I traveled from NY to Plymouth University, and while I was there, I discovered I had a flat tire. It was Saturday afternoon, and most places were already closing for the day. I managed to put the donut on my car, but I still needed a new tire. I called AAA and several shops, but no one could help—it was simply too late.
Finally, I left a message at TMT Auto Sales, not expecting to hear back on a Saturday. To my surprise, my phone rang within 10 minutes—it was TMT Auto Sales calling to help me, even though they were about to close. Without going into too much detail, I forget the owner’s name, but he was truly my angel. He drove an hour each way to get me two new tires and install them on my car. He was so helpful and honest that I would recommend TMT for all your auto needs. I couldn’t thank him enough—he truly saved my day and my weekend.

We were saved by Felix when we had a sudden tire issue while traveling in the area. He inspected our vehicle and got us new tires within just a few hours. Felix was an absolute lifesaver! When our car has an issue on the highway returning to Boston from the White Mountains, he was the only mechanic nearby who actually answered—even though he was just five minutes from closing on Saturday. My car was squeaking even after a previous mechanic visit. Brought my Hyundai to Felix and it is completely fixed. He explained what was wrong and what he did, he did a great job and my car is running smooth. Fair pricing in my opinion as well.
I do not recommend this place at all because it is very expensive. They wanted a very high price for things that I normally get done for a cheaper price. When I saw the price, I decided not to do it. When I searched for car parts on the internet, I saw that they were much more affordable. I am also attaching a photo of the price they want for the parts.
Vacation rescue, honest man, reasonable prices!!
On the first night of a week long vacation, I walked out into the cold Friday night air with my four cold little kids with wet hair from the pool. We climbed into the car with hopes of a heater blasting on us, only to realize the car wouldn’t turn over unexpectedly. Saturday morning, I scrambled and called every place within an hour drive, and TMT responded right away and offered to do a same day repair. He allowed us to have our van towed to him, spent all day trying to find the part we needed, and before the day was done offered to come pick up my husband to bring him to the car! In this vulnerable situation, it would have been so easy to be taken advantage of us, but instead I received fair pricing and kind support. His ability to fix it so quickly also saved us a bundle in having to find a way to a rental car place and pay for a rental. I wish I lived locally because TMT would be my new go-to for everything! Highly recommend
Felix is an absolute LIFE SAVER. On a family ski vacation with my wife and young children, our car broke down. Felix is the only mechanic in the area open on Saturday and the only one who even picked up his phone. He accepted our tow and worked on the car on Saturday and Sunday morning, which is his day off, so we could get back home. He even dropped me back to our hotel and picked us up when the car was done. His price was also very reasonable and fair.
Felix could have taken advantage of us but he is a good person. A real one! In life this is all that matters. Thank you Felix!
Fantastic customer service! Run by honest, hardworking people. Best in the area. They were able to help my elderly grandmother out with a car emergency after others in the area screwed her over. Highly recommend TMT!
Felix and his crew are awesome. I had some dangerous issues with my truck and drive 1 1/2 hours to work. Felix got me in on short notice and did quality repairs. I feel like I'm driving a new truck.

Great service, Felix and Huck went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. He went 60 extra miles for me to make sure my truck was back to me quickly and that I got where I needed to go while he had it in his shop. I'm very happy with my experience and will be back.
Absolutely amazing shop dad and me always came here service never changed. Was on way home after battery died at Walmart. Young mechanic there helps changed the battery and fixed our emergency brake best customer service ever
Felix and his team were great! Had issues with my sons Ford Escape and as we had a relationship with NuCar in Plymouth we went there for a diagnosis. We were told we needed a new engine and transmission! Long story short the engine was fine, ultimately just needed a small part replaced but the transmission did need repair. However that work was thousands less than NuCar. Felix kept us informed as to the progress in real time and was extremely attentive to our son’s car, finding some safety issues and bringing those to our attention even though we had the car inspected just a few weeks prior with no mention of the safety concerns. The sticker was put on an unsafe car. Needless to say we would and recommend highly TMT Auto.

Great, speedy service! TMT helped me in a pinch. When no one else could fit me in for a desperate brake job, they got me in same day (on a Saturday) for new brake pads, calipers, and rotors. Felix was so nice and even pre-ordered my parts for me ahead of my appointment to ensure I could get fixed same day with less wait. When an earlier opening popped up, they called and fit me in even sooner! Being a smaller shop and a last minute appointment, I expected a hefty bill, but the prices were so reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!
Amazing service from both of the men who work here. My car transmission failed when I was heading home from school and I didn’t have a ride back to campus while my car was at the shop. I was driven back to campus by this company and was also picked up when my car was finished. 5/5 ⭐️ definitely recommend!!
Unlike most other places these days, Felix said "come right over and I'll look at it." He spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue, and we determined it was not a bearing but a bad brake job by another shop. After all that he charged zero! He was friendly and welcoming - and I'll definitely be back when needed. Kudos!
I've been using TMT for years and the service is very consistent. I feel secure knowing they will fix the problem and not give me a crazy bill at the end. They are also really good at getting my car in any time I need it. The best part is they are super friendly and that means a lot to me.
Felix is an amazing person he treats your car like it's his he does little extras sometimes and he doesn't charge you but the little things are what mean a lot

Every car mechanic in the area declined me when my car broke down. Felix is the only one that took me in even with the busy schedule he has. I’m not from around the area, and within a day he had my car running to atleast get me back home. Incredible person, and even harder worker. Definitely recommend him and his services. Would still be on the side of the road if it weren’t for him.
I was having issues with my car and had no clue what the issue was, Felix last minute squeezed us in and identified the problem for us along with some advice about the next steps I should take as the issue was outside his area of expertise. He was very helpful and honest and I would recommend him to anyone having car troubles.
I had a strange noise in my car for a while and went to a few places, but no one could figure it out. I drive by here often, so I decided to stop in and give them a try. Very friendly service and they knew pretty quickly what my issue was. The quote was not outrageous, and the turnaround was pretty quick. Overall, I am very impressed with Felix and his team at TMT AUTO.
