I’m from Massachusetts. I’ve bought a few cars in NH over the years. This dealer couldn’t do enough for us and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. 👍
Seemed shady to me. Volkswagen Passat I went in looked at, was told everything could be fixed “no problem”. Looking for a car for my sister to drive, I WOULD NEVER put her in an unsafe vehicle. I came with a dealer-level scan tool, plugged it into the OBD-II port, over 65 faults were found. So whatever engine codes they had were cleared, not to mention of all the little sensors and what not that needs replacement.
The car didn’t even have a windshield wiper filler neck, light out warnings, bad tires, TERRIBLE power steering, again could be “fixed no problem” the dude said, but with a hydraulic power steering rack, there really isn’t no problem, there’s a huge one and that at the end of the day say if someone were to get it actually looked over by a real Volkswagen mechanic, your paying for what the car was listed for, twice.
I couldn’t imagine being an older person, or even someone with no mechanic knowledge coming here. You’d get flipped upside down.
Honestly, marketplace is a better bet than this place, these little items should have been taken care of way prior of me getting there, as he was unbolting the taillights and replacing bulbs AFTER we got there. Very unprofessional. I’d take your business elsewhere. I’ve dealt with a “storefront” before like this, it’s all a scham. This isn’t even a dealership, this is indeed just a storefront where Facebook Marketplace cars and cheap auctioned cars are kept.
(This was a VW with a 2.5 inline-5 motor. These motors are known to go above and beyond 300k miles. Unfortunate the lack of neglect to the car will probably get sent to the scrapyard, even with its low mileage unless they somehow get someone to buy it for their asking price.)
Derry auto was a pleasant surprise. Hala, George and their team were very helpful even when they didn't have to be. They care about selling and repairing vehicles.
When I arrived they had to jump start the car I questioned the validity of the service. After talking with George for a bit I realized that they have a huge amount of vehicles and a very small team.
If you want mom and pop personal style care and great quality service then this is the place.
Bought a 2008 Element from them 1 week after 30 days oil pump junk cost me 800 labor to install another 350.00, called them didnt have the decency to return my call, even though his wife said he would. Could be seeing them in court soon, stay away

Don't waste your time.
Drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle and was literally only thirty seconds away from pulling into the parking lot only to get a call saying someone had just put a deposit down on the truck I was coming to look at. They knew I was going to be there, too. 🙄🙄🙄
I drove up from CT and Roger was able to adjust to my schedule and meet with me after business hours to purchase a truck from this dealer. He was patient while I test drove the truck and efficiently got the paperwork done. After having an auto shop inspect the truck after purchasing it this turned out to be a great deal with zero issues on the truck. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in or outside the area.

I recently purchased a used car from here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite of the dealership closed on Sunday, the owner George was able to open the office for me show me all cars and options very patiently and politely.
The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I found the perfect car that met all my criteria. The owner was transparent about the car's history and condition, which gave me great confidence in my purchase. They offered an additional sets of regular tire on top of the winter tire already installed.
They handled all the paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience enjoyable.

Becarful I lost 3,600$ of my time. Was lied to about everything like new battery, they said tires were brand new when they were actually over 7yrs old. I was scewed over and lost out on alot of money. So I would highly suggest not to go to this place. All of them are bogus liers.
If you want your time wasted and talked to like a idiot by a woman that knows nothing about any car on the lot then has to call another person knowing u want to test drive a vehicle and says have to wait cause the guy just left on purpose with apparently the only dealer plate so a customer could sit and wait on his convenience very poor at being professional so I took my cash and buisness else were got a better car lower miles for less the. I was going to buy . You can tell same vehicles sit there as well and ignore questions so gos to show rather keep them as yard ordiment fictures.
Wonderful car buying experience! Very professional, kind, and helpful family owed business. They even allowed me to use a loner car while making a repair to a car previous to me purchasing that car I was interested in. They go above and beyond to help the buyer through the entire process.
As others have mentioned, they will sell the car out from under you even after you put a down payment. Most of their vehicles don't start on the lot either.
