I recently bought a Mercedes sprinter van from Pine Hill auto & I want to share my great experience. From our 1st initial phone call to the final purchase of the truck it was just great & everything went smoothly & as planned. Woody was very professional & friendly to work with and handled the whole buying process with care and integrity! I really have to say it was my best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had & I really mean that! Also the truck is just top notch - everything about it! Pine Hill auto is definitely highly recommended.

Incredible spot if you are tired of new car prices and would consider buying a rebuilt vehicle that looks new. Woody and Matt are super knowledgeable and will literally do whatever is required to make your purchase a great experience. I have bought 4 Subarus from them over the last 24 months and the cars were in like new condition. They will provide all photos of the damage when it arrived, work that was accomplished prior to NH State re- certification as rebuilt but most importantly DO NOT procure vehicles with frame damages. They also have optional warranty programs that service these new rebuilt titles with different levels of protection and good pricing for worry free years of driving. Take a visit if you see something on their website inventory that suits your needs...you will be glad you did.

Another happy customer! I met with Woody a week ago about a rebuilt Subaru Crosstrek Limited. This is a family owned business with no pressure tactics. He simply explained the history of the car, showing all the before pictures and explained what was done to rebuild the vehicle. When I looked at the car and drove it, I wanted to find issues with the car but could not find anything (tires new, underside looked great, interior was pristine, all the amenities worked as they were suppose to, etc.). The car was priced around $4k lower to the same models with similar or more miles that were not rebuilt and I felt that was fair. As they were filling it up with gas, they felt like the battery wasn’t strong enough because the car has engine off feature while stopping, so they bought a $300 battery and installed it before I left with the vehicle. So far, a week of driving and completely satisfied with how it drives and performs. I’ll be in the market for another vehicle in a year or so and this now is my preferred place to go. I cannot say enough, good things about this car dealership. It’s a family owned and operated organization, that truly puts the customer first. They were patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I fully understood everything about the car I was looking to buy. It was in immaculate condition. I took the car out on an extensive test drive and went through every single inch of it, and I was truly impressed. It was as if the car was brand new. They spent a lot of time with me showing the before, and after photos, the receipts for the replacement parts and explained to me in detail the car’s maintenance history and provided me with the Carfax free of charge. I wish that I could give them 10 stars! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and will consider them first when I’m in need of another car!

We just Bought a 2018 Durango from Woody, He was great to deal with, let us take a test drive by ourselves, answered all questions we had, recommended banks to use for financing. We had something we thought was a problem, light hissing noise coming from the pedal area, he told us to bring it back and he would take a look, not only did he look into it and find out its normal for that vehicle. he paid for the fuel for my wife to travel to his shop. completely not necessary but was very nice of him and appreciated. i would recommend him to anyone looking.

The very best! Two brothers and a dad run this dealership and I've had nothing but an amazing experience between test driving my car and with the whole buying process. I was able to get a 2021 Honda Accord from them and they have gone above and beyond throughout the process; they put my car on hold from other offers while I was dealing with financing and were patient and knowledgeable throughout! I have already recommended them to friends and family as it was the best process in buying a car. My fiancé's experience through a dealer here in MA made me weary but they were seriously the best. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Casual, not pushy and so informative. These guys rebuild salvaged vehicles and turn them into rebuilds. I was shown before pictures of the damage that was repaired on the car and was told what they did to repair it. They do all of the mechanical work and send it for the bodywork. Long story short… I got a great car for a fraction of the price and walked away happy. They were honest, forthcoming and open about the process they went through to get my beautiful new car back to its shiny self, and the fact that they actually do most of the work makes it a labor of love on their part. I will recommend them to everyone!

The amount of work they put into their cars alone is impressive, but so is the outstanding customer relationships they build. Saw one of my favorite cars on their site, a Subaru WRX, and was immediately in love. Reached out and got a response almost instantly from Matt. Told him I was coming down to just look at the car when they were closed and was surprised when he came out and greeted me and my father. Went out of his way to even test drive the car for me as I haven't (until I bought it) driven a standard. Perfect communication leading up to the sale, and probably more patience for my bank than I had LOL. Really happy with how things went and big thanks to both Matt and Woody. Surprisingly, I only stalled once or twice on a hill that had a stop sign, didn't smell any clutch or anything so must've done a good enough job for my first time. I have never posted a review before but I had to after this experience. They have amazing, beautifully restored and well-kept cars at unbeatable prices. They were incredibly nice and informative and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase whatsoever. They were quick to respond whenever I had a question and even when I suspected something was wrong with my car after the purchase, they took a look at it in literally a moment’s notice. (There ended up being nothing wrong with it btw). They were kind, honest, and always had a smile on their face. I have now had my car for a month and I love it. It runs like a beauty, looks sexy as can be and my car payment is ridiculously cheap. I highly recommend.

I went here to help my sister look at two cars. Matt helped us out and the whole process of looking and test driving the cars was really relaxed and nice. This place doesn't have that stuffy dealership feel to it. They're not trying to cram their high interest rate financing down your throat and they're just overall super friendly and helpful. I feel like I was talking to a real person who cared about helping us and was very transparent about all the pros and cons of each vehicle we were interested in. Even sat us down to go over previous damage to vehicle and point out everything that was fixed on it. In the end, we didn't end up buying a vehicle there as they just didn't have the right fit for my sister and what she was looking for in a car, but the experience was so positive, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the business and would go there myself when it's time to look for a car.

Hands down, the best car buying experience. It was truly a high quality experience from start to finish. We had some questions about work that had been done to the car and not only did he answer all our questions but he went above and beyond and also pulled up all the records and pictures of everything that was done. Coming from someone that worked at a dealership, I know they normally try to hide this information. So this was a clear indication to me of the level of honesty they run the business with. This family owned small business is honest and doesn't push you to buy. They give you the time and space you need to make this big decision, and for that we thank you!

LADIES BEWARE: After reading the positive Google reviews, I decided to purchase a vehicle from Pine Hill Auto. As a woman, I am always hesitant when it comes to vehicle purchases and service because unfortunately, we are frequently taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge. After several email and phone conversations with Richard and Matt, negotiating pricing, reviewing videos of the vehicle and pictures, I felt comfortable traveling several hundred miles to purchase the the 98 Honda Prelude for my daughter. When we arrived to test the vehicle, we discovered that the passenger side mirror was secured with a zip tie. When we asked for confirmation - we were told that they opted not to repair it, however that was not originally disclosed to us. It wasn't a huge issue because it was secure enough to drive the several hundred miles back home. The car also would only start if the left turn signal was engaged - we were told that was a security feature. We took it to our local mechanic, a certified Honda specialist and Prelude enthusiast, and he told us: 1. We paid way too much for the vehicle (the purchase price was double the value of the vehicle, although we were given a discount for state vehicle taxes - which I did appreciate). I questioned this price prior to purchase, compared to another Prelude on Carfax and KBB valuations, and was told that it was because it was a manual transmission and type-SH. 2. The left turn signal requirement to start the vehicle is not a security feature - it is indicative of an igntion problem. 3. In addition to replacing the ignition, the timing belt and thermostat must be replaced. I expected to have to replace components of the vehicle due to the age and mileage, my major problem with this transaction is the seeming lack of transparency and integrity. I get that as a business owner you must cover costs and generate a profit - just disappointed when it is done so at the extreme disadvantage of others. Initially I was prepared to travel to purchase another vehicle from Pine Hill Auto in the future, because I thought they were honest and fair, however I will not be doing so after this experience. That's just my perspective. Obviously others had a better experience than I did.

I just bought a used car from Pine Hill Auto today, and it was such a fabulous experience. Ricky and the other guys were extremely friendly and courteous. I always bring a used car to my trusted mechanic before I buy it, and Ricky was totally fine with that and didn't rush me at all. My mechanic was impressed with the car, saying that Pine Hill had clearly gone over the car well, changing all the filters etc. When I went back to Pine Hill with the couple of minor notes that my mechanic had brought up, Ricky fixed them for me and I brought the car home this afternoon. I can't rate these guys highly enough, it was honestly just a really great experience and easily the least stress I've had buying a car.

I bought a vehicle from Pine Hill Auto in May of 2020. When I arrived, I instantly felt at home. Super comfortable, no pressure and no persuasion. I came looking for a specific vehicle and that's what I bought. I brought the vehicle back for an issue I discovered after the purchase. Woody, Ricky and Matt were all so helpful and kind. They fixed the vehicle at no charge without a question. These men are honest, polite, gentlemen and it was a true pleasure doing business with them. Their work speaks for itself for sure. I highly recommend them and will be back for my next upgrade!

Ricky and Woody are the best of the best! These guys are honest and trustworthy human beings! We found Pine Hill Auto by mistake on google maps then we started to read the outstanding reviews from other customers so we had to see for ourselves if it was all true. The purchase was for my son’s 1st car so we had a budget in mind on what to spend. We found a car within his budget and took it for a test drive. Overall the car sounded and felt good but we had some questions (there were many to follow too) for Ricky. He answered all of them truthfully and explained in detail what was going on with the car. They even put the car on the lift for us so we could see under the car. We NEVER felt any pressure to purchase the car and always had a good feeling about doing business with Ricky and Woody. We purchased the car which was the best decision and best value for my son. We did have some issues that needed to be resolved but Ricky covered ALL of them under his 2 week warranty promise. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues. Ricky and Woody have my family’s business for life.

I traveled from out of state to Derry, NH area looking for a BMW and found one on Pine Hill Auto’s website. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by the owners son. I took my time looking around the lot at multiple different cars they had available. I will say every car I looked at (BMW or not) was very clean inside and out. They definitely take their time detailing and making the vehicles presentable. What was more impressive to me was how friendly, honest and upfront Ricky and Woody were. They were very straight forward about any car I had questions about giving thorough explanations and history about the cars. These guys are legit. They are not your typical car salesmen, they by no means pressure you into anything. I left Friday afternoon without a car and went back Saturday to test drive the car I ended up buying again, I wanted to take it on the highway and actually got stuck in traffic and was gone for about 40 minutes, they didn’t say anything negative. Before purchasing I asked them if they could even put it on the lift so I could take a look under neath. They had no problem. The price was fair and I like how they also service cars. For anyone seriously looking for a great used car dealership look no further, this is the place, there reviews speak for themselves.

Awesome place, I purchased a 2010 VW CC from Pine Hill Auto on April of 2016. Great experience shopping with these guys. Accommodated to my needs and the car is running great. Shortly after I bought the car a light symbol came on. Woody took it back in and identified the problem which was a rear reverse light outage. The wiring harness was getting pinched somewhere while opening and closing the trunk. Woody fixed that at no cost. 6 months later I was experiencing shaking in my car, as well as flat tires. I took it back in and Ricky explained that it was an alignment issue, they explained that my two rear tires were being ruined by this issue. After looking back on the paper work, he identified that the alignment was never done in January 2016 when they put the new tires on, from April when I purchased the car. Ricky then put 2 new tires on, aligned them all promptly. I've had 2 issues with the vehicle and Pine Hill has stuck to their word since the first day I went there. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and the service I have received.
