I researched dealerships all over until I came across IAutomall in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. As soon as I walked in their office I was greeted with a smile, coffee and bagels, it was on time because not only was I tired I was starving. Ms Tuddles was warm and comforting. The other lady who briefed me on insurance was also very nice. I told them what I was looking for and fortunately they had something very close to what I wanted. I bought the car. I had my vehicle about a month when a man blew his stop sign and ruined my door and knocked off my mirror. Immediately I was on the phone. The man who hit me knew it was his fault and his insurance company paid me right away. In the meantime, Ms Tuddles gave me a loaner so Iwouldnt have to take a bus to work. Their customer service is on point. I received my money went back to IAUTOMALL, gave Ms Tuddles the check and she gave me another car and I absolutely adore this car. I'm happy with my decision to use IAUTOMALL. Thank you Ashlee and Sharita, you two are the best!

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here needs to be shared so others don’t go through the same.
I purchased a truck and was told it came with a “free warranty.” When issues appeared (check engine light, truck shaking), I took it in. The warranty company refused the repair because of a 30-day clause I was never told about. The dealer then promised to take care of it himself if I removed my negative review. Out of good faith, I agreed and sent him the invoice with the listed repairs.
Weeks later, I finally got the truck back with plates. But soon after driving it, the same exact issues returned. I brought it to my personal mechanic, who showed me that one of the main repairs (the converter, which was specifically listed on the invoice) had never even been replaced. I have photos proving it’s still the original part.
In short:
• Warranty was useless.
• Dealer admitted to fixing it but didn’t do the work.
• Truck was handed back to me with the same issues.
This feels like dishonest business practice. Buyers beware get everything in writing and double-check repairs independently.
I had an unusually pleasant experience there. Friendly staff. Great service. The vehicles had all been maintenanced very well. Mike personally came down to help us. I happen to really enjoy Jersey. I appreciate the conversation and all your help guy's. There's a reason I drive out of Jersey from PA to get a vehicle. Also, this place is hugeeee. There's like 20 other dealers in this building so make sure your at the right place, right man, Mike and you'll leave with a good plan!!!
Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful dealer. Sold me a bad car and now giving me a ton of run around to trade it or provide any kind of assistance. It’s a good thing I don’t leave reviews immediately after doing business you never know east you’ll find out or learn. You guys will also be reported to bbb as well.

I bought a car here and they deceived me. I asked if the car had an accident and they said no. I got angry and went and checked. I saw that the car had an accident. I gave the car back and had a hard time getting my money back and they cut some of my money. Don't believe what they say. It's very bad and they deceive people.

Brought a van here that was flooded and underneath the car was rusted .. didn’t know until I took it to the shop. I had already agreed to buying with a broke door that doesn’t open or close had to buy a new steering wheel pump and a few minor other things when I specifically explained it was to use for my daycare business vehicle…. I got GOT for 9,500
after writing a review on my experience they also made false reviews on my business. THAT they never visit!

Great experience. Mike met with us on a Sunday. They were closed but since we were coming from out of the area and work all week he was willing to accommodate us. He was on time meeting us and allowed us to take our time test driving the car. It was for my daughter so we wanted to be sure it was mechanically sound. The paint was in excellent condition and he managed to get all of the paperwork completed for us that day. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end and I would definitely do business with him again.
