I got a Honda Pilot from them and they did everything on their hand to make me happy on the purchase Andrew let me test and drive the car without him being present on the car . Exceptional service from parkway auto sales.. Mr. Tucker went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met with purchasing this vehicle. Not only did he make a great sale but we became family. He even went out his way to tender to my late schedules and I am looking forward to doing business with him again.

I bought my car here about a month ago and everyone was so helpful and absolutely amazing. The process was super easy, I was contacted on every step and I was even set up with a really fast and easy payment plan. I was shown all the Carfax and I was able to get set up to test drive the car in minutes. Everything was taken care of faster than I expected. I would absolutely recommend anyone to get a car here.

This place is a total scam! I bought a car and there was no service engine light on. I drove it for 15 minutes after I bought the car and it needed a whole new engine. This dealer would not give me my money back. Save your money people and go elsewhere!!

I had bought my first car here for my 18th birthday and was extremely disappointed. The car was in decent condition on the outside but little did I know all the problems that would come along the way. Not even two months later my check engine light came and started experienced problems when trying to accelerate. My RPM’s would go up and my car would not move. I tried calling Andrew Tucker the guy who sold me the car several times a day and would not get a call back or the lady that shares the “office” would answer and say he was not in. I then had to show up at the dealership which is in the middle of nowhere to be able to speak to him. He basically told me that there was nothing he could do for me and it wasn't his fault. I was forced to pay out of pocket for the repairs which ended up costing $1,500 for a new value body. Two months later my car started overheating and leaking coolant. I then had to put out an additional $800 to fix seals inside the motor and a new thermostat. I am sure I will be running into more issues along the way. Not to mention I well overpaid for the car. I failed to check Kelley Blue Book and after the sale found out that my car was worth half the price that I paid for it. I have now put in $9,000 for a car that was only worth $4,500. This place shouldn’t even be considered a dealership or office place. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

I bought a 2010 Honda Civic from Andrew in May, 2021. It was a very good price in great condition. Andrew was not high pressure and very reasonable and he appeared to be a hard worker. His business model seemed to be sell good quality cars at better than average price rather than selling fewer cars at the highest possible price. My car is still performing great. I recommend buying a car here, especially if you are looking for used Hpnda Civics in good or great condition.

Andrew is a gentleman. Excellent customer service. No stress and no pressure. I knew which car I wanted (2002 Lexus ES300). He took care of 2 issues without me having to ask before I picked up the car today. Thanks !!

My husband bought a Jeep at this location back in the 1st week of June. We've tried over 1 dozen times to contact this dealership about the TITLE to our car. In Pennsylvania you must have insurance on any vehicle parked even in your own driveway. The bank doesn't have it as of Sept 28th and neither do we. The phone calls go to a cell phone as texts but NO ONE returns them. They have picked up on 3 of the 12 calls on a cell phone and as soon as they know it's us asking for the TITLE they say someone will call back and of course that has NEVER happened! We've sent a family member whom is closer to this dealership and they refused to talk to him. The bank has informed us to get that TITLE! The car sits in our driveway because without a title in Pennsylvania we can't register it. Insurance and bank payment made monthly heading for 5 mos and yet we can't use it. Our next recourse is an attorney whom we have hired for this issue. BEWARE IF THAT TITLE ISN'T SENT TO YOU OR THE BANK IN WITHIN 10 DAYS by the way the USPS, Fed Ex, emails & FAX machine do all function during this pandemic it's not a valid excuse for almost 5 months! Everything is blamed on the Coronavirus since June1st. I'll be contacting the Consumer Protection Agency as well as the Better Business Bureau. FYI you can pay off a vehicle in full through a bank or finance company and if you don't have the title to the vechical you were scammed!

If I can give 0 stars I would! Sold me a terrible car and lied about it being check. Was supposed to get the car fixed they never did! Sold me a death trap that me and my THREE year old almost died in! DO NOT BUY!

Guy if you looking for a car, jeep, or any type of vehicles let me tell you , I spend about one years looking for the best deals in cars and of course the one that match with me because and so picky in everything.. Also my sister were helping me looking for a car too and none of she send Me , I didn't like.. So one day she when to this web site and she find the one, and guy when she saw that price right away she send me the pic. And that was it the car was in my budget, the miles were perfect when I say the miles were perfect ,the miles just were 48 800 miles and the cost for the cars was $7,999 and with all the paper and tax. And including the place , Go up to $9145. And look this is my first car and I feel there were so cheap for a car like this form 2011, and with that miles.. And there car is used but the owns of this car I believe they used for personal stuff because inside the car is totally new. And tge good thing is have heat seat for winter. So the next day of purchase this car I take the car to the mecahine and the guy told me that I did the best choice in my life that the money I paid worth it. The owner of the dealer is Andrew.. And his assistant name is Marcous they are so so nice person. So guy just go to his page and type what vehicle you want to buy, but you don't wan't to spend a lots of money in your first cars. This is the perfect place to go.

I recently just bought a car from Parkway auto sales after a couple tries elsewhere. Andrew the main salesman was very hands on with me. Every detail that I wanted in the car he found and made sure it was up to my standards. I felt like he was talking to me in every day lingo rather than the usual car salesmen. It was a sense that he was really trying to get me on the road rather than just selling me a car. I really appreciate his help and honesty.

These men are amazing. Andrew is a true gentleman. As soon as I walk in, I had the impression that this was a man working really hard. I didn't get the impression that this man was out to rip me off. Honest man. He leveled with me as I came looking for a car after a car accident. The purchase was not on my budget. He politely talked with me and facilitated that I purchase just the car I was looking for. This car is very well designed, runs excellent, and is just what I need right now! They allowed me to go to their mechanic to have the air conditioning fixed. They helped me with a new car key case, and they even purchase new tire covers before I walked out. Also, they gave snacks and drinks to my nephew's and sister! Both these men are amazing. I have been driving for two weeks already. I took the car to a different mechanic and he said the car was good. I would run over to buy a car from this men.

Highly recommend iConcept auto sales. They are pure professionals and will make an extra effort to get you approved. They are competitively priced and listen to their customers. In my case we got a 2012 maxima, the vehicle was fully detailed and drove like a brand new car although it was pre-owned. Ask to speak with Andrew and Jermaine, very respectable and classy salesmen.
