Well kept place, the people who work there are always willing to help.

The people that work here are always willing to help and very well organized.

Very organized since they built the new building. I noticed that the people who work there are very helpful to people who need a hand with there trash.

It's a good transfer station that really cares and wants to try to recycle. They make every effort to make sure they can get things sorted properly and watch people to make sure they do as well. Nice people as well. Always friendly and helpful.

I went to the dump for the first time. My husband usually goes but he is presently injured. One of the employees walked right over to my car and dumped my household trash for me. I had not been looking forward to doing that because the bag was very heavy. Thanks for the help. You are very kind.

I lived in Derry for 27 years, from birth to when I moved out of state. I thought this was how transfer stations just worked. I thought it was average. Now that I live elsewhere, I can see how amazing the Derry Station is. Its a very simple premise to have free (to residents) trash disposal, but without it you get trash EVERYWHERE else. Every time I go home to visit my mom I'm reminded how clean NH is. Illegal dumping is rampant where I am now, and it costs the taxpayers more than a transfer station does.

It's a dump for trash, how good can it be?

I find it is a well kept place even with all the business it gets. And Yorki, my canine loves the guy with bones he gives out to the customers' dogs.

Place and people are awesome

As pleasant an experience as going to the dump can be. In and out with no problems or delays.

Derry transfer station takes all kinds of trash and recycling for Derry residents. There are charges for construction debris, furniture, AC, CRT, and empty propane canisters. Most other items including household trash, yard waste, and fluorescent bulbs they take for free

Just about what you would expect from a transfer station. The people are very and nice some are very helpful. There's lots of good stuff that could be recycled or upcycled, however they do not allow you to take anything, which is a shame. Also I'm writing this during a pandemic, and I'd feel more comfortable if the workers that I had to come near to were wearing either shields or masks.

They took my recycling bins, and can't tell me how to get new ones. Their answer is we dont give recycling bins! Poor customer service for a mandatory recycling town. But hey they recycled them. Thanks for the 50/50.

Ez system of disposing of bottles, cans plastics etc.,and regular trash. Also simple system of throwing away batteries, metal, wood, microwaves etc.attendants Re Round to assist.

Best place to dispose of all your goods. Great staff.
