This place is the best! I needed a new battery for a sports car and Jack helped me find the right one even though the computer was telling him a different one altogether. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service.
The manager and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always work with you to stay within your budget but give you their recommendations (which sometimes is the cheaper option).
I cannot say enough good things about this O’Reilly’s in Bedford. I highly recommend it.
I went in no one wanted to answer a question. My kids noticed that I was getting an Attitude and that's unacceptable. When children notice adults are rude and not polite that's also unacceptable.I went in with simple questions . The Mast Rd road location they have knowledgeable staff that are there to help with any need you may need such as batteries wipers oil, etc.
On Oct 3rd I was there in quite a panic. I just bought a vintage camper and the mirrors on my Jeep Wrangler weren't wide enough to see around camper. Also my tow pkg needed an adapter for lights to work. I had another 5 hour drive home to NY. I was near tears realizing I couldn't drive it home the way it was. He was so kind and understanding this man at the counter. He put the mirrors on. Put the adaptor on. After me he helped an elderly man put on a windshield wiper. I dont know if this is all policy but ORiellys you better hold on to this employee ! He is a true asset to your company !
I ordered a part online last night and it gave me an approximate time for pickup today. Got the email saying it was in an hour earlier. Part was correct and the employees were very nice and pleasant.

This O'Reilly's Auto Parts used to be a VIP parts store.generally O'Reilly Auto Parts has an expensive auto parts and expensive everything else.
if you want a good deal on parts for your car or truck come here. If you need automotive fluids filters and anything else I highly suggest you go elsewhere because the mark-up is a bit more at O'Reilly's
Went in with what I thought was the problem. They figured out something different and that what was really wrong and they were spot on. Amazing group of people there.
If I could leave 0 stars I would I went in there to buy a hub, Bearing and steering knuckle I was told I only needed the bearing by the employee I need all three parts listed above because the way my car is designed and when I replace the driver side last year everything bro I want to buy everything now I was flat out told by employee that I will need a Bearing, that’s that implore you above was kind a rude about it too. I will never shop at O’Reillys again the manager sat right next to we can do it think about it I walked in with him going to advance auto part at least they were helpful
The people are great, but O'Reilly auto is the Walmart of auto parts, and they don't always have the lowest price. Not a good inventory of ag or truck parts.
