I was in a bit of a jam this morning and needed a part right away. My first try was O’Reillys and dairy and they only had the part they had the best price around as well! The staff was more than helpful and recommending anything else that I may need. Very happy to say my DIY should be done by this afternoon and I’m back on the road. Thank you very much.
This is a decent local auto store. I carry a lot of parts that you might need. I also have one of the best selections of pipe adapters for your exhaust. Pricing here is pretty good and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Connected with a VIP auto center, you can get a lot done here.
Amazingly easy scheduling my oil change and state inspection online the day before! Vehicle was finished early and my inspection was free since I’m a veteran! Had no idea they did this for veterans/ military when I made the appointment! Thank you for generosity! Will def be back for all my vehicle maintenance needs!
Truly impressed by the customer service I received here in Derry! Chris and Greg were incredibly welcoming, personable, and friendly as were all other staff members.

My boy brought his truck in for an inspection they failed him for wipers (his wipers were fine and replaced 6 month prior) they charged him over $60 for new wipers that do not work at all. It’s not even a heavy rain. We will never use them for inspection again.
They hire people with little to no experience. It's difficult to explain to someone what you're looking for when even the MOD isn't interested in learning/helping out and walks away to the back room. For special order parts, the customer now has to pay shipping? Whatever happened to "convenience" and "customer service"? If I'm going to YOU for the part, and YOU don't have it in stock, YOU should provide the service of getting it for me even if it means a mark up on the part itself. Don't mark it up because it's a special order THEN charge me for shipping. It's a very common Vehicle with a very common part that goes bad. It SHOULD be in stock or available at another location.
Took my car in for a wheel alignment/tire rotation/repair nail in tire. They got wheel alignment part right but never fixed the nail in my tire but still got charged for it. Oh and I had some loose Lugnuts as well. Won’t be going back, recently heard they could be closing 🤷🏻♂️
Last time, lost My Buisness, I know its probably no biggie considering the thousands of customers you take advantage of with lousy Buisness practices and horrible parts...
Ordered and got the wrong part. Ordered side step for my Silverado and it was for a crew cab not extended. Just have to bring them back and reorder. Fist time it's happened. Still love O'Reilly auto parts!!
They are pretty quick with getting parts.
I wish they would write down the numbers, they try to remember them and ALWAYS end up coming back.tonthe computer to get it right. Parts are good quality for the house brand , precision.

They had what I needed and it was easy to talk to someone. I was in and out fast. If this was closer than autozone I would go here. But I will always go here second if autozone is out of my part. Great staff
They started to up there prices 2 my commercial account and then didn't want to warranty there products when it caused one of my customers an engine so I stepped up to the plate and replaced it to my customer free of charge because of the part that was bad.Robert Rogers
Went in for a cabin filter on my 2008 Ford Explorer and was helped by Scott. Nice kid and very helpful. Also in the process I found out that my year Explorer does not have one. So Scott returned the filter I had purchased. Always helpful employees there and I will keep going there for auto parts.
Thank you to the staff who helped me out in a bind at the last minute before they closed abd when their competitor refused to! You are my new local go-to shop for auto parts and service...sorry AutoZone - you just lost a long time customer and her family!
On my way home from work on 1/24/29, my check engine light came on and my car felt like it would die at any moment. I called this store on the way home and asked if they do a check engine light check for my car. They said yes. I went to this store and spoke to a worker. They then told me that they cannot help me because it is drizzling outside. I have had these check engine light checks before, so I know that the equipment would be inside the car and that it would not get wet. The worker was rude and said he could not help me. Since my car seemed to be in trouble, I called the O'Reilly in Londonderry and they told me to drive over there right away. The workers at the Londonderry location were friendly, they took their equipment out into the rain, they even stood outside of my car getting wet. They even drove with me in my car to confirm my issue. They sold me the part that I needed and I fixed my car's issue. I now feel safe driving my car again. I will not be going to this O'Reilly location anymore because of the way they treated me.
