Don't let this guy touch your electrical. I paid him over $1,000 to install a trailer plug and break controller. He insisted he buy all the parts. Well, finally got around to using it, nothing works. I tore apart the work he did and it was a mess. Wires not properly spliced. A breaker and two fuses missing (never installed, wired straight to battery). Didn't even bother to connect the aux 12v on the 7pin. The wires he tapped, you didn't need to, you just buy a $20 harness for the light. The worst part is, on fixing it myself, I found existing factory wires for a ground and brake wire all of 6" from where he created a new ground point. And it looks like he spent at least an hour connecting the break tap in some weird spot that wasn't even pushing enough voltage. The brake controller he put in, is completely fried on top of all that, likely from the lack of fuses and breakers.
Went to undercoat my truck and ken advised me to get just a touchup as the rest of the undercoating was fine. Saved me money and he could have easily ripped me off. Ken is a Honest man. I will be back!

The last honest mechanic in America! Ken has been doing my auto repairs for over 20 years, and he can be counted on to do it well. He won't try to sell you on things you don't need.
I live in NJ, and my van broke down on the way to our destination, Washington Mt, I was so worried that if it could be fixed and continue the trip to Maine with my family and friends, and also wondered if the repair cost would be expensive since any possible problem could have had on my van. I was so relieved when the young mechanic guy told me that it was not a big problem and could fix it asap, and the cost is reasonable. We feel so lucky that we found Ken's repair shop , people there are so nice, (pick me and drop me off to pick up my van for we have no other cars to use), efficient (they tried their best to get the part which was from out of town and fixed it within 2 and half hrs), and honest (they could have overcharged us with our situation). We need these conscientious people and we really appreciated your help!
