Roman and his brother are very helpful. So are the other guys just usually I deal with Roman. Knowledgeable about riding and what’s more comfort vs safety. My go to store for anything I need for safe fun and awesome riding.
Staff was very helpful i called in my order just before the store opened and thay had it all ready to go and then helped with anything else i needed i will rate 10 out of 10.
A little late on the review but I am new to this cycle community so I needed to get fitted for a helmet. I was helped by an employee named Roman who was UNBELIEVABLE, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and just about every helmet that I asked about. Not only that every time you go in there the employees there are extremely helpful and are always available when you have questions. Nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend - looking forward to spending all my money there in the coming years.
These guys are the best, know their shit, definitely not swindlers, make it a point of getting to know their customers, but don’t think you’re going to get outta there without wanting yet another bike—-talking shop and seeing their variety insights wishes for more bikes, and more stuff. This was my first time at a cycle Gear store, and I had many questions. I only spoke with store employee Jeremy, who was able to help me with everything I needed and answer all of my questions. The store itself was also organized and clean, and having never been ther before, I could easily make out where I needed to go for whatever kind of item. Overall, a great place to go if you're in need of basically any motorcycle PPE gear, tires, oil, cleaning products, etc.
We found a couple of helmets one for my wife one for my eldest son.
As always, there wasn’t much of a selection in large or three-quarter helmets, so I didn’t get anything for myself.
The staff were pleasant, and the price is fair. Certainly shot there again.
Awesome selection, staff have patience - extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate not only the friendliness but the level of expertise they have. I drove in from Manhattan due to their excellent rating and I have no regrets. Highly recommend
Went into Cycle Gear to return a helmet I bought at Revzilla and pick up a similar but different model that they had in stock. The two guys working in the store couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Got the new helmet set up and the exchange was smooth and effortless. Will definitely go back.
This was my first time in the store. I had ordered some pants online but was only going to the store to see what the actual size would look like. The gentleman there was so helpful and I wound up buying the pants from there and canceling my online order from another company.... I wish I could remember his name.
Been here a few times since getting my first bike in 2024 and every time the staff has been on point. I feel really bad cause this one young dude always helps me out and knows the most about bikes and maintenance that I’ve ever met and I can’t for the life of me remember his name to shout him out. Great people and prices though. I’ll always be going here
Today is Saturday and I went to my local cycle gear yesterday on Friday. Normally, I would not put any review, but I need some type of proof that this just happened for when I go back to the store. I went to the store yesterday while It was busy, I understand that there was a lot going on and the person I did have was very helpful. I had a great experience, but my only problem is that today was my first BRC1 class I realize that I’m missing one of the arm pads in my jacket. I saw him check it, and I even installed a level two pack in the back, but I guess he didn’t notice the arm.
Update: it’s Monday and they were able to rectify the
Issue immediately. They continued with the same professional service and were able to answer some motor cycle questions that I had. Honestly a great place.
Whenever I go there the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Just purchased a heated jacket liner. I was just looking but after talking to them I made the purchase. Used it yesterday and it is awesome.
Love this place! Anytime I need help the people there are always happy to assist! Got my phone mount for my bike and the guy there (I forget his name) helped me put it on! Got some riding shoes on another visit same great experience!

Roman went above and beyond helping me and my friends find everything we needed for an oil change. He even stayed about 10 minutes after closing just to make sure we were taken care of, which really shows his dedication to great customer service.
Mark was just as awesome—he helped install a Cardo system into my friend’s helmet and even cleaned our helmets for free. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated.
Overall, both Roman and Mark provided outstanding customer service. They made the whole visit smooth, friendly, and way above expectations. Huge thanks to them for taking such good care of us!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff, love shopping here, if they don't have what you need they will order to store or ship to your home, rpm rewards program is great save you money! Also store brands are great quality and great prices.
If I could give these guys 7 stars, I would. Good selection of motorcycle goodies - everything a beginner like myself - or a seasoned rider - might need.
Tge best part though is spectacular customer service. I was helped by Andriy - who was not only knowledgeable in every aspect of riding and every piece of gear, but also professional and welcoming.
A bunch of people walked in while I was browsing the merch, and they were greeted like best friends - I guess that's a biker thing. But srsly, it felt like Andriy, and other staff at the counter knew almost every other customer personally, and were best buddies. Will def come back.
Love this store, they have a large variety of motorcycle gear, I bought my first helmet and Marc helped me with sizing and making sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I suggest everyone to get on the RPM club, you get some great rewards and discounts 👍🏽

I have never driven a motorcycle before but am looking to own and drive one. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional when giving us pointers and step by step demos. I’m glad I chose this location and company to guide me through this journey.
