What clients say about Weber Auto & Truck Parts,Inc. in Derry Township (NH)
The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. They deal alot with early 2000s trucks and cars. Picked up a decent truck bed from them for short money
Had the vehicle that I needed parts off of right in the yard. Great prices, and great to work with the female owners.
these people are so nice and hospitable. I just called for some parts and they're like no other company I've dealt with a lot of yards. These guys are great.!
Called them up because I needed a new tire. Their price was competitive on the actual tire and to put it on was very reasonable. They were able to take me the same day and both ladies I spoke with over the phone had A+ customer service! It was my first time using them, but I will be back and I will be sending business their way.. thank you!
Great place to bring scrap, keep in mind they service large vehicles occasionally you will have to wait
Worst junk yard there is. My husband was an avid customer here until now. The guy was so rude. Gave him such an attitude told my husband he has 10 mins to get the part he wants or he was going to crush my husband's car. That's a threat and if I was there I would've called the cops. He must be racist!
I was happy to have found the part I needed in the right color and condition 0, in the photos it looked to be in great shape so I asked that they remove the part and I would be right out. When I arrived the trunk lid was right out front, but it was blemished and in need of prep and paint. A ,rating of 0.5 maybe, but I made an unnecessary trip. I did not stop to take pictures, as a review was not in the plan. Please be accurate, as it hard enough to run down parts as it is.
Ive been going to Scrap yards all over Ma. and NH. For tank disposal. Webers is the BEST! Its a family business.Always give you a fair to good price. They care for theyre customers. They Treat Everyone with respect. I will drive an hour out of my way to bring all my tanks there.
Not a good experience here. I called last night they said they had 2 of the batteries I was looking for. I wasn't going to make it down there so I said I'll be there in the morning. Called before heading down there 45 minutes away just to make sure. They confirmed yes we have it come down. Drove down there and this lady says no we don't have any. I spoke to 2 people who said yes we have one 50 minutes before. I get there for a no. I go looking in the yard and there's some not the one I need but might be able to work it not sure if they work and they don't either. This whole experience is awful what happened ro customer service nowadays. I waited time and gas thanks guys I appreciate it
I used to rave about this place because of the tire selection, and what I thought was good fair prices. That's all changed now. The only reason I brought some scrap aluminum there is because they advertise paying top prices. When I got there however, the guy "running" the yard, offered me less than half going price. When I told him I'd settle for slightly less, and I planned on buying tires there with the money, he wouldn't budge. When I say "running" the yard, he was actually in a Bobcat running and open air furnace which appeared to be burning toxic metal debris or something. Anyways, I decided since I drove 45 minutes to get there I'd still try to find tires. Which I did, but when I brought them up to the office, this women, who i can only assume is somebody there's daughter or wife because she seamed to be one of the main people in charge, told me a rather high price for 2 tires, and tried to tell me that they were brand new. I responded by saying these are actually more like 50% tread, and she was just like "well if you don't want them I'll use them on my truck". Totally buzzard experience. Lost a loyal customer. Typical New Hampshire hillbilly B.S
This place is awesome, theyve always took good care of me. Been going here for a while now. Prices are very reasonable to.
Very rude and unprofessional! I went to pick up a part I had ordered, the first problem was that I stood in the waiting room for a while which isn't bad if its busy but I was the only one there. I was in the direct sight of someone who was just sitting there reading a newspaper, never once did he even look at me. I only was helped when a mechanic happened to walk in the office. Finally the female employee came out and when I handed her the money I noticed the part wasn't what I needed. When I said something she sighed and threw the money down at me, turned around and walked away telling at the workers about how this is why she said not to order things for people Obviously I do not recommend using his company.
This is a wonderful operation! We called for the parts in advance, which were waiting for us when we got there. The office girls were very helpful! They helped make sure we got the right parts and had everything pulled and ready to go once we got there. Great experience! We will use them again for sure!
As shady and rude as it gets. Long story but bear with me. I bought an engine here and was told there was a $50 core charge that I can get back if I bring the old one back. I got my engine swap done and tell my mechanic about the core charge. He advises me before I go to the trouble of taking it back there to call ahead and see what they need back since the engine is pretty stripped at this point. So I do and they tell me the block is all I need. I went ahead and picked up the block to take back, but it was a Sunday and they're closed. A few days go by and I call again to confirm that all I need is the block and they say yes. When I get there she pulls up my receipt on the computer and says, "I don't think we charged you a core charge. It doesn't have anything on the receipt." I replied that I wouldn't have gone to all the trouble of picking this up from my mechanic and bringing it back if there wasn't one. Her response was that she's "Really good at paperwork" and that it would be on the receipt. After some back and forth she finally goes to her filing cabinet and finds the original paperwork and says "Oh, looks like I wrote it in." ... Then she asks me how much of the engine is left and I tell her just the block and that I called ahead of time to make sure that's ok. She's not too happy at this point but the girl I spoke with on the phone is there and confirms that is what she said. We still go out to my car so she can see it and she starts going on about how she needs more than what I have to which I reply that she heard the other girl confirm that's what she had told me. She says she's not going to argue with me and says to pull around. As she's walking away she says something to the effect that my mechanic was wrong and he shouldn't have told me they just need the block... My mechanic never told me what you need back, I never said or implied that. You said the block was all I needed. Twice. So I pull around and start to pull the what's left of the engine out of my car and an elderly lady that I'm assuming is a manager or something approaches and says to me "We can't give you the $50 core charge back, she was wrong when she said we could." She then offers me $25 back and I ask her if she realizes how bad of business this is. Her eyes went wide as if I'm somehow in the wrong in all this and walks away. Not once during this frustrating experience was I rude, even though they were. In the grand scheme of things it's not that much to get back, but 50 dollars is 50 dollars and a business should stand by what it tells customers. Don't give your money to these people, they'll go back on what they told you and treat you poorly.
Weber helped me when another junkyard dropped the ball. The car-part website is sometimes convoluted but they confirmed the part and helped me same day and even offered after hours pickup WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING! I feel the low star reviews on this place are self-inflicted. Having worked at a shop prior you know your own people and the way the world works. Please remember that before bawking all the way to the review boards, not every place has service like a steakhouse. These people are in the hot, cold, rain, and snow to get you the CHEAPEST price on the part you need...
I have been to these guys a number of times. Every time I was there selling scrap to them I had a bad feeling about the place. The way the non Ferris drop off area is situated is a pain in the butt. You get the feeling that when you ask a question your a pain to them. I can deal with that but the attitude of the office girl is unreal. I think its the unfriendliest scrap yard in this area.
Excellent customer service and some of the best prices around. I'm a repeat customer. I will never go anywhere else for used parts for my car (unless they don't have what I'm looking for).
These people are great. Spoke to a real person on phone.got very fair quote. The driver called me on way and let me know it was all set.(polite and efficient). Trustworthy company to fo business with.
THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I GOT STRANDED, EVEN HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR OVERNIGHT ONLY TO HAVE TO WALK 9.5 miles “ONE WAY” TO GET A RADIATOR. IT WAS HOT AND JUST HAD SURGEY ON MY KNEE A MONTH PRIOR. I WAS GIVEN SOME WATER AND A “GREAT PRICE” on a radiator. I would go back here many times over. THANKS AGAIN MAAM!
Came to get stuff out my car and the employee's went threw the car and took what they wanted... Not too happy because I called and explained the situation to them that the car was junked without.my acknowledgment and I didn't get the chance to get my stuff they politely told me they would keep my stuff till Monday cuz they were closed on the weekend... Well not.happy that they took it upon themselves to leave the window open In the rain and let my belongings.get ruined
They were so kind and helpful and took care of our car right away
Always found what I was looking for and sometimes things I wasn't looking for. Fair prices. Just a heads up, they don't take cards unless it's $20 or over, but the lady hooked me up.
If i could give ten stars I would... I searched everwhere to find parts for my 2011 jeep wrangler after calling about ten places I found the part at weber auto not only was the part a fraction of the price that I was getting online the girls there were extremely courtesy and helpful. I highly reccomend trying this place out they saved me a bunch of time and money!!!! Thanks guys you have a customer for life!
They have been there for our family for near 50 years .They are compassionate and professional. We appreciate everything they have helped us out with.Thank You All.🚗
Awesome place to go and get parts very friendly staff and everyone is so happy to help you out and they know there stuff when it comes to car parts etc
Pretty cheap replacement of tires. Although cheap I have had to go back three times to get a leak in the front tire. On top of that the lady at the front desk is extremely rude.
We are a local used car dealer and have been buying recycled parts from Weber auto and truck for 8 years now. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff that can get the job done.
Always helpful, whether its a take it off yourself or on the shelf part, have dealt with them numerous times and they even are helpful if they don't have what your looking for in the stock of many different cars they have
Always wrong parts that THEY say only THEY can pull, no refunds only exchanges...like anyone wants to continue buisiness with idiot predators. WEBERS, YOU SUCK!
Went there today for a small part for my a/c, and the lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend or go there again.
