My car got a flat at 1am in the middle of Manchester, and when I called AAA, they were unable to assist me. I then attempted to call all the surrounding supposed “24/7 roadside assistance” companies, and none of them could help me in my rough spot, just saying they wouldn’t have a driver or can’t tow past a certain time, all except precision towing! When I called, there was no answering machine I had to deal with, I just got straight through to a very friendly member of staff who greeted me and took my information and got the process rolling immediately. After waiting for a little longer for the update than they said I called back, and they immediately apologized and reached out to another driver, who then called me back and let me know he would be there in ONLY 5 MINUTES! After I had been waiting 3 hours with no luck before calling here, this was the best news I could have possibly hoped for. And my driver Jose was in fact there in 5 minutes IF NOT LESS! Extremely professional driver, made sure to take his time and not damage my car/bumper, and was a very personable driver. If you are stranded and need someone to get you out of a bind, make sure to give Precision Towing a call. Easily the best customer service and towing experience I’ve ever had! My Lexus hybrid was shut and stuck in my garage for 7 weeks during winter. Vehicle was jumped and starts but couldn’t get into gear as the battery was too dead to power the electrical components like dash, windows and there was no emergency gear release. Several drivers came to my home and it couldn’t be pulled out based on fear and risk. But Chris came and got it done patiently and professionally. He was very polite and truly did his best to assure me that he could do it, and he kept his word. Highly recommended team of specialists. Made my night, thank you so much.

the man who towed my car today was extremely unprofessional. He made off color comments about a bumper sticker for a local skate shop, going so far as to threaten to remove the sticker from my vehicle. I'm deeply disappointed. I let the garage who scheduled the tow know of the incident to hopefully save others the same trouble.

I had been going back and forth with insurance for a few days, and finally got a tow from Precision, great. However, the woman Jamie that I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude the SECOND she picked up the phone. She stated she had already spoken with insurance, and I understand how frustrating that is, but she was extremely rude, spoke over me, and didn't let me get a word out. Just because you're irritated with dealing with insurance, doesnt mean you can speak to me that way. Customer service could use a LOT of work.

Great guys. My Audi needed jumped and AudiCare send Precision. The technician, John, was there in less than 30 minutes and was a really nice guy—downright jovial. He was quick to look up the specifics for Audi’s security when restarting the car and I was up and running just like that. I would call them without hesitation if I needed any of their services.

I came home from traveling and my second vehicle was towed from my property by the management of my property and I was frustrated and eager to have my car because the battery was also dead jump start didn’t help and it couldn’t be driven back to my house. Cody took amazing care of my car and was prompt in timing, he reassured me on the process and answered all my questions and helped with all my needs. So thank you Cody !

Terrible experience, damaged my vehicle, then refused to give me insurance information. My car got towed at my apartment complex (which was fine, my fault I forgot to move it for the cleanup after the storm). I picked up my car and the alignment was completely off! My car literally swerved and I almost hit oncoming traffic. The alignment is off, mechanic told me there is definitely more damage from the tow but had to bring it to another shop cquse they couldn't fix the damage. I called to get their insurance information and a lady told me it was not possible because her boss was out of the country till next week and was really rude about it. Legally they have to give it? So sketchy

So needed my car moved from road to about 150 feet. Frank Rudolph( like the reindeer) showed up, assessed the situation, popped hood, made a connection somehow ( battery is in trunk, couldn’t get to it) and got it started. He walked beside me to make sure there were no issues. Frank and Precision Towing are phenomenal!!!

My husband & I were out of state on a road trip & we're 2 1/2 hours away from our hotel when our car broke down at a gas station that was 25 minutes from the nearest town. The station owner gave us 3 names for towing companies who were all out on back to back assignments at the time. All 3 companies kept in touch with us & each other to see which one would get done first to pick us up. We called Uber & taxi services but none would come out that far. Had to cancel the original hotel & book 1 in the town that was 25 minutes away. The hotel night staff were the ones who suggested Uber or taxis. They also knew the 3 towing companies & gave them high references. Patrick at Precision Towing was the one who was able to tow us to the town & also helped secure the part & repair the next day. Patrick was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional & made a bad situation not so bad. Definitely would recommend Precision Towing & the two others to anyone. Prices were very reasonable and they kept in touch the whole way. Thank you guys for saving our early anniversary trip!!

Josh was amazing!! I only waited 10 minutes, and he was selfless and kind enough to bring my car to the repair shop and get it situated on the lot, and drop the key in the after hours key drop. When dealing with something stressful and disappointing like your car losing all power on the side of the road, it's something small like this that can just mean the world. Best towing company, and amazing technicians!!

Hired them to move 2 20’ shipping containers off my longer trailer and place them for my customer in a tight spot. My customer was very particular about placement and Josh at Precision was very professional and fast. He did everything he could and went the extra mile to make my customer happy so my job could be completed well. I expect a lot from myself in how I run my own company, and precision was 100% professional and efficient from dispatch, to dealing with the owner, to the driver, Josh. I will hire them again.

Great company for needs of your vehicle! I was stuck one night, car wouldn’t turn over & so I called Precision Towing! They go there fast & were able to tow me back home & were very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend

We hit a piece of scrap metal on the highway on our way home tonight and it made an absolutely frightening noise, so we pulled over and called our roadside assistance program, and although we had help from a good samaritan that stopped to see if we were ok, the guys at Precision were super quick to call me and check in on everything before coming out to us. It turned out we didn’t need to be towed and the car ended up being totally fine, but they even offered to have us send photos of the metal piece to verify where it may have come from! They were amazingly helpful and kind, and we are so thankful they are able to come to the rescue when we need them!

Not sure what happened, but they accepted an assignment through my roadside assistance with an ETA of 20-50 mins; left voicemails and text messages, and after 2 hours the insurance company called them, which they then confirmed a second time, would be there in ten minutes. Again, never showed up, never called, never canceled the appointment. All in all my stupid lockout took 3 and a 1/2 hours of waiting and a lot of confusion before a service was eventually able to show up. Not in a rural area, but on a main road in a shopping center.

Precision made getting my car home painless. Driver (Chris, I later learned) called me soon after I called AAA to confirm info and give me an ETA. He then texted me when he picked up the car. He followed my directions exactly pulling into a tricky driveway. And two things I could tell from this was he called me from a gas station and texted me from the pickup spot. Never while driving. Very professional with my wife and I. Truck and and equipment looked clean and safe (ok it was at night, but the truck still looked good and was very well lit). But Chris just plain did an awesome job start to finish. Thanks!
