Salespeople: amazing! John took good care of me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Back end: not amazing at all. They left me with an uninsured vehicle despite them saying that “they have staff who take care of registration paperwork and plates.” Every time I called to check I was sent to voicemail or the person I talked to “gave them a note to call me back” only for them to never call me back. Very disappointing! Highly recommend Hyundais but be weary before shopping at this dealership.

The customer service was amazing, Ashley during one of the toughest times of my life as I needed to trade my car in and a family member sadly passed not only got me a great price on my new N line but great trade in price on my old car, sales manager produced amazing rate and talked me through the whole process NO STRESS. The whole sales team here was excellent with any questions and very patient which you can’t always say for dealers, but I can say without hesitation for Auto Fair. Best experience ive had and immediately my partner needs a car and we are going to ASHLEY and Auto Fair again. If you ask me this is a business any person or family can come to and return to getting treated well every time.

Victor took great care of my wife's and my needs while getting her a new car. He paid attention to all details and put a fair deal together including our trade-in. Worked with Connor P and had a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable- not just about the Genesis GV80, but about the Genesis brand as a whole and all of the technology packed into this vehicle (and there is a lot of it!) Connor took the time to walk me through every feature, answered all my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured…. just genuinely supported throughout the process. I ended up driving off in a GV80, and I’m absolutely in love with it!!! The entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Connor if you’re considering a Genesis, or any car here.

I dealt with Connor Polow when purchasing my used Honda Civic. He was professional, helpful with answering all the many questions I had. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I felt I negotiated the best price for exactly what I was looking for. This was my first time dealing with this company and by I was very pleased. Im not sure if even a 1 star is good for this place. I saw an ad for a 2013 camry for $4000. Immediately I jumped at the chance to see if and when arriving at the parking lot was greeted by John(nice guy at 1st). Let's say the car was not in any condition to be sold but they offered to clean it up then sell it to me. My wife is a nurse and had a late night shift but had a headache and needed me to come to look after the kids. When I got the call I respectfully apologized that I had to go. Maybe he didn't make a sale that day or something but he just got defensive and rude when I approached the managers counter. I walked out because I had just had enough. He ran out after me and talked but customer should not feel pressured when walking into a stealership to buy - you have to understand customers first - if they are not buying its because they dont want to at that moment, but they will be back maybe not tomorrow or next week but they will be back. This time I won't come back. What a bad experience. Still not found a car yet but will 100% avoid this place.

Amazing experience at this location. Alex is the man to go to if you are looking for a great deal. First, I wasn’t even looking to get a new car, I went to get my car serviced. Alex greeted me with kindness and offered assistance right from the beginning. He took his time to explain everything about the new car and didn’t give up until he gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. He made sure he gave me the car I wanted and I didn’t have to settle for a different model which goes along way. I have never had a bad experience with Hyundai in the past. Great experience from start to finish. I bought a first car for son who was there for the deal. The team didn't let me leave until we were fully satisfied with the deal. Anytime I had a hesitation about something they addressed my concerns and took care of them. Couldn't ask for much more.
