Stopped by today as my rental car had a brake light that wasnt working. Replaced it for me in about five minutes. Great service, good prices and experienced people. Thanks guys!

Tyler was awesome and super helpful. Dude was the only guy there and he had it all handled. Helped multiple customers at once, all while being kind and professional. I'd say dude deserves a raise. Thanks Tyler

The front counter staff are very well trained, engaging and helpful. If a product is not in the retail area, ask; they likely have inventory out back.

Went to Plymouth today for wipers, a young man named Zack took care of me. Don’t know his last name but I was there around 12:30. He was wonderful to me and I wanted to be sure your company was aware. Zack went above and beyond., I will be a loyal customer from now on. Zack deserves a big At a Boy Sincerely Pat Parks

I was waiting in line a little longer than what I'd like to but, really good and knowledgeable staff.

Headlamp bulb on our car rental had gone. The guy who served us for the replacement bulb went above and beyond, he checked the bulb for us, found it wasn't the recommended one, swapped the one we'd bought, installed it for us and checked it was working. So grateful!

Tyler was wicked helpful when I asked to scan my car. He sourced parts and gave me great recommendations!

Dealt with a rude clerk who was unhelpful and condescending. Repeatly tried to show the clerk the item we needed and he refused to look at, relying only on his computer to do his job.

Interesting that my original post was deleted!! After being solid customer since 2015, spending thousands of dollars, I was completely treated horrific by, I believe the name tag said Nate, Manager. I brought schematics from my husband's truck manual to show what fuses I needed, and what they were for! He never looked, came from behind counter and started walking down an aisle, I followed, he stopped quickly and pointed, said these are automotive fuses, I stopped and looked where he was pointing, he then snapped me and said you don't have to stand that close to me, I said you stopped and pointed and said these are automotive fuses, I was just looking where you pointed. He then condescending said to me the whole area is automotive fuses. I explained what I needed, and brought in manual to look at. He rudely told me there was no such fuse that I was describing. I told him I have the manual that can explain it better, he just walked off. I have ALWAYS received excellent customer service at the Plymouth O'Reillys until this. I have never bern treated do horrendously in my entire life from any customer service associate. My previous post had much more content explaining how poorly I was treated. Yes. I am an older woman, but I am NOT stupid. I don't care if I have to drive to Laconia, Concord or Lebanon, I will NEVER set foot back in this store, to be treated the way I was! You cannot humiliate women in an auto parts store. So, this one will probably be deleted as well, but I WILL get through to whomever he works for, his inappropriate actions needs to be STOPPED!

There is a young gentleman named Joseph Fowler, he helped me so much and knows what he's doing wish there were more young Men that nice and easy to talk to. O'Reilly you definitely get a good staff member in Joseph Fowler keep up the good work.

Devin found my windshield wiper & Nathan installed for no extra charge. They also replace car batteries. Clean store.

Well-stocked store. Staff certainly pleasant and willing to help. Staff member I interacted with more than able to find the part I was looking for and provided price options.

I'm not sure what's going on here but you constantly give me the wrong parts.. in fact the last order I purchased 3 out of 5 items I bought we're not for my vehicle. Further more I rented a slide hammer a axil remover and what was supposed to be a puller that threaded on to the slide hammer, but the puller threads were 3 sizes to small, I asked 3 times if it was right. I have spent thousands of dollars there, they have lost a loyal customer...

I am on a roadtrip with my family. I saw the store and was hoping to borrow a wrench to tighten my hitch on my truck. It would have taken 2 minutes in the parking lot. The employee I asked wasn't sure if they had one. He asked his manager. I overheard the conversation between the two. The manager said they had one, but to tell me that it was only for store use. The kid came back and tried to say sorry,but they didn't have one. I told him I heard the conversation with his manager, and to tell him "thanks a lot". Why say tools can be borrowed if you aren't going to allow me to borrow it? I would have been happy to buy something if I had to be a customer. Just thought it would have been an easy in and out.

Great staff and service. Don't always have what I need in stock, but they are quick and efficient in ordering.

The items we needed were in stock. Store was clean and presentable. Staff was most excellent and helpful. I will recommend this store to anyone who needs parts or advice on parts.

Overall it's a good auto parts store with pretty decent pricing for the area some of the best prices The help is good some of course are better than others but that's pretty much given wherever you go overall I would say if you're in the area and you need something to stop in or call ahead ideally because they may not even have what you need readily available but for the most part they usually are decently well stocked and can get whatever you need relatively quickly

I had bought an oil filter over the phone for somebody to pick up for me. Noah who helped me first is ALWAYS amazing! When we went to put the filter in, it was the wrong size (it has happened before but we forgot which filter actually goes in it). When I went to return/exchange it, Jonathon helped us. Jonathon was VERY rude and telling me that I had no choice but to buy that filter because it was the only One that would fit my car. When I explained to him that I knew it wasn’t going to fit he started to get very nasty with me and tell me that no other filter would fit. I asked the other guy that was there if he could come out to see what size the filter actually was, he agreed that would be best. He then told me an engine swap must have been done because that filter shouldn’t be in there. I told him it has never been done and they argued. Jonathon continued to be very rude towards me even though I had told him the first filter wasn’t right. I usually have good experiences with Plymouth, but Jonathon really irked me. I wasn’t rude to him even once. Just told him he was wrong. NOT happy with him.

They usually have exactly what I need or I can order it in the morning and I'll have it by the afternoon.I'm in a wheelchair and it's kind of tough getting around in the parking lot if there's a lot of snow I call ahead they don't mind coming right up to my car. Great guys!

Worst leadership I've ever seen. Always screwing up the orders and not taking credit for their lack of knowledge. Not listening to the customers needs is a problem. I've experienced this on several occasions....

They always have quality parts and supplies here. Recently bought a new battery for my car and backhoe. So far, so good on those!

Really enjoyed it. Talk to the older guys for their mechanical knowledge. Talk to the younger guys about electrical equipment and sound systems. I've always been met with a smile and a frienly attitude. I would totally recommend them.

Great customer service, they go above and beyond! Took my car here in desperate need of someone to change my tire, and a nice young employee kindly offered to do it for free. Turned my horrible day around!

Ordered a belt on Sunday for a Monday pick up from a closer location. The belt showed up on the following Friday at the wrong location! I'm glad it wasn't the part that kept me from going to work all week as I would have been fired! They should have stuck to selling "Lucky Charms"!
