While the sales people are very friendly, they totally scammed me. Bought a car from them via the web. They shipped a lemon, and refuse to make it right. The tires are all completely bald- we called the police and they said the tires are illegal to drive on. It is illegal to sell a car with tires this bad. I’m elderly. I drove on them one time before the entire car completely died. The alternator was completely shot. The mechanic refused to fix it because the car is such trash. When I told the sales people, they promised that the warranty would cover the alternator; when I called the warranty company, the dude laughed- no way they cover alternators. Currently the car is a brick, and the sales folks are like ,”well sorry. No returns.” The emergency blinker would not turn off. It did not respond to the button. Well, when my son poked at it, the dashboard fell apart to reveal that the emergency button was not connected to anything. So, it was always blinking until it killed the battery. Sounds like a legit, not scams, company, right. Oh, there were bare wires just hanging out in the “trunk”. The cop looked at the car, and along with pointing out the bad tires, pointed to frame damage in two places on the car. So, not only is the car a lemon, it is unsafe to be on the roads, and they sold it to an old lady that they thought would just suck it up. This is the worst auto buying experience I have ever had. Avoid these grifters like the plague. They are nice, but sell lemons that they refuse to make right.

if I could give this pathetic excuse of a business zero stars I would do that. I drove two hours out of my way to this place in a strange part of New Jersey to buy my dream car, a 2010 Volkswagen beetle. Now I know these cars are known to have some problems. I am aware that they are known to not be the most reliable of cars but when I got there, Sean was reassuring. He assured us that this car was in good condition and he had fully serviced the car, he told us it had no problems. Well well well. it's almost like part of the interview process for the people that work here is a question asking "are you a pathological liar?" because as soon as we signed all of the papers stating we were buying the vehicle as is and we were on the way home, my favorite light turned on. the check engine light. Now this is where my high hopes began to fall. among getting home, we took it to the mechanic and they told us that this car was supposed to be a reliable car because it was a five cylinder, but now it's just problem after problem after problem and I should've known when the last owner only had this car for two months that I was in for a treat but everybody always tells you to try to stay optimistic don't they? The air conditioning was broken, seemingly a simple fix but later we come to find out that its what was keeping the check engine light on. $800 later the compressor wasn't the only problem the car had. when we bought the car, It was missing lug nuts and it needed a valve cover gasket. It was leaking oil and we needed to replace the fuel gasket. The hood latch was broken. the tires arent aligned. The car is missing an undercover and i cant even keep track of the other things we've had to do. but you know these are all things that might be nice to know when you're buying a car as is except at IautoMall, you are not buying the car as you think it is you're buying the car as they lie to you that it is, it's not the car you wanted. its the car you wanted it so desperately not to be. I am a 17 year-old girl. There is no reason why I should be $3000 in debt because of the nice adorable car that I wanted. It should be more reliable than it is. after leaving it at the mechanic for a week a day and a night. I was enjoying the freedom of having my car back for a couple of days. when I was driving home, The low fuel light came on and I was like huh that shouldn't happen I have 3/4 of a tank. I get to my appointment. No big deal. I get back in the car after my appointment and the engine wouldnt turnover. I wasn't going to say anything about this no good horrible scam of a place but this just did me in. I have been sat outside of my doctors office for nearly 2 hours now waiting for AAA to come because maybe it's just a simple jump that it needs but no. turns out gas isn't getting to my engine so now I am waiting for a AAA tow truck to come get me. Don't waste your time.

Scammed out of THOUSANDS!!!! Bought a vehicle from these scammers. Three weeks later required $7,000 worth of work to be road legal. One month after that it had to be hauled away via tow truck for an engine issue costing thousands more.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Seemed like a really great idea even though I was hesitant due to some of the reviews. Shawn made me feel at ease. I live over 2 hours from the dealership so when they approved me over the phone I was excited. I get there and after the deal is done he tells me I need to start my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk by pushing the start button with the key fob because the key fob needed a battery. I replace the battery the next day. 5 days later, I get off of work and my suv won’t start. I call and text Ashley Tuddles (the owner) and she says oh it sounds like a battery issue. (I just bought it for over $14k with $3500 down, why would it need a new battery? A co-worker tried to give me a jump but it won’t start. So after sitting in front of my work for 6.5 hours working for AAA, he tells me the battery is fried. I get a battery the next morning and Ashley reimbursed me but the suv still doesn’t start. Oh and the battery was expired 12/2020 (it’s 2025). Ashley sends transport to pick up my suv because she says “we heard about Philly mechanics.” So after 3 and a half weeks I finally get word from her after calling and texting almost everyday. She texts me and says “I hope you understand that we can’t pay for this because it’s not our fault.” She took my suv to a dealer mechanic who didn’t even take my warranty. They tried to blame my co-worker giving me a jump with the cables on wrong as the reason my suv wouldn’t start. So after driving my suv. For 5 days, after driving home on that bad battery with my child in the car after buying it, after paying my car note and insurance for 2 months, after countless Ubers, rentals and rides. I finally got my suv back today. Please please please just take heed to these reviews. We’re only trying to save you the headache and heartache. They sell as-is cars, they don’t even clean them up and it seems as though they don’t know or care what’s wrong with them. It’s crazy to know that car dealers are still selling crap cars in 2025. They lure you in with “we have our own warehouse and mechanic” but he clearly isn’t very good and they sell anything. Very sad situation. DONT DO IT! It’s waaaaaaay better places with better cars and better service. JUST DONT SO IT! Ashley I don’t need a reply this was a complete headache. Last time I buy a used car even if the miles are super low. Oh and today (5/14) the day after I get my suv back from their mechanic, I take it to get a PA inspection and they tell me the engine is loose and there’s a crack in the exhaust. iAutomall is a joke. All Ashley does is come back here and respond to bad reviews with the same this I said. Take the time you’re spending on replying paragraphs to people you’ve sold vehicles to with less than favorable outcomes and fix the vehicle’s before you sell them. A battery was a simple replacement BEFORE you sell a vehicle. The batter was swollen. The expiration date was 12/20! Are you saying that the battery has 5 years left after it expires? lol. What’s a joke. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you screw hard working people daily.

Be careful if you’re thinking of buying a car here! Last month I purchased a 2017 Land Rover Discovery from this dealer and had to wait a full month just to get my title and registration. The very next day I took the car in for my NJ inspection. As soon as the inspection was over and I started the engine, the check-engine light came on—it turned out the oxygen sensor needed replacing. When I reached out to the dealer, they flat-out told me they don’t service European vehicles and refused to provide any kind of warranty or repair. Buyer beware: make sure you thoroughly inspect the car’s condition before you buy, because this dealer offers ZERO post-sale service!

Went in to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord, wanted to finance a newer car the day before with a different dealer but their finance rate was ridiculous for the car. Came in to test drive the car, and came out with it less than two hours, smooth and fast process and car is so far doing well. Thank you Sean!

I had the pleasure of meeting the Proprietors of IAUTOMALL prior to my purchase. After my consult, I was very impressed and interested in learning more, and doing business with IAutomall. I decided on a 2009 Toyota Camry. I had owned a Toyota before so I was aware of the qualities of the car, how it runs and I knew I could trust my investment. After having and driving the car, I noticed the front lights were dim. I told Ms Tuddles, 2 weeks later, I had brand new headlights bought and installed by IAutomall. Their staff called me and asked if I was enjoying my purchase. I’m big on customer service. I also believe in the golden rule and IAutomall goes far beyond the call of duty. They made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. KUDOS TO IAUTOMALL!!!

I have been waiting a long time to write this review. PLEASE READ THIS and decide for yourself if you want to purchase a vehicle from these people. I am only offering an honest review of my experience with IAutomall, nothing more. I'm sure not every vehicle they sell is compromised, but I just happened to be duped into wasting my time, money, and energy on a vehicle that should have never been allowed on the open market. Here is my experience: I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra from IAutomall NJ, trusting their verbal "gurantees" about the vehicle’s good condition. What I received, however, was a truck with significant undisclosed safety issues, including a missing left rear shock, a broken left rear shackle, and severely rusted body mounts. These problems compromised its suspension and already rusted frame, endangering myself and other drivers if the frame should snap. Mind you I was never told about these issues, I had to find out for myself after I purchased it. This was my first time buying from a dealer, and I was misled from the beginning. I wanted to put a downpayment on the vehicle for IAutoMall to hold the vehicle for me while I look at other options (Its a Toyota, they sell FAST) I spoke with A salesperson named Ashly and I guess the guy who owned the truck, Brian. She told him what I wanted to do and he agreed to it, straight to my face. We go upstairs to their half-bath office and Ashly told me that signing the purchase agreement was required for loan pre-approval, which was not true—it was binding. (I found this out a few days later after I went back to get my deposit back because I didn't want to buy their truck. They had fixed 2/3 of the issues I noticed and brought to their attention, but refused to give my deposit back because they already spent money (Issues that should have already been fixed) I offered to pay for the repairs and get my deposit back. They refused. This was the first of many red flags. I also believe I paid for a fraudulent charge on their contract (see picture showing the receipt of the vehicles registration and Title totaling $160.00 which coincides with the $181.00 Registration Fee on the contract. What I don’t understand is why I paid $499.00 for a document fee? Am I supposed to believe this was for the dealership to print out the contracts and other documents I was supposed to sign? In addition, when I had told this information to Lawyers who specialize in these kinds of cases, they all pointed out that this $499.00 Document Fee was something they could target against the dealership. I honestly don’t know why as the Lawyers I talked to never specified, but I think it is worth mentioning and calls for further questioning) After I was forced to purchase the vehicle and discovered the truck’s hazardous condition, I sent a formal demand letter on June 15, 2024, requesting they address the issues. Their response? Blaming my mechanic for not identifying problems during inspection, despite their own mechanic being fully aware of the truck’s condition. The dealership relied on my trust in their verbal guarantees, which turned out to be deceptive. Inspections by Pepboys and Galaxy Toyota confirmed the truck’s unsafe condition and missing parts and estimated over $5,000 in repairs just to make it roadworthy. Photographic evidence revealed black spray paint covering severe rust, a clear attempt to hide defects. (see pictures) If you value your time, money, and safety, think carefully before purchasing from IAutomall. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT INSPECTED OR BRING A GOOD MECHANIC, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING. My experience has been one of the most frustrating, meaningless, waste of my life I have ever experienced. Do yourself and favor and stay far away from a "business" that has an office the size of a half-bath and about 100 other sleazy "car dealerships" in the same building. Nothing but Red Flags, I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Just bought a 2006 Kia Sorento from Sean at iAutomall. I read the reviews and some were not the best. So I was a little hesitant. But when I spoke with the owner I felt she was very trustworthy and straightforward. I am so sorry I forgot her name. But her and Sean and everyone else at iAutomall were outstanding. I have to admit that I was also somewhat afraid to drive the Kia home. I am proud to say that thing road like a champ. And Sean stood by the vehicle. I admire his integrity. The SUV is a beast and I am looking forward to taking it hunting, fishing, camping, and offroading. I have a great SUV because of the great folks at iAutomall. BTW Sean I told you I was going to give you guys a great review. You earned it!

I bought a car from them yesterday. 10/11/2024 This review's rating can change based on future car inspections and how the car drives in the near-term. PRO: 1. The dealers, Sean and Marvin, were helpful with test driving vehicles and answering questions; they were attentive to help you out. However, attentive doesn't necessarily mean knowledgeable. (See CON) 2. They didn't hide anything from me; my recommendation is to go in with some research on your car so you can take a look at whatever you want with the car. CON: When I was there, there was no mechanic on-site (they told me there are two mechanics working there but they weren't around). However, the dealers charged a fee stating the vehicle was inspected for major damages. It would have been helpful if they have a record of that inspection and advise you of what maintenance they recommend you get if you purchase the car (like changing air filters; fluids, serpentine belt, etc.). I would have been more happy with paying them this "inspection fee" if they gave me some of this advice. When I asked them what they thought about the car, it was generic answers like "everything looks and feels fine". I ended up taking this car to get pre-inspected and there were worn spark plugs, dirty air filters, and weak transmission catching which I felt while driving the car (I'm hoping the weak catching is just low transmission fluid....but I'm getting the fluid replaced as I type this so I don't know yet). I'll change this review to 5 stars on the basis that the transmission is working fine; because if it's fine, then they honored the "car inspection" they claimed they did. I understand it's not their problem to replace old car components as long as the car can pass the minimum inspection. However, they are asking a lot more effort to the customer to do their own research when someone like myself is not dealing with cars every day. The price I got the car for is definitely in the dealer's favor, but they did not try to rob me with an outrageous price; I think they are fair.

Brought a car from these people and the experience was utterly a disaster. Let's talk about when I first time brought the car. The moment I pulled it off the lot and I took it to the gas station. The check engine comes off. These wonderful so called people was called and told that the car had a check in light. I didn't realize then but it was gonna be a nightmare after that. I was told by the owner that he would not put any more money into the car. That was confusing to me because, at the time of buying the car I wasn't mentioned anything that was done to the car. I tried to cancel it with the loan company that they and couldn't.That when I I knew something was wrong with the car and my deal. Overall I would never recommend my family or anyone not even my enemies to this place. I should have wrote this two years ago.

Mannnnn, I highly recommend them! I bought a 2015 BMW coupe 2 and a half months ago and I was completely 1,000% satisfied!!! Got the car at a great price and it was and still is in mint condition. Customer service was AMAZING and they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear in order to rip me off. I would definitely get another vehicle from them. 💯 💯 💯

Were so nice and lovely and seemed transparent about everything in person. Purchased the vehicle, thought i was in good hands. That was my mistake as a first time buyer. Took the car to the mechanic for its inspection and it needs over $2,000 in repairs (new tires, brake rotors, transmission and power steering fluid) after this dealership told me the car received a tune up. I guess we have different definitions of what tune up means. If you are going to buy a car from here, take it to a trusted mechanic first. Also, iautomall, I will happily adjust my review if you take any steps to rectify the situation. If not, no need for a snarky response, i already know i messed up by trusting you guys. EDIT: took the car into Mavis for another opinion and they pointed out the sway bar links are also shot. My tires literally could have fallen off at any given point. The car shouldve never left the dealership like this. You guys charge a $500 fee and did absolutely no work to the car. Attached are photos of the sway bar links, completely shot. Also pictured is the old power steering fluid which has turned bright red and old brake fluid which is supposed to be clear. They dont do any work to these cars at all. Beware And to whoever wrote the response, if you had reading comprehension you’d understand the car requires about $2k in MAINTENANCE, not just tires, so i figured I’d reiterate. I didnt realize being “emotional” over the phone was going to be used against me. Its only 8 grand I just dropped for a car. Again if you wanna rectify the situation i’ll happily adjust my review and the internet can read a beautiful tale of redemption. Otherwise, the story is a tragic one in which a shady dealership sends a young woman off in a car with wheels that were about to fall off, and then gaslights her for being upset about it. This place is a joke. Don't even waste your time. I went there to look at a car that was advertised at $6,500..... My credit isn't great but it's also not bottom of the barrel either. With $1,000 down they got me "approved" with $350 a month payments. I was like whoa wait a second then what's the total financed? They said just over $11k🤣🤣🤣🤣 they literally doubled the price of the car. These people are crooks 100%. They bait you with low advertised prices then throw thousands of dollars more than I've ever seen any dealer throw on top of a purchase price before.............. And your response to my review is nothing but lies. It's a common practice of bad businesses to leave a reply full of lies so that the original poster will delete their negative post. Unfortunately for you I really don't care what lies you make up about me. It's more important to me to have my honest review up here so people know what kind of people you are. Do not trust this place. Any good reviews were obviously written by people who work here. It's just another fly-by night used car dealership that wants to rip people off. They literally lied about everything they just said about me. It's all good though because I have dealt with many other dealers that had no problem giving me a fair deal. The only thing they didn't lie about was the fact that I got up and walked out of their office because they try to bait and switch on the price. These people 100% are a joke. That's why they're home office is no bigger than my bathroom at my house and you have to go through three different stairwells to find it. It's not a real business

I have to say, best used car place out there!! I just purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna LE from there yesterday and I’ve been scoping these vans out for a while and even looked at some other ones at other places that were fair deals, however every time it would be like trying to get the gold from the snake’s den in Indiana Jones and I would always walk out disgruntled by a nasty scumbag salesman. But absolutely not the case here! I had a very pleasant experience and Ashley and Bobby were awesome to work with! They said the car was in great shape but that I could take it to a mechanic to get inspected if I wanted. Sure enough I did so and they said it was perfect. I’ve been driving it around and it’s been a very solid car and I love it. I was going in skeptical at first from my previous bad experiences but I walked out having a wonderful first car buying experience, thanks to their very friendly and amazing staff. Every part of it was seamless and easy and we even had a couple laughs here and there. I would definitely buy a car from them again and I highly recommend this place!!!
