I can't believe how great the service department is. Big shout out to moe for looking us out getting me in and out for the clutch job. Great service and amazing freightliner location. One of the best services I have received in a long time.

North Jersey Truck Center Saved the Day! I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at North Jersey Truck Center deserves all the praise. I came in looking for an alternator for my 2003 FL70 box truck, and they were the only place in town that had it in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. I brought in my old alternator, expecting a core charge refund, but there wasn’t one. I left the old part with them after my purchase around 4pm. The next morning, my brother realized the new alternator didn’t come with the pulley, which we needed from the old one. I rushed back to the store at 8am on Saturday and spoke with Chris, the rep who had helped me the day before. Chris immediately started searching for the old alternator, asking other employees and checking everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. Chris didn’t give up. He got help from the lady who reviews the security camera footage. After hours of searching and reviewing video, they discovered that another employee had accidentally given my old alternator (in a shopping cart) to another customer. Amazingly, they tracked down the customer—who had already left for the Bronx—contacted him, and he agreed to bring the part back. Within an hour, I had my old alternator and the much-needed pulley back in my hands. I can’t thank Chris and the entire North Jersey Truck Center team enough. They truly went above and beyond, showing professionalism, patience, and genuine care for their customers. Instead of just apologizing or telling me there was nothing they could do, they solved the problem and saved me from having to special order a hard-to-find part. If you want a business that stands behind their service and treats customers right, look no further. God bless these folks for their dedication and integrity. I am sincerely grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need of truck parts or service!

I'm writing to express my appreciation for the service I've received at this facility. I've been bringing our work trucks here for over five years and have always been satisfied with the service. Thank you to Moe , for providing such consistent and reliable service.

Terrible people at parts dept. One guy gave me the wrong part no. just to mess with me as the next guy told me they don't give out part no.'s instead sell parts! Trash.

This truck driver was extremely rude. They forced a merge by speeding in an ending lane, and even after I slowed down to let them in, they responded by flipping me off and continued to do so even after I moved to another lane for safety.

I am thrilled to now have a place to bring my tractors to be maintained and repaired that I know will treat me fairly, do an excellent job, and is honest. North Jersey Truck Center reflects this in spades.

I was just there today. And there's a guy there name MO. Went outta the way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. Offered to buy me coffee and lunch. Anyone in this area that needs truck service I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH JERSEY TRUCK CENTER

I had to have extensive repairs to my truck and was lucky enough to have Mo guide me through the many twists and turns that it took to get the repairs done. He was always helpful, available and encouraging. I am very grateful that he was my point man through the process. I also want to thank Jenny and Jason (the service manager) for their help! Carrie

The service is terrible!!! The mechanics are terrible troubleshooters. They over charge for terrible service. I feel like I've been ripped off and I will call my lawyer to sue for my money back. I've spent over $20,000 this year and they tried to get me for another $16,000 last week. I only came in to get my speed sensor replaced. They said I needed a new transmission, then they said I need a new TCU. I never had any problems with my transmission!!! I will never have North Jersey Truck Center service my truck again. They are the WORST!!!

I would like to say that all of NJ Service Department doing FANTASTIC job! Started with Jhenny, first phone call last Saturday: she was so helpful and customer oriented that in some point I was shocked and speechless, And it’s continued with EACH and EVERY person I was in touch, specially with Moe! YOU ARE GREAT!!!

I just give it a star because I can't give it a negative. This is the worst place to take your truck to get it fixed. They never call you to say anything and they waste you time and money in the future if it's for me I would never put my truck in this place to fix it and the service is very but very bad I will never go here again

They gave me the wrong item so I returned it. Lady at the counter had a little smart attitude problem. Item was not dirty at all. She goes you have to clean it. I’m like clean what? So she gave me some wipes and I wipe it down. All I did was try to see if item matched old one. It was not installed. Wasn’t dirty at all and if it was that’s how it came in the box. Have more professionalism.

This place is great! We took our flatbed here yesterday and had to get it back asap. They have already called to tell me its ready!!! That was quick!! Thanks Moe and the mechanics getting it done. Acf Gardner Mark

The service department was very good to me. They were reasonable with the labor and part pricing. They took care of all the issues with my truck. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of service or repairs. My tractor broke down in Elizabeth, NJ and quickly was completed and they dealt with the warranty company. My driver was out of town and kept my tractor safe till I was able to pick it up. Thanks to Jhenny and Moe.

My experience has been great with this company, people at the counter are courteous and responsive, I had an issue with my truck fan and derate issue with the engine. I took it to 3 different mechanics about 15 separate times and nobody could fix the issue. Brought it in here my guy rich fixed without and issue. I ended up getting Covid couldn’t pick up my truck for a week and even with the small yard they let me keep it there no storage fees. Thank you all for the hard work

Tamara, Moe and the entire staff are amazingly kind, professional as well as attentive to get the repairs done within 9 hours. The staff members are very thorough and were thoughtful to accommodate my fur baby Buddy while we were there. Thank You for the hospitality and love.

Great experience! Thank you Moe and crew! ? There’s no room for trailers so don’t bring them. ? Food truck twice a day! 1030ish and 1440ish. Great food cheap prices. We had an emergency come up, (DEF pump went out),so we called around to find a place to fix our 2019 cascadia. Other truck centers gave me 3 days until the diagnostics then another week earliest to get fixed… North Jersey Truck Center told us they could get us diagnosed the following day. We arrived late evening, Monday introduced myself and was able to stay in truck in the lot until morning. The following morning we checked in at 0600, my wife, dog and I were shown the drivers lounge which offered hot coffee, tea, vending machines, comfy couches, TV, etc. It was quiet and comfortable. They got us diagnosed in the morning and fixed up and rolling out by late afternoon! Really appreciate the expedient and diligent service! This was truly a God Send, fast and efficient, polite. Thank you :)

My only experience is with the service department: If I could give them 6 stars I would. It is never a good time to have your truck break down so obviously I wasn't in a great mood to start. From the moment I walked into this place I have been treated politely and professionally by EVERYONE. I have bothered and interrupted them constantly for the past couple of days and still received only polite responses every single time. I dealt with (hopefully I have their names right) Tamara and Jorge most of the time and no matter how busy they were I always got a response and a smile and if they didn't have an answer for me right away they found and gave me an answer. I don't ever want to deal with another break down, but if I have to, I hope it's close to North Jersey Truck Center.

How do you explain 8 people working the parts counter, and only 1 actually taking customers. The other 7 sit there and speak among themselves or are on their cell phones. I’ve noticed most of the good reviews are from friends and employees. Smh worst service ever. They probably take advantage because they know there’s no other truck parts store for miles. Update: 4 weeks later and staff here are still the same. I came early in the morning, 4 people working the parts counter, they see me waiting and all of them continue to be on their cell phones. I waited 30 minutes, the only person on line while they’re all on their phones. For every review management says they take it seriously but nothing changes. On top of that, nobody in parts EVER answers the phone. I don’t understand how they can all be on their cell phones but none of them can answer the phones at their job. Smh! What a disgrace! Sad part is, this is how they treat their own kind. And the reason why minorities stay in the gutter.

I can not say enough wonderful things about North Jersey Truck center. We were on our way home from Florida with our new to us RV. We got about half way and the check engine light came on. We hobbled to about an hour from them and parked for a couple hours to sleep until they opened at 6am. I called them at 6 and spoke to a wonderful lady named Elizabeth. Explained to her my situation and she told me that we could come right over. When we arrived, they had a tech come out, Jason and he got right to work. We explained everything to him and he was able to easily diagnose the problem and then fix it. He also found out the not only did the RV dealership not change a really bad fuel filter, but they added 8-10 gallons of oil too much. On top of that it was about a gallon short of coolant. Jason was so knowledgeable and helped us with everything. He was able to get us back on the road with a vehicle that I felt safe traveling in with my husband and 2 girls. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they more than deserve it. Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Broke down with my 2018 Freightliner chassis motor home dew to a bad clutch fan for the radiator. Tried to tell them the fan was not working and they assured me that the thermostat need to be replaced and coolant need to be flushed? They did that and took all day so at 9pm they said I was all set and as I was backing out it overheated again. So next morning they determined that the clutch was bad on the fan and needed to be ordered over night for the next day?! My a/c was working when I got there and stopped working after they pressure washed the engine compartment!? I was told after working on it for 2.5 HR to take it and get it fixed and they would pay the bill. After costing me an extra 3 days and no a/c when I left, I have the bill for the a/c getting fixed, the service manager said he is not paying the bill!!! Problems - Girls are not friendly and have no clue from first shift to second -Staff doesn't listen to the customer problem - Not courteous with your equipment had grease all over the floor and steps -Took several phone calls and emails just to get a replay Tried to talk it out but no luck. Stay away going to be a bad experience!!!

The employees in service area are so rude. Is possible for me not have star. I have been here several times and is always the same. The ladies at the front are the worst, It has always been a bad experience. I made appointment for my cargo van for service and e-call and I am pick-up with really bad damage. The computer is off my van is nothing information They do not give any immediate solution. Just knowing how to say "have to wait" I explained that I needed my car the same day and we care to leave with excuses. The people in this place is to bad attitude and make fun of customers. Please not go here the people is not professional and the service is horribly BAD.

Excellent service and customer care is always provided. Rafael Cortes is my guy, always happy to help our business with whatever may be needed, and always does so to our satisfaction! I've been working with him since my business opened and I appreciate his help and support greatly.
