I came in for an oil change and light bulb replacement. The visit took about two hours, much of which was spent on a full inspection I didn’t ask for, followed by upsell attempts. The bigger issue was that after I paid and left, the light I came in to fix was still not working. When I returned, I was told it might be an electrical issue and that I’d have to pay more to have it checked. After some back and forth, they looked at it again and found the bulb simply hadn’t been screwed in all the way. Very frustrating experience. Basic work and quality checks should be done properly before returning a car to a customer.

If you have a car with a tricky battery placement like a Mini Cooper, come here. I originally called AAA, but they weren't able to handle the replacement. The staff at Pep Boys didn't hesitate—they were extremely helpful and got me back on the road in no time. While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, the speed and expertise made it worth every penny. Highly recommend

I came in with an issue that my dealership had left me with, and Antonio was very helpful in getting my car inspected. Cory, the manager, was also extremely helpful, he clearly explained the issue and worked with me to get my dealership to take responsibility for what they had done. Cory even showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and why it needed to be fixed. I really appreciated their excellent customer service, their patience in answering all my questions, and the fact that they resolved my issue. I will definitely be returning for my next service check-up.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys. I originally went in because of a leak in my front driver-side tire, but after a full inspection, they found that all of my tires needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how thorough they were — they took the time to explain everything clearly and physically showed me the condition of each tire so I could understand exactly what was going on. Cory was especially helpful. He walked me through his tire recommendations without any pressure, made sure I got a great price, and explained the service and warranty options in a way that was easy to understand. The whole process felt honest and professional. I know I can go to any Pep Boys, but because of the service I received here, this will definitely be my go-to location moving forward. Highly recommend!

Quoted 45 minutes for an oil change. “Cory,” who made sure everyone knew he was the boss, interrupted the employee helping me instead of managing the workflow. Returned an hour later my car hadn’t moved. Work only began after I arrived and took almost another hour. ***Leadership issue. Time wasted. Won’t be back.

I brought my elderly/handicapped neighbor’s car here to have a headlight bulb replaced. While the car was in the shop, they took the time to inspect it and noticed that 3 out of the 4 tires were old, balding, and dry-rotted. They showed me the tires, and it was immediately clear that what they pointed out was absolutely true. I called my neighbor to explain the situation, and she agreed to have the tires replaced. I am so grateful they caught this and brought it to my attention — those tires were unsafe, and she could have easily been in a serious accident or left stranded. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and care they showed. It wasn’t just about fixing what we came in for — it was about keeping someone safe. Highly recommend this shop for their integrity and attention to detail.

I'm from out of state, in the area visiting my best friend. I had a flat tire and was not looking forward to getting a new one here but I found Pep Boys and thank goodness! The two gentleman out front we're so patient personable and professional, I was put at ease knowing this would be a straightforward and hassle free experience😁 Thank you so much forgetting me back on the road!

There so so, had me waiting two hours just to tell me they can't fix it. At least they where nice to tell me to go to another place. So yeah. I'm resume go to another place. Sounds like a joke. They should assess before having people wait

Stopped by for quick oil change right before New Years Eve, personal did outstanding fast change with highest customer service, shot out to the squad and especially Paul.

Unbelievable....rude and unwelcoming receptionist. More focused on arguing and not answering questions. Disrespectful behavior toward customers and not afraid to belittle his coworker while he was at it. May be compensating for his own short comings. I walked away with a friendly smile. No thank you! Let me go elsewhere eventhough I did really need help!

Kenny and Evan went WAY above and beyond to get my car fixed when I needed it. They were incredibly kind and helpful when I was in a tough situation. Kenny even found a way to save me some money too. Great service, great people.

This guy named Hugo was driving a silver ranger over and hit my car at wingstop and told me it’s my problem and left he was wearing the pep boys shirt he had grey hair and brown eyes dude told me he didn’t care but it was 100% a customers car and it’s now missing a fog light so I don’t know how he’s going to explain that to the customer

Kenny and the staff were extremely helpful and informative. I’ve been to a few different locations this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. An upgrade in the lounge could be warranted however I highly recommend this location.

Do NOT come here thinking it will be fast or honest. I dropped my car off at my appointment time to replace 4 tires. I was told 1 hour, and said I would wait for it. They told me my car was next to go in. I saw several people come and leave before I was done. Car was not brought into the shop for an hour and a half, and another 2 and a half hours to just change 4 tires. You read that right, that’s 40 minutes PER TIRE. Insane! A mom and pop shop would have had me in and out in 30 minutes. I went around back to the shop several times to see what’s going on because the guys up front just kept saying they are working on it, and I see a bunch of mechanics just chatting and blasting music. Several people threw a fit because of the wait. A pregnant woman said she was there all day for a tire change, and another man said he was there for 5 hours. When the man complaining got frustrated, the front staff just argued and said not to get frustrated with them and speak to them like that. If they were honest with me, I could have left the car there and went about my day, and came back to pick it up, but instead I wasted 4 hours in a 5 chair grimy waiting room with a coffee machine that had no actual cups for the coffee.

He walked me through every single step of the process, explained everything clearly, and gave me complete peace of mind about what I was investing in. He recommended the best tire for my car and offered sound, knowledgeable advice that made me feel confident in my choices. The difference in how my car drives now is incredible — it moves so smoothly that I noticed the improvement immediately. Poor, not even to complain about the filth in this place. But never should take 1 1/2 hour to change 4 tires and balance them. Sad came here years ago when a friend worked here so I tried this place again today and I will never come back again. The employees are ok but could be a bit quicker doing their work. Talking on there phones and just slow going. I made my appointment for late afternoon so not busy at all I was the 3rd customer and it still took 1 1/2 hours to do. I will say the bathrooms were at least decent.

Staff was extremely friendly which is always a plus. They truly care about their customers and I’m thankful they noticed what I needed for my car! I can drive safer and more calm knowing my car was in good hands! The manager was great with information and breaking down the prices for me.

Paul helped me during my visit. The waiting time was quite long, but they replaced my old tires and also noticed that my brakes weren’t in good condition, so they replaced them too — along with the brake fluid.

This place is a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! 8am appointment to change ONE wheel. Sat there for over 2 HOURS!!! It’s a 10 minute job. 20 min MAX!!! Would not recommend! Would never go back!

Went to Pep Boys looking for tires. Corey wanted to help immediately. He found 4 Tires in my price range that even came with $100 rebate. He had the tires delivered within two hours and called me to have them installed. I would recommend this place highly. I even sent my son there to get tires installed. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

I got a full flat at 5:15 on a Saturday. I was an hour from home, so it's not like I could have made it back riding on the rim. They said they were busy, but after hearing my situation, they made sure they would fit me in. I spoke with Kenny and the manager, who were both extremely helpful and professional. They worked a half hour past closing to make sure I was taken care of. This is the place to go.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys thanks to Philip, who worked on my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why, which I really appreciated. The service was done efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. Philip clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer. If you’re going to Pep Boys, I highly recommend asking for him!

I had a great experience with Filip at Pep Boys! My car had a transmission problem and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. He was honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car issues. Highly recommend!

I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. I brought my car to Pep Boys for a simple oil change, and the mechanic called to upsell me a tune-up. Immediately after leaving, I noticed the service sticker had the wrong date and mileage. I had to go back inside to have it corrected. Then, after driving only about 10 miles, the check engine light came on, the car started shaking in drive mode, and the engine sounded off. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the shop that same night. This caused me to miss work the next morning — I rely on my car for my job, and this put my business at risk. I contacted Francis, the manager, by phone and email. His response was vague and unhelpful. I asked for a refund due to the collateral damage and the major inconvenience, but they just acted like nothing had happened. The mechanic, Fillip — who I now see has many bad reviews — was extremely rude. When he called to “explain” what happened, he acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing it and not charging me (when in reality they were just correcting their own mistake). I requested a written report of what had happened to my car, but it was never provided. To this day, I still have no idea what they did or what went wrong. This place is a NO GO, especially if you’re not a car expert. They will sneak things past you, upsell services, and when things go wrong, they won’t take accountability. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was good spot to get tires. Make a reservation on the website and show up. There waiting area is small but they have TV and excellent WiFi 🛜. Was able to use Internet while I waited. Staff is friendly.

This location looks completely abandoned and poorly maintained. It’s dirty from the moment you walk in, there’s no air conditioning, and the heat inside is unbearable. There’s no comfortable waiting area for customers, which makes the experience even worse. The bathrooms are in terrible condition — extremely dirty and absolutely unusable. Overall, I do not recommend this Pep Boys location and will not be returning, not even for a simple oil change.

Ordered the tires with installation everything went smooth to the time I picked up my car and realized two rims are scratched. Manger was trying to show me and tell me he has scratched rims also I don’t really care how you do it it’s not my business but my business is got my rims after service with same condition what I left. He also told me he can’t do anything about that. When I asked should I call customer service he just left 🤣 maybe they will do something with that funny guy
