok to have someone like that working at your store.
I had an excellent experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Saddlebrook Market St! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I came in for an oil change, and they also completed a thorough multipoint inspection, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and even replaced a light bulb—all in one visit. Everything was clearly explained, and I really appreciated how transparent and knowledgeable the staff was. My car feels great, and I left feeling confident that it was well taken care of. This location truly delivers first-class service, and I would 100% recommend them to friends and family without hesitation!
Excellent service, speedy repair! Had fairly extensive work done on my wife's SUV, VERY happy with our experience at this branch, SERVICE ADVISOR KELLY was amazing! Turned out my wife's battery tested below the proper level, the shop let us know. I'm super busy and nothing is more annoying than multiple trips for auto issues! Very happy to have everything needed taken care of during this trip!
Very friendly employees and when I had an emergency (broke oil pan) they took my car in without hesitation. They kept me in the loop about parts and costs the entire time which I appreciated. They ensured that I was comfortable and could work while I waited for my car to be done.
Went to Firestone at 529 Market St Saddlebrook,nj today because I found a leak,
had an oil change in Dec and they found a bad plug and they fixed it at no charge !
The two gentlemen at the front desk Allan and Sean are very nice and polite. I always have great experience here.

These guys were life savers. Due to road debris on the Garden State Parkway, I got a flat tire. I had enough pressure to get to a parking lot off the highway. I called around and this was the only location near me that would be open late enough and had my tires in stock. Thank you, Sean and crew for making the rest of my drive possible.
Such an amazing experience considering , I had to get 4 new tires. Pricing was great! Kelly/front desk was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She knew all her stuff & extremely knowledgeable. The mechanics are great & my car’s running beautifully. ?
Let me just start by saying Great Customer Service! The manager Sean Austin is beyond patient and although it was king of busy he handled everyone in a timely manner and still was taking calls and solving problems. Must say this is the best Firestone I have ever been too and will definitely come here from now on! I value great customer service and he definitely met those expectations!
Had a scheduled 3:00 PM appointment on December 17, 2025, to replace all four tires. I arrived on time and checked in, but by 3:30 PM my vehicle still hadn’t been pulled into a bay or even acknowledged for service. No updates were provided by staff despite multiple scheduled appointments ahead of me apparently running behind. I ended up leaving without getting any work done—completely wasted my time. Very poor respect for customers’ schedules. Would not recommend if you value punctuality.”
Very good experiences at Firestone Saddle Brook. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. They honor appointment times and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Also very accommodating. My father and I have been coming here for years and I haven’t had a bad experience, especially under the current manager.

This is the best place to get an oil change! It was my second time getting an Oil change with them & Kelly the manager was super helpful and made the process go smoothly. My car was ready in less than an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone, 10/10 :)

So I recently went to Firestone and honestly they tried to scam me out my money. They kept trying to get me to apply for some secured credit card instead of just fixing the issue I came in for. They told me it would cost over $1000 and the labor alone was like $500 or close to it — that’s crazy. I called around to a few local mechanics in my city and even they said I was getting ripped off. I got a 2000 Toyota Camry, parts for that car are not expensive at all, and no way should labor be that high. The whole time instead of actually helping, they was just focused on getting my money. And when I told them I was gonna look for other options, you could see the attitude switch real quick. Definitely not going back there. also, I forgot to mention one of the guys mentioned that if I don’t have the money to take care of my vehicle, I shouldn’t have a vehicle very rude.
I came in for a simple nail in my tire and was told it needed a full replacement. They lifted my car and opened the hood for a basic tire repair, which made no sense. I went to a local mechanic instead who patched it in minutes with no upselling. This place seems more focused on finding extra charges than providing honest service. Be cautious
Couldn’t be happier with Kelly and her team! They took my car in right away and had it done very quickly! The technician gave me honest recommendations about what could wait and what needed attention soon. The great pricing and excellent work definitely made me a loyal customer.

I recommend this place since I recently went and got new tires an a wheel alignment. Kelly, ( the lady that helped me) was attentive and knowledgeable to my cars needs but more importantly She was very transparent with the cost and timing.
