Horrible experience! I will return to this dealership and will never recommend. They sell straight lemons BE AWARE! We went to initially look at the 2012 Acura MDX, it had transmissions issues, we then looked at a 2008 Lexus it was good during the test drive, we went to pick it up 2 days later and the vehicle did not turn on. They brought it to the shop where it was almost there for a week while we already had this vehicle insured. Wasting time and money. We were offered to look at a 2013 Hyundai and even that vehicle had issues where the windows wouldn't go up and down. THEY SELL LEMONS. horrible experience. They will give you a PARTIAL refund and claim the documentation/DMV fees as their "cancellation fee" a pure joke!!!!!

Not worth your time. Met with 2 sales people. Came in and test drove a Subaru that had a hole in the muffler and obvious issues with the front axel. Was told there was an applied $995 fee that was intended as a fee to recoup fixing and prepping the car for sale but the second sales person we met with mentioned they hadn't had time to fully inspect this particular vehicle so they would likely either fix the issues before sale or reduce the fee to compensate. It took asking 5 (!) people to get the muffler looked at, and they neglected to check the axels until we met with the finance manager who then wanted to charge us for parts on addition to the excessive fees. Pushed us hard to finance even though we were pre approved for financing through a credit union. Once I left they called and texted multiple times. Sorry, if you wanted my business you should've treated me better. This isn't my first time buying a used car, I know the game and will walk out when the business smells fishy.

Great guys. Daniel was my salesperson. Really professional and a man of his word. Super easy to deal with thru text messages. Was a breeze and gave me a great deal. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and really took their time to help me find the vehicle suited for my father’s business. Fixed up some imperfections and had the car ready to go within days. Explained the process thoroughly and was very patient while my father got his documentation and insurance in order. Shout out to the staff there. Anyone going there should ask for Ahmed, Muhammad or Malik.

HONEST NON PAID REVIEW I am a high school student, I bought a 2015 Civic from them, ok condition, first car. They said they don’t erase codes, but after about 70 miles of driving, 7 warnings came up at once including airbags and ABS. I saw the Carfax which had records of a crash with airbags deployed, so I knew I was taking a risk when I bought it. Cost me $300 to replace the broken connector that caused the codes. All dealers have scammy “dealer fees” because their job is to make money, and this is no different. However, they eventually came down to a more reasonable price after we threatened to walk out. They did let me drive the car around for an hour to complete the drive cycle to naturally clear some emissions codes. This dealer is a little sketch, but salesman Johnatan was good at his job.

I purchased my car July 31, 2025 from Daniel Montesino. When I purchased the car, it was all fun and games. He called me brother i thought he was really was nice.I took the car home. I realized the touchscreen wasn’t working and a couple issues were wrong with the car. I went back to the dealership and notified him. And I told him I have a young child and he stated to me that all our cars are as is and he did not care. I just realized, The heat is not working in my car. I notified them and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me now I have to go to Acura. Do not go to this dealership go to a real dealership and get a real warranty. These guys are crooks. Look at some of the reviews. All the good reviews are placed strategically in the front by them but if you look, you will see, I am not the only one that got bamboozled by them. My six-year-old asked me daddy why is it so cold in the car? I told her I don’t know, baby. I am honest man I expected the car dealer to be honest with me. I would’ve respected you if you would’ve at least tried to fix the problems that were wrong. I am also a college student and a healthcare worker and a dad so a lot of my Christmas money will be going to get my car fixed. Thank you Again, Daniel.

My experience with great auto LLC was truly amazing. Daniel, the salesman is the best. He went over and beyond to help me. Due to my extremely busy schedule, he accommodated me by staying late, and still did not pressure me. I knew the value of the car so I left a deposit so the car won’t get sold. I was allowed to take the car for pre-purchase inspection on another day. He stayed late when I came to pick up the car on the third day. He has a lot of patience. I ended up getting a 2017 Acura RDX and happy I did especially through Daniel of great auto LLC.

Edit: Absolutely the best used car dealership I’ve been to. The team here (Ahmed, Ken, Mohammad, and Steven) all went way out of their way to make sure I got a vehicle I’d be happy with for years. Made the trip from Indiana (over 12 hour drive) and would be happy to do it again for these guys. Made it home now with the car and had 0 problems.
